Technical Field
The invention relates to injection molding equipment, in particular to a lifting system of a wax injection machine.
Background
The wax injection machine is injection molding equipment for manufacturing a wax mould, and generally comprises a shell, a wax storage tank, a wax injection cylinder, a wax injection hose, a wax injection port, a hydraulic source, a control circuit and other parts arranged on the shell, wherein softened wax stored in the wax storage tank enters the wax injection cylinder under the drive of the hydraulic source, is discharged to the wax injection port through the wax injection hose, and is finally injected into a mould inserted on the wax injection port, so that the wax mould is manufactured.
However, the conventional wax injection machine has the following defects:
in the existing wax injection machine, a user holds the mold by hand to perform wax injection operation in the wax injection process, so that the working efficiency is affected, the manpower waste is caused, the quality of the wax mold is affected, and the yield of the wax mold is reduced.

The housing 61 includes a side wall 610 and a floor 612. The floor 612 is fixedly coupled to the side walls 610 and is perpendicular to each other. The securing lever 62 is fixedly mounted to the side wall 610.
With continued reference to fig. 2-4, the lifting structure 64 includes a mounting plate 640, a drive motor 641, a rotating member 642, a transmission member 643, a 3 mounting member 644, a 3 lead screw 645, a seat bearing 651, and a height calculating mechanism 646. Mounting plate 640 is slidably mounted to mounting bar 62. The driving motor 641 is fixedly mounted to the mounting plate 640. The rotator 642 is fixedly mounted to the driving motor 641. The rotating member 642 is a gear. Each mount 644 is fixedly mounted to a screw 645. Each mount 644 includes an engagement 6440. The transmission member 643 is a chain and is fitted over the engagement portion 6440 of the 3 mount 644. The transmission member 643 is engaged with the rotation member 642. The mounting plate 640 mates with the lead screw 645 through a connector bearing 651. The height calculating mechanism 646 includes an optical disk 6460 and a photoelectric counter 6462. The support rod 652 is provided with a snap face 6520. The click piece 653 has a mounting hole 6530 and a click hole 6532. The snap hole 6532 communicates with the mounting hole 6530. The diameter of the mounting hole 6530 is greater than the diameter of the snap hole 6532. The first mounting piece 656 is sleeved at the end of the support rod 652, and the bottom buffer 657 is sleeved at the end of the support rod 652 and abuts against the first mounting piece 656. The bottom bumper 657 is made of an elastic material. The support rod 652 is rotatably mounted to the base plate 612 through a through hole in the base plate 612.
