Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features, and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 isbase:Sub>A front view ofbase:Sub>A puncture needle hole fixing application 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 isbase:Sub>A cross-sectional view of the puncture needle hole fixing application 100 alongbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 isbase:Sub>A back view of the puncture needle hole fixing application 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The puncture needle hole fixing plaster 100 comprises a medical adhesive plaster 1, a waterproof silica gel seat 2 and a replaceable inner core 3.
The medical adhesive plaster 1 comprises a first surface 11 with a glue line and an opposite second surface 12, the medical adhesive plaster 1 having a slit 13 in the middle. In one embodiment, the slit 13 is a cross opening. In practice, the puncture needle fixing applicator 100 may further include a first film (not shown) for covering the first surface 11 of the medical tape 1.
The waterproof silicone base 2 is disposed on the first surface 11 of the medical adhesive tape 1, the waterproof silicone base 2 has a ring bottom 21 fixed on the first surface 11 and a ring wall 22 disposed above the ring bottom 21, and the ring wall 22 and the ring bottom 21 surround to form a first accommodating space 23. In one embodiment, the waterproof silicone seat 2 is an integral structure, and the annular wall portion 22 is bowl-shaped. Preferably, the ring bottom 21 has a through hole 210 corresponding to the slit 13, and the through hole 210 communicates with the first receiving space 23 and the slit 13.
The replaceable inner core 3 is arranged in the first accommodating space 23 in a pluggable manner, the replaceable inner core 3 comprises a silica gel cover 31, a handle part 32 and an absorption part 33, the absorption part 33 is arranged in a groove of the silica gel cover 31, the handle part 32 is fixed on a cover head of the silica gel cover 31 and corresponds to the crack 13 of the medical adhesive plaster 1, and the handle part 32 extends from the crack 13 to the second surface 12 of the medical adhesive plaster 1 when the silica gel cover 31 is positioned in the first accommodating space 23. In one embodiment, the absorption portion 33 is a water-absorbing sponge, and is filled in the groove of the silicone cover 31. Preferably, the recess of the silicone cap 31 corresponds to the middle of the medical adhesive plaster 1. In practice, the puncture needle hole fixing application 100 may further include a second film for wrapping the surface of the replaceable core 3.
Referring to fig. 4 in combination, fig. 4 is a schematic view of the replaceable core 3 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The silicone cover 31 has a resilient arm 311 surrounding the groove 310, and the resilient arm 311 is tightly attached to the annular wall 22. In one embodiment, the upper surface of the resilient arm 311 is flush with the upper surface of the annular wall 22. The elastic annular wall part 22 and the silica gel cover 31 can also play a role in pressing the puncture needle hole part, thereby further reducing the exudation.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic back view of a puncture needle hole fixing application 100' according to another embodiment of the present invention. Unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the extension direction of the slit 13' is not parallel to the extension direction of the handle portion 32, and the handle portion 32 can be hidden in the slit 13' in the non-use state and extend from the slit 13' to the second surface 12 of the medical adhesive plaster 1 when in use.
In various embodiments of the present invention, the extension of the slit is preferably equal to or greater than the maximum caliber of the replaceable core, so as to facilitate the insertion and extraction of the replaceable core from the back of the medical tape to the waterproof silicone seat. In addition, the extension size of the crack is preferably smaller than the maximum caliber of the waterproof silica gel seat so as to prevent the fixing strength of the waterproof silica gel seat and the medical adhesive plaster from being affected.
In practical application, take the nursing after the abdominal cavity puncture as an example, after disinfecting local skin, take out the fixed application plaster sterilized by ethylene oxide, remove the pad pasting, directly cover the fixed application plaster above the puncture needle hole, and aim at utilizing the pressing effect of the fixed application plaster on the local part of the puncture needle hole to reduce the exudation, and simultaneously the water-absorbing sponge of the inner core of the fixed application plaster absorbs the exosmotic ascites or effusion. If the local wound of the puncture needle eye is healed after about 24 hours, the application can be directly removed; but for severe ascites patients with excessive abdominal pressure, the disinfection inner core can be replaced 4-6 hours or the next day after the puncture operation. Firstly, pulling out and outwards lifting the handle part, taking out the replaceable inner core, disinfecting local skin by using a cotton swab, inserting a new replaceable inner core, pressing down the handle part to fix the inner core, and then determining the time and frequency for replacing the inner core again according to the water absorption condition of the replaced inner core. The puncture needle hole fixing plaster is also suitable for local medical care after thoracocentesis and skin soft tissue puncture.
The puncture needle hole fixing plaster effectively prevents ascites from exosmosis and is convenient for disinfecting wound parts and replacing the water absorbing part through the waterproof silica gel seat and the replaceable inner core with the absorbing part, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of medical personnel.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
