The shell 3, as shown in fig. 1, includes a box cover 31 and a box base 32 which are mutually buckled, the warning board 2 is accommodated and fixed in the box cover 31, and a structure for opening the box cover and supporting and fixing the box cover or the warning board is also arranged in the shell; the box seat 32 is provided with a magnet 4 as a fixing structure on the outer surface thereof opposite to the front surface of the warning board 2.
