The invention provides an air outlet structure of air outlet equipment and an air conditioner. When the air outlet panel covers the air outlet, wind in the shell can be blown out through the micropores, and when the air outlet panel opens the air outlet, wind in the shell can be blown out through a gap between the air outlet and the air outlet panel. The invention has the advantages of reasonable design and simple structure, not only can realize the conversion of different air outlet modes, but also is beneficial to cleaning the micropores on the air outlet panel, thereby preventing the phenomenon of dirty blockage of the micropores and ensuring the air outlet effect.
