本发明提供一种保温抗辐射涤纶丝,包括中空涤纶纤维、麦秸纤维和石墨烯纤维,所述麦秸纤维和所述石墨烯纤维混编后设置于所述中空涤纶纤维的中空部位中。本发明的保温抗辐射涤纶丝,通过并将麦秸纤维和石墨烯纤维混编后设置于中空涤纶纤维的中空部位中,使得石墨烯纤维与外界隔离,避免与油脂接触,另外麦秸纤维有较佳的保温效果,石墨烯纤维强度高,混编后弥补了麦秸纤维强度不足的缺点,将麦秸纤维设置在中空涤纶纤维的中空部位中,又无需因担心因麦秸纤维长度短引起的松散问题,本发明很好地将中空涤纶纤维、麦秸纤维和石墨烯纤维的优缺点进行互补,整体性能优异,具有很好的保温抗辐射效果。

本发明涉及纺织领域。
背景技术
目前,随着各类电子产品走进人们生活中的方方面面,由电子产品等产生的电磁波辐射会扰乱人体的生理规律,成为了影响人们健康的一大隐患。目前市面上存在各种各样的防辐射服,其原理是利用电磁屏蔽或电磁反射原理,一般是在服装材料中加入金属导体,或涂覆导电涂层来实现,但此类防辐射服装通常存在金属污染问题,且重量较重,保暖效果差。随着技术发展,石墨烯纤维有可能成为代替金属导体成为新一代防辐射服材料,但石墨烯纤维本身具有亲油性,使用过程中人体分泌的油脂如果与石墨烯纤维接触将很难清洗,且石墨烯纤维保温性能也还不够理想。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有防辐射服材料效果差的问题,提供一种保温抗辐射涤纶丝。
本发明提供一种保温抗辐射涤纶丝,包括中空涤纶纤维、麦秸纤维和石墨烯纤维,所述麦秸纤维和所述石墨烯纤维混编后设置于所述中空涤纶纤维的中空部位中。
进一步,所述中空涤纶纤维的旦数为150旦。
进一步,所述石墨烯纤维的旦数为50旦。
本发明的保温抗辐射涤纶丝,通过使用中空涤纶纤维,并将麦秸纤维和石墨烯纤维混编后设置于中空涤纶纤维的中空部位中,使得石墨烯纤维与外界隔离,避免与油脂接触,另外麦秸纤维造价低,又有较佳的保温效果,且虽然麦秸纤维强度低、纤维长度短,但由于石墨烯纤维强度高,混编后弥补了麦秸纤维强度不足的缺点,而将麦秸纤维设置在中空涤纶纤维的中空部位中,又无需因担心因麦秸纤维长度短引起的松散问题。本发明很好地将中空涤纶纤维、麦秸纤维和石墨烯纤维的优缺点进行互补,整体性能优异,具有很好的保温抗辐射效果,有广大的市场空间。

本发明中的混编方式没有特殊要求,只要能使所述麦秸纤维2和所述石墨烯纤维3牢固结合在一起即可,如可以将所述麦秸纤维2和所述石墨烯纤维3以螺旋缠绕的方式混编在一起。
优选的,所述中空涤纶纤维的旦数为150旦,所述石墨烯纤维的旦数为50旦,此规格尺寸大小适中,应用范围广。
