Abstract
A tibia platform and femur distal iliac platform integrated osteotomy gauge comprises an osteotomy locator and a measurement locator; the bone cutting positioner comprises a tibia platform bone cutting positioner and a femur distal-iliac-platform bone cutting positioner, the tibia platform bone cutting positioner comprises a first body and a plurality of first bone cutting grooves arranged on the first body, the femur distal-iliac-platform bone cutting positioner comprises a second body and a plurality of second bone cutting grooves arranged on the second body, the first body and the second body are of an integrated structure, and the first bone cutting grooves and the second bone cutting grooves are parallel to each other; the measuring locator comprises a locating rod, a sleeve sleeved on the locating rod and in sliding fit with the locating rod, and a cross plate fixed on the sleeve, one end of the locating rod is connected with the osteotomy locator, the locating rod is mutually perpendicular to the first osteotomy groove, and the cross plate is mutually perpendicular to the locating rod. The integrated osteotomy gauge effectively solves the problem that the end face of the tibia and the end face of the femur are not parallel in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to a tibia platform and femur distal ilium platform integrated osteotomy gauge and a measuring and positioning method.
Background
One of the primary goals of artificial knee replacement surgery is to restore the mechanical force lines of the lower limbs such that the center of rotation of the hip joint, the midpoint of the knee joint, and the midpoint of the ankle joint lie on an imaginary lower limb force line on the coronal plane. Correct osteotomies are the basis for obtaining good alignment of the lower limbs after surgery.
The artificial knee joint replacement operation needs to cut bones of tibia and femur, in the prior art, the tibia is cut by a tibia cutting gauge, and the femur is cut by a femur cutting gauge. The tibia osteotomy gauge and the femur osteotomy gauge are two independent components, which can cause several problems: 1. the cost is increased; 2. the manufacturing precision of different osteotomy rules may have errors, or errors caused during osteotomy operations, and the method for respectively osteotomy is likely to cause non-parallel tibial end face and femoral end face, and finally unbalanced medial collateral ligament/lateral collateral ligament stress of knee joint is caused.

As shown in fig. 1, the tibia plateau and femur distal iliac plateau integrated osteotomy gauge comprises an osteotomy locator 1 and a measuring locator 2, wherein the measuring locator 2 is used for locating the position of the osteotomy locator 1, and the osteotomy locator 1 is matched with an osteotomy knife to perform osteotomy operation.
As shown in fig. 1, the osteotomy locator 1 includes a tibial plateau osteotomy locator and a femoral distal plateau osteotomy locator, the tibial plateau osteotomy locator includes a first body 11 and a plurality of first osteotomy grooves 111 disposed on the first body 11, and the femoral distal plateau osteotomy locator includes a second body 12 and a plurality of second osteotomy grooves 121 disposed on the second body 12. The positioning plate is formed by the integrated structure of the first body 11 and the second body 12, in this embodiment, two first osteotomy grooves 111 are formed on the first body 11, three second osteotomy grooves 121 are formed on the second body 12, the first osteotomy grooves 111 are located at one end of the positioning plate, the second osteotomy grooves 121 are located at the other end of the positioning plate, and the first osteotomy grooves 111 and the second osteotomy grooves 121 are parallel to each other, so as to ensure that the osteotomy end face of the tibia is parallel to the osteotomy end face of the femur. Grooves 13 are formed between the two sides of the positioning plate and the first and second osteotomy grooves 111 and 121 for reducing the weight of the osteotomy gauge. The positioning rod 21 is provided with a through groove 211 which is arranged along the axis and penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the positioning rod 21, the cross plate 23 is mutually perpendicular to the through groove 211, the cross plate 23 is mutually perpendicular to the positioning rod 21, and the positioning rod 21 is mutually perpendicular to the first osteotomy groove 111.
The invention relates to a measuring and positioning method of an integrated osteotomy gauge, which comprises the following steps:
