Abstract
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是一种无后导叶植入式轴流血泵。它包括泵外壳、泵套筒、叶轮、驱动线圈、前导叶,驱动线圈安装在泵套筒的外部的定子硅钢上,用作驱动定子;在泵套筒的前端安装着前导叶,泵套筒的后端安装有后悬臂支架;叶轮安装在前导叶与后悬臂支架之间,叶轮两端采用半球支撑结构与前导叶以及后悬臂支架相连;在泵外壳与泵套筒之间安装有定向导热栅格。采用后悬臂支架替代后导叶,避免血液撞击叶片造成的血液损伤与血栓形成。还有内螺旋导管连接到血泵出口与主动脉之间,内有与叶轮转动方向相反的螺旋流道,用于增加血流切向速度加大血液对管壁的冲刷,防止血液成分沉积形成血栓。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是一种无后导叶植入式轴流血泵。
背景技术
心力衰竭(心衰)是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病。针对晚期心衰最有效的治疗方法是心脏移植与人工心脏辅助治疗。人工心脏已经逐渐成为了治疗心力衰竭的有效方法之一,而其产生的血栓是限制人工心脏临床应用的关键并发症。为此,专利2014102513825设计了悬空后导叶,增加了对后导叶叶片的冲刷,从而避免血栓形成。相似的专利201410379867.2设计了具有悬臂结构的后导叶,减小整体血泵体积,增加后导叶的冲刷,从而减小血栓形成。虽然上述发明在一定程度上减少了血栓的形成风险,但是依然存在以下问题。首先,后导叶的叶片螺旋方向与血泵叶片方向相反,从而造成血液会直接撞击到后导叶的叶片,从而造成血细胞损伤而极易诱发血栓形成。其次,通过后导叶输出的血流切向速度衰减,从而降低了对于输出导管的冲刷,从而造成输出导管处的血流迟缓沉积而诱发血栓。上述问题限制了人工心脏的临床应用与可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能减少了血液破坏及血栓形成的一种无后导叶植入式轴流血泵。
本发明包括泵外壳、泵套筒、叶轮、驱动线圈、前导叶,驱动线圈安装在泵套筒的外部的定子硅钢上,用作驱动定子;在泵套筒的前端安装着前导叶,泵套筒的后端安装有后悬臂支架;叶轮安装在前导叶与后悬臂支架之间,叶轮两端采用半球支撑结构与前导叶以及后悬臂支架相连;在泵外壳与泵套筒之间安装有定向导热栅格。
上述的泵套筒后端还安装有用于连接泵与主动脉的内螺旋导管,内螺旋导管内部有与血泵叶轮上叶片旋转方向相反的螺旋状流道。
上述的内螺旋导管由尼龙、硅胶、涤纶或者高分子材料制成。
上述的后悬臂支架由钛合金、不锈钢或与生物相溶性高的金属材料制成。
本发明与现有的技术相比有如下优点:
本发明采用后悬臂支架替代后导叶,避免血液撞击叶片造成的血液损伤与血栓形成,在泵外壳与泵套筒之间安装有定向导热栅格,可将定子产生的热量传导到血液,被流动的血液带走;内螺旋导管连接到血泵出口与主动脉之间,内有与叶轮转动方向相反的螺旋流道,用于增加血流切向速度加大血液对管壁的冲刷,防止血液成分沉积形成血栓。

具体实施方式
实施例
如图1所示本发明包括泵外壳11、泵套筒2、叶轮4、驱动线圈13、前导叶3,驱动线圈13安装在泵套筒2的外部的定子硅钢14上,用作驱动定子;在泵套筒2的前端泵入口1安装着前导叶3,由前导叶支架8支着前导叶3,泵套筒2的后端安装有后悬臂支架5;叶轮4安装在前导叶3与后悬臂支架5之间,叶轮4两端采用半球支撑轴9与轴套10结构与前导叶3以及后悬臂支架5相连;在泵外壳11与泵套筒2之间安装有定向导热栅格12。
上述的泵套筒2后端泵出口6还安装有用于连接泵与主动脉的内螺旋导管7,内螺旋导管7内部有与血泵叶轮4上叶片15旋转方向相反的螺旋状流道。
上述的内螺旋导管7由尼龙、硅胶、涤纶或者高分子材料制成。
上述的后悬臂支架5由钛合金或不锈钢或与生物相溶性高的金属材料制成。
Claims (2)
1.一种无后导叶植入式轴流血泵,包括泵外壳、泵套筒、叶轮、驱动线圈、前导叶,其特征是:驱动线圈安装在泵套筒的外部的定子硅钢上,用作驱动定子;在泵套筒的前端安装着前导叶,泵套筒的后端安装有后悬臂支架;叶轮安装在前导叶与后悬臂支架之间,叶轮两端采用半球支撑结构与前导叶以及后悬臂支架相连;在泵外壳与泵套筒之间安装有定向导热栅格;所述的泵套筒后端还安装有用于连接泵与主动脉的内螺旋导管,内螺旋导管内部有与血泵叶轮上叶片旋转方向相反的螺旋状流道;所述的后悬臂支架由钛合金或不锈钢材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1是所述的一种无后导叶植入式轴流血泵,其特征是所述的内螺旋导管由尼龙或硅胶或涤纶材料制成。
