本发明涉及一种抗渗防水透气卷材,包括卷材本体,所述卷材本体,所述卷材本体上布满网眼,所述网眼中注满沙子,所述卷材本体两面分别复合有聚乙烯布。本发明还涉及抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,本发明能防止水渗漏,透气性好,耐老化,使用时间长。防水透气抗渗卷材,拓展了使用空间,丰富了产品内容,使防水卷材的理念达到一个新的认知高度。本发明原料易得,制备方法简单。

一种抗渗防水透气卷材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体涉及一种抗渗防水透气卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市场防水卷材,大多功能单一,仅能防止水的渗漏。所用原料大部分是高分子材料,他们有一个共同特性,阻水的同时也阻止了空气的穿透,也就是没有透气性,而且耐老化能力差,使用时间短。用在居住环境的顶部,这类卷材透气性差,严重影响居住环境的舒适度。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种能防止水渗漏,透气性好,耐老化,使用时间长,工艺简单的抗渗防水透气卷材及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种抗渗防水透气卷材,包括卷材本体,所述卷材本体上布满网眼,所述网眼中注满沙子,网眼呈喇叭口型,所述卷材本体两面分别复合有聚乙烯布。
一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(一)沙子加入到烘干机中烘干;
(二)把步骤(一)所得的沙子在45-55℃时与液体有机硅混合均匀,每粒沙粒都被有机硅浸润到,混匀10-12分钟后倒出晾干,得到风积沙子;
(三)把聚氯乙烯塑料熔化制成卷材本体,把卷材本体放到一个对辊上,所述对辊上设置有针状物,卷材本体在对辊中间穿过的同时,卷材本体经过针状物时就被压成镂空,使卷材本体布满网眼,这样就制造成了具有镂空构造的卷材本体;
(四)步骤(三)所得镂空构造的卷材本体两面中的其中一面与超高分子量的聚乙烯布复合,使聚乙烯布完整的粘贴在镂空构造的卷材本体的其中一个面上;
(五)把步骤(二)所得的风积沙子,从卷材本体的另一面注满网眼,同时采用以上同样方法,把聚乙烯布复合在镂空构造的卷材本体注满风积沙子的另一面。
(六)采用U型密封条,把两面复合聚乙烯布的镂空构造的卷材本体的四边胶粘密封,这样就制成具有防水抗渗透气功能的卷材。
优选的,步骤(一)的沙子为80-140目的沙子。
优选的,步骤(一)烘干至沙子的含水量降到3‰以下,沙子的堆积密度在2.1-2.3吨/m³,沙子在5mm-10mm厚度时有80%以上的透气率。
优选的,步骤(二)晾干温度为25-35℃,晾干时间为5-7天。
优选的,所述步骤(二)液体有机硅为沙子的质量的2%-3%。
优选的,步骤(三)中网眼的大小为4mm*4mm或5mm*5mm。
优选的,步骤(四)镂空构造的卷材与聚乙烯布的复合是通过热熔胶在80℃-100℃温度下,在0.4-0.5MPA的压力下复合。
优选的,所述卷材本体宽1-2m,长5-6m,厚度5mm-10mm。
优选的,所述网眼的密度为700-900个/平方米。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明能防止水渗漏,透气性好,耐老化,使用时间长。防水透气抗渗卷材,拓展了使用空间,丰富了产品内容,使防水卷材的理念达到一个新的认知高度。本发明原料易得,制备方法简单。
沙子选择80-140目这样的颗粒配比,才能最大限度保持透气率的同时还具有很高的拒水性,就是最大程度提高抵抗水的压力达到最大化。
选用聚氯乙烯是本身材料的防水性和耐腐性,卷材网眼的加工是呈喇叭口型,这样可以提高沙子水压力大时的抗渗性,网眼选择的大小与卷材的整体使用强度和透气量密切相关的。
选用超高分子量的聚乙烯布是因为它有极高的强度的抗穿刺性又不缺乏透气性。
U型专用密封条是三元乙丙橡胶材料,它有突出的抗老化性和很好的柔性,起到良好密封作用。10mm铺装的卷材防渗高度在2米,2米以上渗透率<0.4kg/㎡/h,略高蒸发速度0.007kg/㎡/h,长期使用防渗性能下降<30%,卷材5-10mm厚度的透气性大于42,是没有污染的环保材料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种抗渗防水透气卷材,包括卷材本体1,所述卷材本体1上布满网眼2,网眼2呈喇叭口型,所述网眼2中注满沙子,所述卷材本体1两面分别复合有聚乙烯布3。
一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(一)沙子加入到烘干机中烘干;
(二)把步骤(一)所得的沙子在45-55℃时与液体有机硅混合均匀,每粒沙粒都被有机硅浸润到,混匀10-12分钟后倒出晾干,得到风积沙子;
(三)把聚氯乙烯塑料熔化制成卷材本体,把卷材本体放到一个对辊上,所述对辊上设置有针状物,卷材在对辊中间穿过的同时,卷材经过针状物时就被压成镂空,使卷材布满网眼,这样就制造成了具有镂空构造的卷材;
(四)步骤(三)所得镂空构造的卷材两面中的其中一面与超高分子量的聚乙烯布复合,使聚乙烯布完整的粘贴在镂空构造的卷材的其中一个面上;
(五)把步骤(二)所得的风积沙子,从卷材的另一面注满具有镂空的网眼,同时采用以上同样方法,把聚乙烯布复合在镂空构造的卷材注满风积沙子的另一面。
(六)采用U型密封条,把两面复合聚乙烯布的镂空构造的卷材的四边胶粘密封,这样就制成具有防水抗渗透气功能的卷材。
优选的,步骤(一)的沙子为80-140目的沙子。
优选的,步骤(一)烘干至沙子的含水量降到3‰以下,沙子的堆积密度在2.1-2.3吨/m³,沙子在5mm-10mm厚度时有80%以上的透气率。

实际应用在荒漠植树中,本发明是很好的防渗透透气材料,挖坑铺卷材,具有很好的保水性,同时又具有透气性提高树苗的成活率,降低植树的人工成本。
在河道铺设中,因有透气性水质自净能力增强,生态系统的维护带来很多益处。
养鱼池的铺设,更是比用防渗膜要带来更好的效益,鱼不容易缺氧,提高养鱼产量。
本发明不仅限于前述实施方式,本领域技术人员在本发明技术精髓的启示下还可能做出其他变更,但只要其实现的功能与本发明相同或类似,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗渗防水透气卷材,其特征在于,包括卷材本体(1),所述卷材本体(1)上布满网眼(2),网眼(2)呈喇叭口型,所述网眼(2)中注满沙子,所述卷材本体(1)两面分别复合有聚乙烯布(3)。
2.权利要求1所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(一)沙子加入到烘干机中烘干;
(二)把步骤(一)所得的沙子在45-55℃时与液体有机硅混合均匀,每粒沙粒都被有机硅浸润到,混匀10-12分钟后倒出晾干,得到风积沙子;
(三)把聚氯乙烯塑料熔化制成卷材本体,把卷材本体放到一个对辊上,所述对辊上设置有针状物,卷材在对辊中间穿过的同时,卷材本体经过针状物时就被压成镂空,使卷材本体布满网眼,这样就制造成了具有镂空构造的卷材本体;
(四)步骤(三)所得镂空构造的卷材本体两面中的其中一面与超高分子量的聚乙烯布复合,使聚乙烯布完整的粘贴在镂空构造的卷材本体的其中一个面上;
(五)把步骤(二)所得的风积沙子,从卷材本体的另一面注满网眼,同时采用以上同样方法,把聚乙烯布复合在镂空构造的卷材本体注满风积沙子的另一面;
(六)采用U型密封条,把两面复合聚乙烯布的镂空构造的卷材本体的四边胶粘密封,这样就制成具有防水抗渗透气功能的卷材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(一)的沙子为80-140目的沙子。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(一)烘干至沙子的含水量降到3‰以下,沙子的堆积密度在2.1-2.3吨/m³,沙子在5mm-10mm厚度时有80%以上的透气率。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(二)晾干温度为25-35℃,晾干时间为5-7天。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(二)液体有机硅为沙子的质量的2%-3%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(三)中网眼的大小为4mm*4mm或5mm*5mm。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(四)镂空构造的卷材本体与聚乙烯布的复合是通过热熔胶在80℃-100℃温度下,在0.4-0.5MPA的压力下复合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗渗防水透气卷材,其特征在于,所述卷材本体(1)宽1-2m,长5-6m,厚度5mm-10mm。
