Abstract

The invention discloses an exhaust silencing device based on temperature regulation, which comprises an exhaust pipe connected with an exhaust pipeline of an automobile engine, a silencer arranged on the exhaust pipe, a cooling system used for cooling airflow entering the silencer, a temperature control system used for controlling the temperature of the airflow entering the silencer, and a calibration device arranged at the outlet end of the silencer and used for collecting noise at the outlet of the silencer, wherein the cooling system is arranged on the exhaust pipe, the temperature control system is communicated with the cooling system, and the calibration device is connected with the temperature control system. The exhaust silencing device has a simple structure, has the function of controlling the inlet temperature of the silencer, and can ensure that the temperature of a flow field in the silencer meets the temperature requirement of the silencing frequency band characteristic of the silencer by adjusting the inlet temperature of the silencer, thereby reducing the exhaust noise of an automobile engine.

Background
The exhaust muffler is used as a key part of an internal combustion engine automobile and plays an important role in vibration, noise and comfort of the whole automobile. The traditional silencer is divided into a reactive silencer and a resistive silencer, wherein the reactive silencer is mainly used for eliminating medium and low frequency noise, and the resistive silencer has good sound absorption performance on the medium and high frequency noise. Along with the guidance of national policies and the development of automobile industry, more and more hybrid vehicle models face the market, and because the engine speed is high (generally at 1200 plus 1500 RPM) during charging, the load is large, the exhaust temperature is high, the noise is large, and the traditional muffler cannot play a good noise elimination role, the problem troubles whole automobile factories and consumers.
Patent CN201210375189.3 proposes a design scheme for reducing exhaust temperature by spraying, but the invention aims at adjusting exhaust temperature and discharging pollution, has fixed structure, cannot be applied to different starting conditions and noise levels, and cannot control the noise of the exhaust tail port of the automobile by dynamically changing exhaust temperature.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the exhaust muffler device comprises an exhaust pipe connected with an exhaust pipeline of an automobile engine, a muffler arranged on the exhaust pipe, a cooling system used for cooling airflow entering the muffler, a temperature control system used for controlling the temperature of the airflow entering the muffler, and a calibration device arranged at the outlet end of the muffler for collecting noise at the outlet of the muffler, wherein the cooling system is arranged on the exhaust pipe, the temperature control system is communicated with the cooling system, and the calibration device is connected with the temperature control system.

Further, the water cooling system comprises a water pump, a casing, a cold water connecting pipe and a hot water connecting pipe, wherein the casing is arranged outside the exhaust pipe in a sleeved mode, the cold water connecting pipe and the hot water connecting pipe are connected to the casing respectively, the cold water connecting pipe is communicated with the water pump, and the hot water connecting pipe is communicated with an intercooler of the automobile engine.

As shown in fig. 1, the exhaust muffler device based on temperature regulation of the present invention includes an exhaust pipe 1 connected to an exhaust pipe of an automobile engine, a muffler 2 disposed on the exhaust pipe 1, a cooling system 3 for cooling an air flow entering the muffler 2, a temperature control system for controlling a temperature of the air flow entering the muffler 2, and a calibration device 5 disposed at an outlet end of the muffler 2 to collect noise at an outlet of the muffler 2, wherein the cooling system 3 is disposed on the exhaust pipe 1, the temperature control system is communicated with the cooling system 3, and the calibration device 5 is connected to the temperature control system.
A flange 6 is fixedly provided at one end of the exhaust pipe 1, and the exhaust pipe 1 is connected to an exhaust line of an automobile engine via the flange 6.
The cooling system 3 may be a water cooling system, an air cooling system, or the like. In this embodiment, the cooling system 3 is a water cooling system. Specifically, the water cooling system comprises a water pump 31, a shell 32, a cold water connecting pipe 33 and a hot water connecting pipe 34, wherein the shell 32 is sleeved outside the exhaust pipe 1, the shell 32 is provided with a hollow cavity, the cold water connecting pipe 33 and the hot water connecting pipe 34 are respectively arranged on the shell 32 and are communicated with the hollow cavity, the water pump 31 is connected with the cold water connecting pipe 33, and the hot water connecting pipe 34 is connected to an intercooler of the automobile engine.
The temperature control system comprises a controller 41, which controller 41 may be integrated in the control system of the vehicle, and the water pump 31 and the calibration device 5 are both connected to the controller 41. The flow rate of the water pump 31 is controlled by the controller 41 to control the temperature of the air flow entering the muffler 2. The air flow entering the muffler 2 is discharged through the tail port of the muffler 2, the calibration device 5 collects the noise of the air flow at the outlet end of the muffler 2 and feeds the noise back to the controller 41, and the controller 41 adjusts the flow rate of the water pump 31 according to the characteristics of the noise.
In order to realize the accurate control of the flow of the water pump 31, thereby controlling the temperature of the air flow entering the muffler 2, and further enabling the muffler 2 to meet the requirements on the muffling frequency and the muffling amount under various working conditions. The temperature control system further comprises a first temperature sensor 42 arranged at the inlet end of the muffler 2, the first temperature sensor 42 is connected with the controller 41, a reference value of the temperature of the air flow entering the muffler 2 is set in the controller 41, the reference value is matched with the noise elimination frequency and the noise elimination amount which are to be achieved when the automobile engine operates in various working conditions, the first temperature sensor 42 is used for monitoring the temperature value of the air flow actually entering the muffler 2, the difference value between the actual temperature value measured by the first temperature sensor 42 and the reference value is calculated by the controller 41, and the controller 41 adjusts the flow of the water pump 31 according to the difference value, so that the actual temperature value measured by the first temperature sensor 42 reaches the reference value, and the muffler 2 can meet the requirements of the noise elimination frequency and the noise elimination amount under various working conditions.
The first temperature sensor 42 may be mounted on the housing 32 of the cooling system 3 at a location at the outlet end of the cooling system 3, but the first temperature sensor 42 may also be mounted on the exhaust pipe 1 between the cooling system 3 and the muffler 2.
The temperature control system further comprises a second temperature sensor 43 arranged at the inlet end of the cooling system 3, the second temperature sensor 43 being connected to the controller 41, the second temperature sensor 43 being used for monitoring the temperature of the air flow entering the cooling system 3, the flow rate of the water pump 31 being more accurately controlled by means of the second temperature sensor 43.
The second temperature sensor 43 may be mounted on the housing 32 of the cooling system 3 at a location at the inlet end of the cooling system 3, although the second temperature sensor 43 may also be mounted on the exhaust pipe 1 between the cooling system 3 and the flange 6.
When the first temperature sensor 42 and the second temperature sensor 43 are mounted on the cooling system 3, fixing seats with internal threads are respectively provided on opposite ends of the housing 32 of the cooling system 3 in the airflow flowing direction, and the first temperature sensor 42 and the second temperature sensor 43 are respectively fixedly provided on the fixing seats through threaded connection.
The working principle of the exhaust muffler device is as follows:
the automobile engine runs under different working conditions, and exhaust enters the exhaust silencing device from the flange 6. When passing through the exhaust pipe 1, the first temperature sensor 42 collects the temperature of the air flow entering the muffler 2, and feeds back a temperature signal to the controller 41; the exhaust gas passes through the muffler 2 and is ejected from the tail port of the muffler 2, and simultaneously, the exhaust gas emits radiation noise. The calibration device 5 collects a noise signal at the outlet end of the muffler 2 and feeds back the noise signal to the controller 41. The controller 41 analyzes the frequency range of the noise at the outlet end of the muffler 2, and judges whether the muffler 2 plays a key role in muffling; meanwhile, the controller 41 calculates a difference value between an actual temperature value of the air flow entering the muffler 2 and a reference value of the temperature of the air flow set in the controller 41 according to the temperature signal fed back by the first temperature sensor 42, then the controller 41 adjusts the flow rate of the water pump 31 according to the difference value, so that the actual temperature value of the air flow entering the muffler 2 reaches a design value range of the reference value until the calibration work of the muffler 2 under each working condition can reach a design muffling frequency and muffling amount, and then the controller 41 stores calibration data. The calibration device 5 is detachably arranged at the outlet end of the muffler 2, so that the calibration device 5 can be removed from the exhaust muffler device during operation of the vehicle after calibration has been completed.
In conclusion, the exhaust muffler device has the function of controlling the inlet temperature of the muffler, the temperature of a flow field in the muffler can meet the temperature requirement of the muffling frequency band characteristic of the muffler by adjusting the inlet temperature of the muffler, the problem of high exhaust noise during charging of a hybrid vehicle type can be solved, the exhaust noise can be reduced by 4-6dB (A), the exhaust back pressure is reduced by 2-5kPa, and the exhaust muffler device can be suitable for adjusting the exhaust temperature and the noise when an automobile engine runs under different working conditions.
