Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a communication method provided in the present invention, where the communication method provided in this embodiment may be executed by a terminal device, and specifically, may be executed by a software program in the terminal device. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
When a user wants to open a network hotspot function for other users, the network hotspot can be opened in a related setting interface of the terminal device, and setting parameters such as a network hotspot name, an access password, a security authentication mode and the like can be carried out. The network hotspot in the embodiment of the present invention may be a WiFi hotspot.
After the network hotspot of the terminal device is started, the terminal device can track and monitor the use parameter of the network hotspot during the period of opening the network hotspot, and the use parameter is used as the behavior information of the network hotspot. Optionally, the network hotspot usage parameter comprises at least one of the following parameters:
the network hotspot management method comprises the steps of obtaining a network name corresponding to the network hotspot, starting time of the network hotspot, closing time of the network hotspot, duration of the network hotspot, the number of terminal devices accessing the network hotspot and consumption flow of the network hotspot.
Among the above parameters, the network name can be obtained based on the setting parameters set when the user opens the network hotspot; the opening time and the closing time can be obtained by timing in response to the operation of opening the network hotspot and closing the network hotspot performed by the user, and the duration of the continuous use time can be determined by the time difference between the closing time and the opening time; the number of the terminal devices connected to the network hotspot and the consumed traffic of the network hotspot can be determined by respectively counting the number of the terminal devices connected to the network hotspot in the time from the turn-on time to the turn-off time and the total consumed traffic.
And 102, packaging the network hotspot use parameters in a preset packaging format to obtain a network hotspot notification message.
After obtaining the network hotspot use parameters, the terminal equipment responds to the network hotspot closing operation triggered by the user, and sends a network hotspot notification message encapsulated with the network hotspot use parameters to the UICC card through a machine card interface-Cu interface.
After the UICC receives the network hotspot notification message, the UICC parses the network hotspot notification message based on the encapsulation format to obtain the network hotspot usage parameters encapsulated therein, thereby obtaining the relevant behavior information of the terminal device for opening the network hotspot. The UICC may store the network hotspot usage parameters in some file.
Alternatively, the packaging format of the usage parameters for the network hotspot may be implemented with reference to table 1 below:
TABLE 1 packaging Format
Wherein, M/O/C respectively means optional, optional and condition optional; min is an abbreviation for Y, indicating whether there is a minimum length requirement. The WiFi hotspot tag is used to indicate an encapsulation message type, that is, when the field content of the information field is DC, it indicates that the terminal device sends a network hotspot notification message to the UICC. The length in the content field refers to how many bytes of data length after the corresponding tag, such as the duration tag and the terminal number tag, is used to fill the corresponding data content, such as the duration value and the terminal device number value.
In this embodiment, when the terminal device is turned on with the network hotspot function, the terminal device continuously monitors the usage parameters of the network hotspot during the period of the network hotspot function being opened, such as how long the terminal device is opened, how many other terminal devices are used, and the like, so as to obtain behavior information of the terminal opening the network hotspot. Furthermore, when the terminal device is closed to the network hotspot, the terminal device packages the obtained use parameters into a network hotspot notification message according to a certain packaging format, and sends the network hotspot notification message to a UICC installed in the terminal device through a machine-card interface, so that the UICC can acquire behavior information of the terminal device for opening the network hotspot.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the communication method provided by the present invention, where the communication method provided by this embodiment may be executed by a terminal device, and specifically, may be executed by a software program in the terminal device. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the security of the behavior of opening the network hotspot by the user, when the user triggers to open the network hotspot, whether the network hotspot is allowed to be opened at this time may be further checked by the UICC.
For different terminal devices, parameters that can be set when a user opens a network hotspot may be different. Optionally, the setting parameters of the user when opening the network hotspot may include: network name, access password, security authentication mode, maximum allowed access user number and the like. When the user completes the parameter setting, an audit request carrying the setting parameters can be triggered to be sent to the UICC, so as to request the UICC to audit whether the network hotspot can be opened at this time.
Optionally, the auditing process of the UICC may include: if the security authentication mode set by the user cannot meet the preset security requirement, or the user does not set the security authentication mode, the audit is not passed; or, if the user does not set the access password, the user considers that the verification is not passed; or, if the maximum allowed number of access users set by the user exceeds a preset number threshold, the audit is deemed not to pass, at this time, the preset number threshold may be determined by the UICC according to the evaluation of the network load near the location where the current user is located when the audit request is received, and based on this, the audit request may also carry the location information of the user and may be obtained by location based on the location function of the terminal device; or, if the time of receiving the audit request belongs to the preset network use peak time, the audit is not passed. Correspondingly, if the conditions that the audit is not passed are not met, the audit is considered to be passed, and audit passing response is fed back to the terminal equipment.
And after receiving the verification passing response sent by the UICC, the terminal equipment considers that the network hotspot is effectively opened, so that the network hotspot use parameters in the network hotspot opening period are monitored.
And step 204, sending the network hotspot notification message to the UICC so that the UICC can obtain the network hotspot use parameters.
In practical application, in order to enable a user to clearly know the traffic consumption condition of the user within a preset time period, such as within one month, statistics may be performed on the traffic consumption conditions of the terminal devices in various networking modes within the preset time period. Common networking means for the terminal device may include networking through a mobile cellular network, networking through access to a WiFi network.
When the terminal device accesses the mobile cellular network, the terminal device may be further subdivided into accessing the mobile cellular network in the role of a network end node and accessing the mobile cellular network in the role of a network intermediate node. The role of the network intermediate node corresponds to the situation that the terminal device opens the network hotspot for other terminal devices to use in the embodiment of the present invention, and at this time, the other terminal devices accessing the network hotspot are network end nodes. Whereas the case where the terminal device accesses the mobile cellular network in the role of a network end node corresponds to the case where the terminal device accesses the mobile cellular network in the general case, i.e. except for the open network hotspot scenario.
Therefore, in the following description, for convenience of description, a mode in which the terminal device accesses the mobile cellular network in the role of a network intermediate node is referred to as a network hotspot networking mode, and a mode in which the terminal device accesses the mobile cellular network in the role of a network end node is referred to as a general mobile cellular network networking mode. That is, the mobile cellular network networking mode includes a network hotspot networking mode and a general mobile cellular network networking mode, and thus, the consumption traffic corresponding to the mobile cellular network networking mode includes two parts, namely, the consumption traffic corresponding to the network hotspot networking mode and the consumption traffic corresponding to the general mobile cellular network networking mode.
The consumption traffic corresponding to the mobile cellular network networking mode and the consumption traffic corresponding to the WiFi network access of the terminal device within a preset time period, such as one month, may be determined by a management platform, such as a network entity related to charging, based on an existing statistical policy, assuming that the statistical results are a and B, respectively. Since the consumption traffic corresponding to the mobile cellular network networking mode is composed of two parts, namely, the consumption traffic a1 corresponding to the network hotspot networking mode and the consumption traffic a2 corresponding to the general mobile cellular network networking mode, and a is a1+ a2, it is necessary to further distinguish the specific distribution situation of the two parts of traffic in a when a is already obtained.
For a1, in this embodiment, when the network hotspot usage parameter obtained by the UICC includes a parameter of a consumption traffic of a network hotspot, the UICC may statistically obtain a total consumption traffic, that is, a1, corresponding to an open network hotspot within a preset time period based on the network hotspot usage parameter corresponding to the open network hotspot of the terminal device obtained within the preset time period, for example, within one month, which is referred to as a first total consumption traffic. In addition to the first total consumed traffic, optionally, the network hotspot usage parameter includes a parameter of duration of use in addition to the consumed traffic, so that the UICC may further perform statistics to obtain statistical indexes such as cumulative usage duration of the network hotspot within a preset time period.
Thus, when both a and a1 are determined, a2 ═ a-a1 can be determined.
After obtaining a1, a2 and B, the management platform may send a service message to the terminal device, where the service message includes a first total consumption traffic a1 corresponding to the terminal device starting a network hotspot within a preset time period and a second total consumption traffic a2 and B corresponding to the terminal device using other networking methods, so that the user can know the traffic structure of the user and provide a basis for the user to reasonably plan traffic usage behavior.
In this embodiment, the other networking manners mentioned in step 205 are relative to the network hotspot networking manner, and may include the aforementioned general mobile cellular network networking manner and the networking manner of accessing to the WiFi network.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a third embodiment of the communication method provided by the present invention, where the communication method provided by this embodiment may be executed by a UICC, and specifically, may be executed by a software program in the UICC. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
And step 303, storing the network hotspot use parameters.
As described in the foregoing embodiment, after the network hotspot is opened, the terminal device may monitor the network hotspot usage parameter, and package the network hotspot usage parameter according to a certain packaging format when the network hotspot is closed, so as to obtain the network hotspot notification message. And then, the terminal equipment sends the network hotspot notification message to the UICC through a machine-card communication interface. After receiving the network hotspot notification message, the UICC analyzes the network hotspot notification message based on the packaging format to obtain and store the packaged network hotspot use parameters.
For the above network hotspot usage parameters and the encapsulation format, reference may be made to the description in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
In this embodiment, when the terminal device is turned on with the network hotspot function, the terminal device continuously monitors the usage parameters of the network hotspot during the period of the network hotspot function being open, and encapsulates the obtained usage parameters into a network hotspot notification message according to a certain encapsulation format, and sends the network hotspot notification message to the UICC installed in the terminal device through the machine-card interface, so that the UICC can acquire behavior information of the terminal device that opens the network hotspot, and the UICC can implement service applications such as traffic structure management of a user and network usage behavior analysis of the user based on the network hotspot behavior information acquired by the terminal device.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a fourth embodiment of the communication method provided by the present invention, where the communication method provided by this embodiment may be executed by a UICC, and specifically, may be executed by a software program in the UICC. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the steps of:
And step 402, checking whether the network hotspot is allowed to be opened or not according to the network hotspot setting parameters.
And step 403, if the audit is passed, sending an audit passing response to the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, to ensure the use security of the network hotspot opened by the user, after the user triggers the network hotspot opening operation and sets the relevant setting parameters, the terminal device may trigger to send an audit request to the UICC to request the UICC to audit the behavior of opening the network hotspot this time.
The process of auditing by the UICC can refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
And step 404, receiving a network hotspot notification message sent by the terminal device.
And step 406, storing the network hotspot use parameters.
And step 408, sending the first total consumption flow to the management platform so that the management platform determines a second total consumption flow corresponding to the terminal device in other networking modes in a preset time period based on the first total consumption flow.
In this embodiment, the UICC may implement management of a traffic structure of a user based on the obtained network hotspot usage parameter.
Specifically, the UICC may statistically obtain a total consumption traffic, referred to as a first total consumption traffic, corresponding to an open network hotspot of the terminal device within a certain preset time period, based on a network hotspot usage parameter corresponding to the open network hotspot of the terminal device obtained within the preset time period, for example, within one month. The UICC may further send the first total consumption traffic to the management platform, so that the management platform calculates, in combination with the first total consumption traffic, total consumption traffic corresponding to different networking modes of the terminal device within a preset time period, so as to feed back the total consumption traffic to the terminal device, and a user can clearly know traffic consumption conditions.
Referring to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step of counting, by the management platform, the total consumption traffic corresponding to other networking manners of the terminal device in the preset time period according to the first total consumption traffic refers to a process of determining, by the management platform, a2 in combination with a1 and a.
