The invention discloses a working accessory which can be driven by a power tool to rotate around a central axis to swing in a reciprocating way, comprising: a working part for realizing the function of a working accessory; a connecting portion for connecting the working attachment to the power tool; the connecting portion includes: at least two drive contacts for receiving a driving force of the power tool; the drive contact points are each disposed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis and between the upper and lower ends of the connecting portion in a direction along the central axis. The working accessory disclosed by the invention is firmly matched with the power tool, and can be matched with a plurality of power tools with different interfaces.

The invention relates to a working accessory, in particular to a working accessory which can be driven by a power tool to rotate around a central axis to swing in a reciprocating manner.
Background
The multifunctional tool is also called as a swinging tool, the tool function is realized by driving a working accessory to swing back and forth through a motor, and the common working accessory matched with the multifunctional tool comprises a saw blade, a grinding sheet and the like.
The traditional working accessory is not firmly matched with the power tool, and is easy to loosen. In addition, the ports of the tool-fitting accessories of the multifunctional tool are various, each port can only be fitted with one tool accessory, and the same tool accessory can only be fitted with one multifunctional tool.
Disclosure of Invention
To overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a working attachment which is firmly adapted to a power tool, and which is capable of adapting to a plurality of power tools having different interfaces.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
a work attachment capable of being rotationally reciprocated about a central axis by a power tool, comprising: a working part for realizing the function of a working accessory; a connecting portion for connecting the working attachment to the power tool; the connecting portion includes: at least two drive contacts for receiving a driving force of the power tool; the drive contact points are each disposed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis and between the upper and lower ends of the connecting portion in a direction along the central axis.
Further, the connecting portion is also formed with: a drive face for forming a drive contact point; an included angle formed between the driving surface and the central axis is greater than or equal to 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 30 degrees.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the working attachment 100 is attached to the power tool 200, the power tool 200 drives the working attachment 100 to swing rotationally and reciprocally about the center axis 101, and the working attachment 100 rotates about the center axis 101 and reciprocates within a certain angular range. Specifically, the power tool 200 includes a motor 201, a working head 202, and a handle 203. The motor 201 is used for driving the working head 202, the working accessory 100 is mounted on the working head 202, and the working head 202 is connected with the working accessory 100, so that the working accessory 100 is driven to work. The handle 203 is intended to be held by a user, and the power tool 200 may also be referred to as a hand-held power tool 200. More specifically, the power tool 200 is an oscillating tool. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the working attachment 100 includes a working portion 10 and a connecting portion 20. The working part 10 is to realize the function of the working attachment 100. The working portion 10 may be provided with a variety of different structures to achieve different functions. As an alternative embodiment, the working part 10 is provided with saw teeth 11, as shown in fig. 5, so that the working attachment 100 can perform the sawing function. The attachment portion 20 is used to attach the work attachment 100 to a working head 202 of the power tool 200. As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the connecting portion 20 includes a top seat 22, a bottom seat 23, and a driving structure 25. The top seat 22 is used to fix the connecting portion 20 relative to the power tool 200 in the direction along the central axis 101; the base 23 is used for fixedly connecting the working part 10 to the connecting part 20; the driving structure 25 is used for receiving the driving force of the power tool 200 so as to make the working attachment 100 rotate and swing back and forth around the central axis 101; the drive structure 25 is arranged between the top seat 22 and the bottom seat 23. The working head 202 is formed with a mating face 205 for mating with the drive structure 25. The mating surface 205 is in contact with the drive structure 25 and transmits drive to the work attachment 100.
The connecting part is provided with a plurality of driving surfaces, the driving surfaces form driving contact points, and the plurality of driving surfaces form a driving structure, or a step structure forms the driving structure. As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, specifically, the connecting portion 20 forms 6 driving surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21 f. The driving surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21f are provided between the top seat 22 and the bottom seat 23. The connecting portion 20 is further formed with a step structure 24, and specifically, the step structure 24 is disposed at an edge of the top seat 22. The stepped structure 24 is formed with a step face 241. The step surface 241 is perpendicular to the central axis 101. The ridgelines where the stepped surface 241 intersects the drive contact surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21f constitute a set of drive contact points. It can also be said that any point on the intersecting ridges can be considered as a driving contact point. The driving contact point is a point capable of receiving the driving force of the power tool 200, and specifically, the driving contact point is capable of contacting the fitting surface 205, and the driving force is transmitted to the driving contact point by the fitting surface 205.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the included angle formed between the driving surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21f and the central axis 101 is 0 degree or more and 30 degrees or less. Specifically, the driving surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21f extend in a direction parallel to the central axis 101. That is to say that the drive faces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21f form an angle equal to 0 degrees with the central axis 101.
The connecting part comprises at least two driving contact points, so that the power tool can drive the working accessory to reciprocate. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, taking the driving contact point 211a and the driving contact point 211b as an example for explanation, the driving contact point 211a and the driving contact point 211b are respectively formed by the driving surface 21b and the driving surface 21c, and the driving contact point 211a and the driving contact point 211b are respectively located at the edges of the driving surface 21b and the driving surface 21 c. More specifically, the driving contact point 211a is formed by the driving surface 21b and the step surface 241. Drive contact point 211b is formed by drive surface 21c and step surface 241. The driving contact point 211a and the driving contact point 211b are used to receive the driving force of the power tool 200. As shown in fig. 6, notches 27 are formed between the driving surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e, 21f and the base 23 in the direction along the central axis 101. Specifically, the lower edges of the driving surfaces 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e are not in contact with the base 23.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the base 23 is formed with a hole 26, and the central axis 101 passes through the hole 26. In a plane perpendicular to the central axis 101, the point of the projection of the drive structure 25 in this plane which is furthest from the central axis 101 is located inside the projection of the bore 26 in this plane. The hole 26 extends through the base 23 at least partially in the direction of the central axis 101, outside said top seat 22. It can also be said that the hole 26 at least partially penetrates the connection portion 20 up and down in the direction along the central axis 101, the resulting through portion being located outside the top seat 22.
As a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 7 and FIG. 10, an included angle is formed by intersecting at least two adjacent driving surfaces, the driving surface 211a and the driving surface 211b, the driving surface 211c and the driving surface 211d, and the driving surface 211e and the driving surface 211f, the included angle is formed by an angle end of the included angle formed by the driving surface 211a and the driving surface 211b, and an angle β formed by a connecting line between an angle end of the included angle formed by the driving surface 211c and the driving surface 211d and the central axis 101 is greater than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 40 degrees, specifically, the angle β is greater than or equal to 25 degrees and less than or equal to 35 degrees, the angle β adopted in the present embodiment is 30 degrees, the included angle formed by the driving surface 211a and the driving surface 211b, the included angle formed by the driving surface 211c and the driving surface 211d, and the included angle formed by the driving surface 211e and the driving surface 211f, which are protruded outward in the radial direction, are 120 degrees.

a working part for realizing the function of the working accessory;
a connecting portion for connecting the working attachment to the power tool;
the connecting portion includes:
a drive face for forming the drive contact point;
a base for fixedly connecting the working portion to the connecting portion;
a gap is formed between the driving surface and the base along the central axis;
at least two driving contact points for receiving a driving force of the power tool;
the drive contact points are each disposed in a plane perpendicular to the central axis and located between the upper and lower ends of the connecting portion in a direction along the central axis.
2. The work attachment of claim 1, wherein:
the connecting portion is further formed with:
a drive face for forming the drive contact point;
and an included angle formed between the driving surface and the central axis is greater than or equal to 0 degree and less than or equal to 30 degrees.
3. The work attachment of claim 1, wherein:
the drive faces extend in a direction parallel to the central axis.
4. The work attachment of claim 3, wherein:
the connecting part is provided with a plurality of driving surfaces, and at least one pair of adjacent driving surfaces are intersected to form an included angle protruding outwards along the radial direction.
5. The work attachment of claim 4, wherein:
the connecting part is provided with a plurality of included angles, and the angle formed between the angle ends of at least one pair of adjacent included angles and the connecting line of the central axis is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 40 degrees.
6. The work attachment of claim 3, wherein:
the connecting portion further includes:

a base for fixedly connecting the working portion to the connecting portion;
a driving structure for receiving a driving force of the power tool to rotationally reciprocate the working attachment about the central axis;
the driving structure is arranged between the top seat and the bottom seat, and the bottom seat is provided with a hole which can be penetrated by the central axis; in a plane perpendicular to the central axis, the point of the projection of the drive structure in this plane which is furthest from the central axis is located inside the projection of the bore in this plane.
