The front end of the invention is directly delivered to the position between the airway and the esophagus, so that the glottis is positioned above the front end of the invention, and the problem of difficult tracheal intubation under the condition of difficult airway is solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel double-positioning visual device for trachea cannula.
Background
The design of the existing video laryngoscope for trachea cannula (shown in figure 1) is as follows: an arc lens with a certain radian, wherein the inner arc is an arc plane with a certain width, and the front half part of the arc lens is a tongue depressor with the length of 30 to 50 millimeters and is used for lifting the epiglottis exposure glottis of a patient; the outer arc of the arc lens is partly a lumen for installing a camera lens, and partly a travelling space for the trachea cannula. Because the curvature of the lens tongue depressor is large, the difficulty of trachea cannula is correspondingly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel double-positioning trachea cannula visual device, the design concept of which is basically different from that of a traditional laryngoscope, and the novel double-positioning trachea cannula visual device is designed by adopting a reverse thinking method, and the glottis are positioned above the front end of the novel double-positioning trachea cannula visual device by directly conveying the front end of the novel double-positioning trachea cannula visual device to the position between an airway and an esophagus, so that the problem of difficult trachea cannula under the condition of difficult airway is solved, and the problem of difficult trachea cannula between the top end of the conventional video laryngoscope tongue depressor and a video lens is solved.
The invention is realized in such a way that the novel double-positioning tracheal intubation visual equipment comprises an equipment host mechanism and a display, wherein the front half part of the equipment host mechanism is a J-shaped catheter guide rod which accords with the arc-shaped structure of the oral cavity of a human body, and the rear half part of the equipment host mechanism is a handle; the left side and the right side of the front end of the guide rod of the double-positioning finger J-shaped guide pipe are provided with two groups of high-definition camera lenses and illumination light sources in tandem; the upper side and the lower side of the front end of the J-shaped catheter guiding rod are respectively provided with a sputum suction opening for cleaning the oral cavity; a supply pipeline opening is arranged between the high-definition camera lens at the front end of the J-shaped catheter guide rod and the illumination light source and is used for supplying water, oxygen or medicine; the section of the J-shaped catheter guide rod is U-shaped, and the trachea cannula is inserted into the airway along the bottom of the U-shaped groove.
The upper side and the lower side of the front end of the J-shaped guide pipe guide rod are respectively provided with a sputum suction port, and a sputum suction pipe connected with the sputum suction ports is arranged on the two sides of the J-shaped guide pipe guide rod.
A supply pipeline opening is arranged between the high-definition camera lens at the front end of the J-shaped catheter guiding rod and the illumination light source, and the supply pipeline connected with the supply pipeline opening is arranged at two sides of the J-shaped catheter guiding rod.
The handle of the invention is composed of three parts, namely: a connecting unit of the handle and the J-shaped catheter guide rod, a battery compartment in the handle and a connecting unit of the handle and the display mechanism; the handle and the J-shaped catheter guide rod connecting unit are respectively provided with an oxygen inlet port, a water inlet port, a medicine inlet port and a sputum suction port.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the J-shaped catheter guide rod, namely the part entering the oral cavity of the human body, has a certain degree of bending so as to be suitable for the arc physiological structure of the tongue root of the oral cavity of the human body. The inner arc of the J-shaped guide pipe guide rod is designed into a U-shaped groove, and the outer arc of the J-shaped guide pipe guide rod is a smooth curved surface, so that the J-shaped guide pipe guide rod is very smooth in contact with the oral cavity of a human body. The double positioning means that the front end of the guide rod of the J-shaped guide pipe can be directly pushed to the lower end of the glottis, namely, the position between the glottis and the esophagus, and the front high-definition camera lens can observe the accurate position of the glottis and display the accurate position on a display; after the front end of the J-shaped catheter guiding rod reaches the position of the lower end of the glottis, pushing down the trachea cannula along a U-shaped groove at the inner side of the J-shaped catheter guiding rod, enabling the trachea cannula to enter the glottis once leaving the front end of the J-shaped catheter guiding rod, and observing and confirming that the trachea cannula is inserted into the airway by the high-definition camera lens, wherein the trachea cannula is successful; the video shot by the rear high-definition camera lens can be displayed on a display.
