Abstract
本发明公开了一种加固型竹胶板,其结构包括:金属骨架顶板、上高强度竹板、上高强度胶质板、上实心木板、棉芯木板、棉芯木板底座、下实心木板、下高强度胶质板、下高强度竹板、骨架耐磨底板,上高强度竹板水平固定在上高强度胶质板上,上高强度胶质板水平紧贴于上实心木板上,上实心木板与棉芯木板底座分别水平固定在棉芯木板上下两侧,下实心木板水平固定在棉芯木板底座下,上高强度竹板水平固定在上高强度胶质板上,本发明金属骨架顶板设有后金属骨架顶板、金属骨架面板、前金属骨架顶板、前金属骨架厚板,实现了加固型竹胶板的加工结构吻合竹胶板并且不影响竹胶板的质量程度,稳固性高,骨架的嵌合度稳定,并且紧密度强,高效加固。
Description
技术领域
本发明是一种加固型竹胶板,属于竹胶板技术领域。
背景技术
竹胶板,高强覆膜桥梁板,建筑模板,及砖机托板等,竹胶板应用广泛,深受用户青睐。竹胶板是以毛竹材料作主要架构和填充材料,经高压成坯的建材。由于竹胶板硬度高,抗折,抗压,在很多使用区域已经替代了钢模板。
现有技术公开了申请号为:201120319105.5的一种加固型竹胶板,包括有横纵交错的竹条或竹块压制而成的竹胶板,竹胶板上设置有铆钉。该发明在竹胶板的四周设置铆钉,对竹胶板进行加固处理,保证了竹胶板沾水后,压制的竹条或竹块之间不会分裂,提高了竹胶板的使用寿命,但现有技术加固型竹胶板的加固结构破坏了竹胶板的面板,影响竹胶板的使用程度,无法有效的不影响竹胶板的情况下加固。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种加固型竹胶板,以解决加固型竹胶板的加固结构破坏了竹胶板的面板,影响竹胶板的使用程度,无法有效的不影响竹胶板的情况下加固的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种加固型竹胶板,其结构包括:金属骨架顶板、上高强度竹板、上高强度胶质板、上实心木板、棉芯木板、棉芯木板底座、下实心木板、下高强度胶质板、下高强度竹板、骨架耐磨底板,所述上高强度竹板水平固定在上高强度胶质板上,所述上高强度胶质板水平紧贴于上实心木板上,所述上实心木板与棉芯木板底座分别水平固定在棉芯木板上下两侧;
所述下实心木板水平固定在棉芯木板底座下,所述上高强度竹板水平固定在上高强度胶质板上,所述下实心木板与下高强度竹板之间设有下高强度胶质板,所述骨架耐磨底板水平固定在下高强度竹板下,所述金属骨架顶板与骨架耐磨底板相互平行;
所述金属骨架顶板设有后金属骨架顶板、金属骨架面板、前金属骨架顶板、前金属骨架厚板,所述前金属骨架顶板与后金属骨架顶板分别水平固定在金属骨架面板前后两侧,所述金属骨架面板水平焊接在前金属骨架厚板上,所述前金属骨架厚板与骨架耐磨底板相互平行。
进一步地,所述骨架耐磨底板由后骨架耐磨底板、骨架耐磨面板、前骨架耐磨底板、骨架耐磨厚板组成。
进一步地,所述后骨架耐磨底板与前骨架耐磨底板分别水平固定在骨架耐磨面板前后两侧。
进一步地,所述骨架耐磨面板水平紧贴于骨架耐磨厚板上。
进一步地,所述骨架耐磨厚板与金属骨架顶板相互平行。
进一步地,所述金属骨架顶板为金属材料,硬度高,加固性强。
进一步地,所述骨架耐磨底板为橡胶材料,质地软,耐摩擦性强。
本发明的有益效果:本发明金属骨架顶板设有后金属骨架顶板、金属骨架面板、前金属骨架顶板、前金属骨架厚板,实现了加固型竹胶板的加工结构吻合竹胶板并且不影响竹胶板的质量程度,稳固性高,骨架的嵌合度稳定,并且紧密度强,高效加固。

请参阅图1-图3,本发明提供一种加固型竹胶板:其结构包括:金属骨架顶板1、上高强度竹板2、上高强度胶质板3、上实心木板4、棉芯木板5、棉芯木板底座6、下实心木板7、下高强度胶质板8、下高强度竹板9、骨架耐磨底板10,所述上高强度竹板2水平固定在上高强度胶质板3上,所述上高强度胶质板3水平紧贴于上实心木板4上,所述上实心木板4与棉芯木板底座6分别水平固定在棉芯木板5上下两侧;
所述下实心木板7水平固定在棉芯木板底座6下,所述上高强度竹板2水平固定在上高强度胶质板3上,所述下实心木板7与下高强度竹板9之间设有下高强度胶质板8,所述骨架耐磨底板10水平固定在下高强度竹板9下,所述金属骨架顶板1与骨架耐磨底板10相互平行;
所述金属骨架顶板1设有后金属骨架顶板100、金属骨架面板101、前金属骨架顶板102、前金属骨架厚板103,所述前金属骨架顶板102与后金属骨架顶板100分别水平固定在金属骨架面板101前后两侧,所述金属骨架面板101水平焊接在前金属骨架厚板103上,所述前金属骨架厚板103与骨架耐磨底板10相互平行,所述骨架耐磨底板10由后骨架耐磨底板
1000、骨架耐磨面板1001、前骨架耐磨底板1002、骨架耐磨厚板1003组成,所述后骨架耐磨底板1000与前骨架耐磨底板1002分别水平固定在骨架耐磨面板1001前后两侧,所述骨架耐磨面板1001水平紧贴于骨架耐磨厚板1003上,所述骨架耐磨厚板1003与金属骨架顶板1相互平行,所述金属骨架顶板1为金属材料,硬度高,加固性强,所述骨架耐磨底板10为橡胶材料,质地软,耐摩擦性强。
在加固型竹胶板的使用过程中,通过金属骨架顶板1的后金属骨架顶板100、金属骨架面板101、前金属骨架顶板102水平前后嵌合紧固竹胶板,通过前金属骨架厚板103紧贴于上高强度竹板2上加固,通过骨架耐磨底板10耐摩擦,通过金属骨架顶板1达到加固型竹胶板的加工结构吻合竹胶板并且不影响竹胶板的质量程度,稳固性高,骨架的嵌合度稳定,并且紧密度强,高效加固。
本发明所述的金属骨架顶板1金属骨架泛指工业中用以支承的实体。
本发明的金属骨架顶板1、上高强度竹板2、上高强度胶质板3、上实心木板4、棉芯木板5、棉芯木板底座6、下实心木板7、下高强度胶质板8、下高强度竹板9、骨架耐磨底板10、后金属骨架顶板100、金属骨架面板101、前金属骨架顶板102、前金属骨架厚板103、后骨架耐磨底板1000、骨架耐磨面板1001、前骨架耐磨底板1002、骨架耐磨厚板1003部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是加固型竹胶板的加固结构破坏了竹胶板的面板,影响竹胶板的使用程度,无法有效的不影响竹胶板的情况下加固,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,可以达到加固型竹胶板的加工结构吻合竹胶板并且不影响竹胶板的质量程度,稳固性高,骨架的嵌合度稳定,并且紧密度强,高效加固,具体如下所述:
所述前金属骨架顶板102与后金属骨架顶板100分别水平固定在金属骨架面板101前后两侧,所述金属骨架面板101水平焊接在前金属骨架厚板103上,所述前金属骨架厚板103与骨架耐磨底板10相互平行。

所述下实心木板(7)水平固定在棉芯木板底座(6)下,所述上高强度竹板(2)水平固定在上高强度胶质板(3)上,所述下实心木板(7)与下高强度竹板(9)之间设有下高强度胶质板(8),所述骨架耐磨底板(10)水平固定在下高强度竹板(9)下,所述金属骨架顶板(1)与骨架耐磨底板(10)相互平行;
