本发明公开了一种螺栓防潮存放柜,包括正方形柜体,所述正方形柜体的两个侧壁和底壁内设有圆柱槽,所述圆柱槽相互连通,所述三个圆柱槽内分别设有主动转动轴、过渡转动轴和从动转动轴,所述主动转动轴、从动转动轴的末端和过渡转动轴的两端设有锥齿轮,锥齿轮相互啮合,所述正方形柜体的两个侧壁上设有圆弧通槽,所述圆弧通槽内设有圆柱转动块,所述两个圆柱转动块分别固定设置在主动转动轴和从动转动轴上,所述正方形柜体上设有步进电机,所述步进电机的输出轴与主动转动轴相连接,本发明结构简单,干燥剂转动循环的给柜体内的螺栓进行除潮,一边吸收柜体内的潮气,另一边在外面将潮气给挥发掉,可以循环使用。

申请号:200820158579.4实用新型公开了一种螺栓专用保存柜,在柜体内设有梳齿状插口,在所述的梳齿状插口的每一个插口背面设有相应的轨道,环氧模具板能对应抽插在所述的梳齿状插口的插口内,在所述的环氧模具板上设有若干存放螺栓的安装孔。在所述的柜体上设有与所述的梳齿状插口对应的防盗压条。在所述的柜体底部设有荷重万向轮和定向轮。本设计是一种能做到不同部位的螺栓进行分类管理且结构简单实用,能在不同行业的螺栓管理和保存中使用,特别实用于仓储螺栓保管使用的螺栓专用保存柜。
一般的螺栓存放柜,不能对螺栓进行防潮,螺栓受潮后容易生锈,对螺栓的使用寿命大大缩短,所以需要除潮,但一般的除潮剂有使用期限,无法循环使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种螺栓防潮存放柜,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种螺栓防潮存放柜,包括正方形柜体,所述正方形柜体的两个侧壁和底壁内设有圆柱槽,所述圆柱槽相互连通,所述三个圆柱槽内分别设有主动转动轴、过渡转动轴和从动转动轴,所述主动转动轴、从动转动轴的末端和过渡转动轴的两端设有锥齿轮,锥齿轮相互啮合,所述正方形柜体的两个侧壁上设有圆弧通槽,所述圆弧通槽内设有圆柱转动块,所述两个圆柱转动块分别固定设置在主动转动轴和从动转动轴上,所述正方形柜体上设有步进电机,所述步进电机的输出轴与主动转动轴相连接。
优选的,所述柜体上方设有放料口,所述放料口上铰接设有柜盖。
优选的,所述柜体下方设有若干支撑腿。
优选的,所述圆柱转动块上对称设有两个储藏凹槽,所述储藏凹槽前面卡接设有防尘罩。
优选的,所述储藏凹槽内放置设有干燥剂。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构的一种螺栓防潮存放柜,打开柜盖,从放料口将螺栓放到正方形柜体内,再关上柜盖,圆柱转动块和圆弧通槽之间设有密封条,让整个柜体保持密封状态,圆柱转动块的储藏凹槽内的干燥剂可以将正方形柜体内的潮气给吸附掉,当一段时间后,朝内的干燥剂吸收完成后,开启步进电机,通过主动转动轴通过锥齿轮带动过渡转动轴和从动转动轴转动,从而带动圆柱转动块转动,将原本朝外的储藏凹槽转动到柜体内部去,这样,就可以将潮湿的干燥剂转到外面进行自我蒸发变干,同时,让外面干燥的干燥剂转到柜体里面,从而进行新的吸收水分,保持干燥性。

图1-2出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种螺栓防潮存放柜,包括正方形柜体1,所述正方形柜体1的两个侧壁和底壁内设有圆柱槽2,所述圆柱槽2相互连通,所述三个圆柱槽2内分别设有主动转动轴3、过渡转动轴4和从动转动轴5,所述主动转动轴3、从动转动轴5的末端和过渡转动轴4的两端设有锥齿轮6,锥齿轮6相互啮合,所述正方形柜体1的两个侧壁上设有圆弧通槽7,所述圆弧通槽7内设有圆柱转动块8,所述两个圆柱转动块8分别固定设置在主动转动轴3和从动转动轴5上,所述正方形柜体1上设有步进电机9,所述步进电机9的输出轴与主动转动轴3相连接。
本实施例中,所述柜体上方设有放料口10,所述放料口10上铰接设有柜盖15。
本实施例中,所述柜体下方设有若干支撑腿11,支撑腿11将柜体撑起来,让其不直接与地面接触,防止受潮。
本实施例中,所述圆柱转动块8上对称设有两个储藏凹槽12,所述储藏凹槽12前面卡接设有防尘罩13。
本实施例中,所述储藏凹槽12内放置设有干燥剂14。
基于上述:本发明结构的一种螺栓防潮存放柜,打开柜盖15,从放料口10将螺栓放到正方形柜体1内,再关上柜盖15,圆柱转动块8和圆弧通槽7之间设有密封条,让整个柜体保持密封状态,圆柱转动块8的储藏凹槽12内的干燥剂14可以将正方形柜体1内的潮气给吸附掉,当一段时间后,朝内的干燥剂14吸收完成后,开启步进电机9,通过主动转动轴3通过锥齿轮6带动过渡转动轴4和从动转动轴5转动,从而带动圆柱转动块8转动,将原本朝外的储藏凹槽12转动到柜体内部去,这样,就可以将潮湿的干燥剂14转到外面进行自我蒸发变干,同时,让外面干燥的干燥剂14转到柜体里面,从而进行新的吸收水分,保持干燥性。

1.一种螺栓防潮存放柜,包括正方形柜体(1),其特征在于:所述正方形柜体(1)的两个侧壁和底壁内设有圆柱槽(2),所述圆柱槽(2)相互连通,所述三个圆柱槽(2)内分别设有主动转动轴(3)、过渡转动轴(4)和从动转动轴(5),所述主动转动轴(3)、从动转动轴(5)的末端和过渡转动轴(4)的两端设有锥齿轮(6),锥齿轮(6)相互啮合,所述正方形柜体(1)的两个侧壁上设有圆弧通槽(7),所述圆弧通槽(7)内设有圆柱转动块(8),所述两个圆柱转动块(8)分别固定设置在主动转动轴(3)和从动转动轴(5)上,所述正方形柜体(1)上设有步进电机(9),所述步进电机(9)的输出轴与主动转动轴(3)相连接,所述圆柱转动块(8)上对称设有两个储藏凹槽(12),所述储藏凹槽(12)内放置设有干燥剂(14),其中一个储藏凹槽(12)的干燥剂(14)放置在所述正方形柜体(1)内,另一个储藏凹槽(12)的干燥剂(14)放置在所述正方形柜体(1)外。
