4. 5. The whole moxibustion device is in a sealed and closed state except for the inlet and outlet channels, air can only enter from the air inlet and exit from the air outlet, so that flue gas in the moxibustion process flows in a required direction, and the air must pass through the combustion surface of the moxa column so as to increase the curative effect of the moxibustion.
As a further improvement, the invention can integrate a temperature sensor in a combustion chamber or a fumigation chamber, and the temperature is detected to regulate the air flow so as to control the burning speed of the moxa cone, thereby achieving the aim of keeping the temperature constant for fumigation of the moxa cone.

Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail a moxibustion device for actively controlling air circulation according to the present invention by way of specific examples.
A first embodiment of the invention is described in detail in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 3, but without any limitation to the claims of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a moxibustion device with active air circulation control comprises a combustion chamber 1 for placing a moxa cone 11 and a fumigation chamber 3, wherein the fumigation chamber 3 is used for outputting flue gas formed by combustion of the moxa cone 11 outwards;
the combustion chamber 1 is in butt joint with the fumigation chamber 3, a cavity 4 of the combustion chamber 1 is communicated with a cavity of the fumigation chamber 3 to form a flue gas channel for flue gas circulation, the combustion chamber 1 is provided with an air inlet 8, the lower part of the combustion chamber 1 is provided with an air outlet 9, the fumigation chamber 3 is provided with a flue gas fumigation opening 10 and a flue gas outlet 22, and the air inlet 8, the flue gas fumigation opening 10 and the flue gas outlet 22 are all communicated with the flue gas channel;
The moxibustion device further comprises an air driving flow guiding mechanism 21, the air driving flow guiding mechanism 21 is communicated with the smoke channel, the air driving flow guiding mechanism 21 has a working state, when the air driving flow guiding mechanism 21 is in the working state, the air driving flow guiding mechanism 21 drives external air to enter the smoke channel from the air inlet 8, drives the external air and smoke to circulate along the smoke channel at a certain speed, and drives the air and the smoke to flow out from the smoke outlet 22.
More specifically, the air-driven guide mechanism 21 is a blower or fan that interfaces with the air inlet 8, and is configured to blow outside air into the flue gas channel, so that the air flow is in a direction designated by the blower or fan. The air-driven guide mechanism 21 is a blower or a fan which is abutted with the air inlet and is used for blowing external air into the flue gas channel so that air flow flows in a specified direction of the blower or the fan. The moxibustion device adopts a blower or a fan to supply oxygen and ventilate the sealed combustion area and the sealed fumigation chamber in the moxibustion process and discharge the flue gas fumigated by skin, so that the air flow flows in a specified direction to increase the curative effect of the moxibustion.
More specifically, the bottom wall of the combustion chamber 1 and the furnace mat 2 together form an air circulation space at the bottom of the moxa cone 11, i.e., a combustion space, which corresponds to a conical cylindrical combustion surface formed by natural combustion of the moxa cone 11. The combustion space is used for restricting the circulation space of air and is matched with the conical combustion surface formed by the combustion of the moxa cone 11 very properly, the air is further controlled to enable the air to flow through the space formed between the conical combustion surface burnt by the moxa cone 11 and the furnace cushion 2, the air is circulated at the bottom of the moxa cone 11 needing to be burnt, the air circulation space is restricted, the air is prevented from being circulated to the fumigation chamber 3 in a close way without effective combustion, the air circulated to the fumigation chamber 3 is the air after the moxa cone 11 is effectively burnt, the smoke concentration is further improved, the use efficiency of the air is further improved, the heat of unit air burnt by the moxa cone 11 is further improved, the fumigation effect of the moxa cone is improved, the air is saved, the combustion is fully odorless, the smoke concentration and the heat utilization rate are high, and the fumigation treatment effect is good.
More specifically, the moxibustion device further comprises a furnace pad 2 for supporting the moxa column and an elastic piece 7, wherein the furnace pad 2 is arranged in the inner cavity 4, the elastic piece 7 is arranged in the inner cavity above the furnace pad 2, the elastic piece 7 can press the moxa column 11 against the furnace pad 2, and the inner cavity 14 above the furnace pad is communicated with the inner cavity 15 below the furnace pad.
More specifically, the moxibustion device further comprises a buffer chamber 5, wherein air outlets are formed in the upper part and the bottom of the buffer chamber 5, a buffer pad 505 is covered on the air outlet in the bottom of the buffer chamber 5, the buffer chamber 5 is sleeved on the lower part of the combustion chamber 1 to isolate the lower part of the combustion chamber 1 from the outside, the buffer chamber 5 is communicated with the inner cavity 4 of the combustion chamber 1 through an air outlet 9, a plurality of air guide holes are formed in the side wall of the buffer chamber 5, and the air guide holes are through holes;
the fumigation chamber 3 is sleeved on the lower portion of the buffer chamber 5 to isolate the lower portion of the buffer chamber 5 from the outside, and the fumigation chamber 3 is communicated with the cavity of the buffer chamber 5 through an air guide hole.
More specifically, the buffer chamber 5 includes two chambers, which are a buffer inner chamber 501 and a buffer outer chamber 502 disposed inside and outside, respectively;
the air holes comprise a first air hole 503 formed on the wall of the buffer inner chamber 501 and a second air hole 504 formed on the buffer outer chamber 502;
the upper air outlet of the buffer chamber 5 is arranged at the upper part of the buffer inner chamber 501, the bottom of the buffer inner chamber 501 is closed, the bottom air outlet of the buffer chamber 5 is arranged at the bottom of the buffer outer chamber 502, and the buffer pad 505 covers the bottom of the buffer outer chamber 502;
The buffer inner chamber 501 is communicated with the combustion chamber 1 through an air outlet;
the outer buffer chamber 502 is communicated with the inner buffer chamber 501 through a first air guide hole;
the fumigation chamber 3 is sleeved at the lower part of the buffering outer chamber 502, and the fumigation chamber 3 is communicated with the buffering outer chamber 502 through a second air guide hole.
More specifically, the cushion 505 is a breathable mesh.
More specifically, the flue gas outlet 22 is in butt joint with a flue gas recovery device 23 or in butt joint with a pipeline communicated with the outside, and only the air inlet 8, the flue gas fumigating port 10 and the flue gas outlet 22 in the combustion chamber 1 and the fumigating chamber 3 are communicated with the outside, so that the whole is sealed, and the flue gas is free from leakage.
As shown in fig. 4, the bottom wall of the combustion chamber 1 extends downward and inwardly, an air outlet 9 is formed on the bottom wall of the combustion chamber 1, and the air outlet 9 communicates the inner cavity 14 of the combustion chamber with the outside of the combustion chamber.
More specifically, the furnace cushion 2 is a protruding part 16 arranged on the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1, and the protruding part 16 is provided with a plurality of protruding parts and is uniformly distributed on the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the furnace pad 2 has a planar net structure, a plurality of meshes 20 are formed on the furnace pad, and the furnace pad 2 and the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1 are integrally formed or detachably mounted on the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1. When moxa cone 11 is placed in moxa-moxibustion device combustion chamber 1, planar netted stove pad 19 is inconsistent with moxa cone 11's lower part surface for hold in the bottom of moxa cone 11 and make the air can pass through mesh 20, when wasing the stove pad or need not use the stove pad, detachable split-type stove pad conveniently takes out from the combustion chamber, and integral structure's stove pad and combustion chamber, the part is less, saves the trouble of installing the stove pad.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the mat 2 has a tapered cylindrical mesh structure, and a plurality of mesh holes 20 are formed in the mat 2. The conical cylindrical mesh furnace cushion 18 is integrally formed with the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1 or detachably mounted on the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1. When the bottom of the moxa cone 11 is ignited to burn, a conical combustion surface is formed naturally, and as the furnace cushion 2 is of a conical net structure, the furnace cushion gradually contracts inwards from top to bottom to form a conical structure, so that the conical combustion surface formed by the moxa cone burning is matched very properly, the air can be further controlled to flow through the space formed between the conical combustion surface of the moxa cone burning and the furnace cushion, the air use efficiency is further improved, the heat of unit air of the moxa cone burning is further improved, the fumigating effect of the moxa moxibustion is improved, the air is saved, the air is burnt fully without peculiar smell, the flue gas concentration and the heat utilization rate are high, and the fumigating treatment effect is good.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the furnace pad 2 is a claw-shaped furnace pad, the furnace pad 2 is provided with a plurality of claws, the claws extend outwards and upwards, and the furnace pad 2 and the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1 are integrally formed or detachably mounted on the bottom cavity wall of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1. When the moxa stick 11 is installed in the moxibustion device, the claws of the claw-shaped stove pad 17 collide with the lower surface of the moxa stick 11. When moxa cone 11 is placed in moxa-moxibustion device combustion chamber 1, the claw of claw-shaped stove pad 17 is inconsistent with the lower part surface of moxa cone 11 for hold in the bottom of moxa cone 11 and make the air pass through, when wasing the stove pad or need not use the stove pad, detachable split-type stove pad conveniently takes out from combustion chamber 1, and integral structure's stove pad 2 and combustion chamber 1, the part is less, saves the trouble of installing the stove pad.
When the bottom of the moxa cone 11 is ignited to burn, a conical combustion surface is formed naturally, as the furnace cushion 2 is the claw-shaped furnace cushion 17, the supporting claws thereof gradually shrink inwards from top to bottom to form a conical structure, the conical combustion surface formed by the combustion of the moxa cone is matched very properly, the air is further controlled to enable the air to flow through the space formed between the conical combustion surface burnt by the moxa cone 11 and the claw-shaped furnace cushion 17, the use efficiency of the air is further improved, the heat of unit air burnt by the moxa cone 11 is further improved, the fumigating effect of the moxa cone is improved, the air is saved, the combustion is fully odorless, the smoke concentration and the heat utilization rate are high, and the fumigating treatment effect is good.
When in actual production and use, according to different requirements such as convenient cleaning or simple assembly, the furnace mats of the above types can be reasonably selected for integral or detachable connection.
As shown in fig. 12, the air-driven guiding mechanism 21 is a vacuum pump that is in butt joint with the smoke outlet 22, and the vacuum pump is used for pumping the smoke in the smoke channel, so that the airflow flows in a specified direction of the vacuum pump. Or the air driving diversion mechanism 21 is an exhaust fan which is in butt joint with the smoke outlet 22, specifically, the vacuum pump is a negative pressure vacuum pump, and the negative pressure vacuum pump or the exhaust fan is used for pumping out the smoke in the smoke channel, so that the airflow flows in the appointed direction of the vacuum pump. The moxibustion device adopts a negative pressure vacuum pump to supply oxygen and ventilate the sealed combustion area and the sealed fumigation chamber in the moxibustion process and discharge the flue gas fumigated by skin, so that the air flow flows in a specified direction to increase the moxibustion curative effect. And the vacuum pump is a negative pressure induced draft type vacuum pump, so that the sealing performance of the moxibustion device is greatly improved.
In the use process, the water-soluble fiber is prepared,
igniting the bottom of the moxa cone 11, placing the moxa cone 11 into the combustion chamber 1, attaching the bottom of the moxa cone 11 to the furnace pad 2, tightly supporting the top of the moxa cone 11 by the elastic piece 7, tightly attaching the moxa cone 11 to the furnace pad 2, enabling the combustion end of the moxa cone 11 to be always at the bottom of the combustion chamber 1 and keeping the distance from the skin unchanged under the action of the elastic piece 7 and the furnace pad 2,
when the moxa cone burns, a conical combustion surface is naturally formed, and the furnace cushion 2 is a claw-shaped furnace cushion 17 or a conical net-shaped furnace cushion 18 or a protruding part 16 arranged on the cavity wall at the bottom of the inner cavity of the combustion chamber 1, so that the furnace cushion 2 can prop up the moxa cone to enable a space (or called a combustion space) for air circulation to exist between the lower part of the moxa cone and the moxa cone. The furnace cushion 2 gradually contracts inwards from top to bottom to form a conical cylindrical structure, and the conical combustion surface is very properly matched with a conical combustion surface formed by moxa cone combustion.
And because the bottom cavity wall of the combustion chamber 1 extends inwards and downwards to be folded, an air outlet is formed on the bottom cavity wall of the combustion chamber 1, and the air outlet enables the inner cavity 4 of the combustion chamber to be communicated with the outside of the combustion chamber. The bottom cavity wall of the combustion chamber 1 extends downwards inwards to be folded, the circulation space of constraint air is not very proper to match the conical combustion surface formed by the combustion of the moxa cone 11, further control air enables air to flow through the space formed between the conical combustion surface and the furnace cushion 2 where the moxa cone 11 is burnt, air is circulated at the bottom of the moxa cone 11 which needs to be burnt, further air is prevented from flowing to the fumigation chamber 3 in a nearby way without effective combustion, further air flowing to the fumigation chamber 3 is air after the moxa cone 11 is effectively burnt, therefore, the concentration of smoke is further improved, the use efficiency of the air is further improved, the heat of unit air burnt by the moxa cone 11 is further improved, the fumigation effect of moxa moxibustion is improved, air is saved, the combustion is fully odorless, the concentration and the heat utilization rate are high, and the fumigation treatment effect is good.
Meanwhile, a plurality of raised propping parts 6 are arranged on the side cavity wall of the combustion chamber inner cavity 4, the raised propping parts 6 force the moxa cone 11 to be incapable of contacting the inner side wall of the combustion chamber 1 in a large area, so that air can conveniently flow through the side surface of the whole moxa cone 11 only along a limited and controllable space formed between the inner side wall of the combustion chamber 1 and the moxa cone 11.
In addition, the flame-retardant cover 12 sleeved on the moxa cone 11 wraps the upper periphery of the moxa cone 11 to isolate the upper part of the moxa cone 11 from air, and the lower part of the moxa cone 11 is exposed out of the flame-retardant cover 12. When the moxa cone 11 is ignited, the circumference of the bottom of the moxa cone 11 is relatively long, the moxa cone 11 burns quickly and slowly due to the fact that the circumference of the bottom of the moxa cone 11 is relatively long, and the flame-retardant sleeve 12 further controls air, so that the moxa cone burns uniformly.
In addition, the moxibustion device further comprises a combustion chamber outer sleeve 13 which is arranged outside the combustion chamber 1 and generates smoke heat after the combustion of the moxa cone 11.
The working principle and innovation points of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the invention, the air-driven flow guiding mechanism 21 is arranged to supply oxygen and ventilate the sealed combustion chamber 1 and the sealed fumigation chamber 3 in the moxibustion process and discharge the flue gas fumigated by the skin, so that the air flow flows according to the specified direction, the specified flow speed and the specified flow rate, and the purpose of controllable flue gas is achieved, thereby increasing the curative effect of the fumigation of the moxibustion. The air driving and guiding mechanism 21 such as a fan or a vacuum pump can control the burning speed and the temperature of the moxa cone by adjusting and controlling the air supply amount and the air supply speed, so that the air flows in a specified direction to increase the moxibustion curative effect.
2. When igniting moxa cone 11 bottom, moxa cone 11 begins the burning from the bottom, and in the moxa cone 11 combustion process, the moxa ash of burning drops stove pad 2, the elastic component 7 forces the unburned part of moxa cone 11 to push up on stove pad 2 all the time, and elastic component 7 and stove pad 2 combined action make the moxa cone hug closely the burning 1 room bottom stove pad 2 all the time and burn, because the more the air is concentrated near combustion 1 bottom the moxa cone 11, the faster the burning, the elastic component 7 and stove pad 2 combined action makes moxa cone 11 combustion end in combustion 1 bottom and from skin distance constantly all the time to make the air that circulates must pass through the moxa cone combustion face, reach the purpose of make full use of saving air.
3. 4. The stove pad 2 at the bottom of the combustion chamber is a claw-shaped stove pad 5 or a plurality of protruding parts uniformly fixed on the periphery of the cavity wall at the bottom of the combustion chamber 1, and because the type structure is of a hollow structure and is designed to be retracted inwards from top to bottom, the stove pad can play a role in blocking air and limiting air circulation, air is forced to cling to the combustion surface of the moxa column 11 to circulate, the moxa column is more fully combusted by matching with the naturally formed taper-shaped combustion surface of the moxa column 11 in the combustion process, the smoke concentration and the heat utilization rate are high, the fumigation treatment effect is good, so that air flowing through must pass through the combustion surface of the moxa column, the smoke flowing through skin must be the air combusted through the moxa column, the concentration of the smoke is improved, the curative effect of moxibustion is improved, and a large amount of air is saved.
5. The raised abutment 6 forces the moxa cone 11 to be unable to contact the inner side wall of the combustion chamber 1 in a large area, so that air can flow through the side surface of the entire moxa cone 11 only along the limited and controllable space formed between the inner side cavity wall of the combustion chamber 1 and the moxa cone 11. The furnace cushion 2 at the bottom of the combustion chamber 1, the elastic piece 7 and the raised supporting part 6 on the inner side wall of the combustion chamber 1 are combined to enable circulated air to pass through the combustion surface of the moxa cone 11, so that the purpose of fully utilizing the air is achieved, the moxa cone 11 is always attached to the furnace cushion 2 for combustion, and the more the moxa cone 11 is attached to the bottom of the combustion chamber 1, the faster the air is combusted, so that the taper-shaped combustion end formed in the combustion process of the combustion end of the moxa cone 11 is controlled to be always matched with the shape of the furnace cushion 2, and the effect of the elastic piece 7 enables the combustion end of the moxa cone 11 to be always at the bottom of the combustion chamber 11 and the distance from the skin is always unchanged.
6. 7. The invention effectively solves the problems that smoke generated by moxa sticks or moxa sticks in the combustion process can not be effectively controlled and seriously pollutes the environment by arranging the smoke recovery device, so that both doctors and patients can not be damaged to different degrees in the treatment process, and further solves the problem that moxibustion can not be widely popularized from ancient times to date.

the moxibustion device further comprises a buffer chamber (5), wherein air outlets are formed in the upper part and the bottom of the buffer chamber (5), a buffer pad (505) is covered on the air outlet in the bottom of the buffer chamber (5), the buffer chamber (5) is sleeved on the lower part of the combustion chamber (1) to isolate the lower part of the combustion chamber (1) from the outside, the buffer chamber (5) is communicated with the inner cavity of the combustion chamber (1) through an air outlet (9) in the upper part, and a plurality of air guide holes are formed in the side wall of the buffer chamber (5) and are through holes;
the buffer chamber (5) comprises two layers of chambers, wherein the two layers of chambers are respectively a buffer inner chamber (501) and a buffer outer chamber (502) which are arranged from inside to outside, and the air holes comprise a first air hole (503) formed in the wall of the buffer inner chamber (501) and a second air hole (504) formed in the buffer outer chamber (502);
The upper portion gas outlet of buffer chamber (5) is seted up on the upper portion of buffer inner chamber (501), the bottom of buffer inner chamber (501) is sealed, the bottom gas outlet of buffer chamber (5) is seted up in the bottom of buffering outer chamber (502), blotter (505) cover in the bottom of buffering outer chamber (502), and buffer chamber (5) prevent that flue gas heat from excessively concentrating and causing local high temperature in fumigation chamber (3).

The moxibustion device according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom cavity wall of the combustion chamber (1) extends inwards and downwards to be folded, an air outlet is formed in the bottom cavity wall of the combustion chamber (1), and the inner cavity of the combustion chamber is communicated with the outside of the combustion chamber through the air outlet.
