Description

Detachable visual interdental brush
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an oral cleaning tool, in particular a visual interdental brush for cleaning the teeth spaces.
Background
Due to the reasons of aging, pathology and the like, gingival atrophy, tooth clearance expansion and food residues are easy to cause, if the oral cavity can not be cleaned in time, on the one hand, oral cavity peculiar smell can be generated, and on the other hand, various odontopathy and oral diseases, particularly periodontitis, can be easily caused.
In response to this situation, various interdental brushes, or interdental brushes, have been developed in the market today for the user to choose from. Although products with various structures and different specifications exist in the market at present, the prior products have the defect of difficult observation of tooth gaps. Particularly, when cleaning the gap between the third molar and the second molar, or the gap between the second molar and the first molar, or the gap between the first molar and the second premolar, the cleaning position is deep in the mouth, so that the cleaning position is very dark, and the user can only operate by feeling when no external illumination is provided. The working part of the interdental brush in the prior art generally adopts a brush structure that a metal wire cable is attached with polymer material fibers, so that when the interdental brush is operated by feeling, the metal wire is very easy to stab gum tissues, and gum bleeding or damage is caused.
In order to prevent the metal wire from stabbing the gum, there is a conventional interdental brush manufactured using a soft polymer material. Although the head of the interdental brush is soft and the stabbing of gum is reduced, the interdental brush is easy to bend and deform due to low strength, so that the interdental brush is difficult to push into the interdental space and clean the interdental space smoothly due to slight deviation when aligning the interdental space. Thus, when such an interdental brush is used, the visibility requirement for the use process is greater.
Based on the technical difficulties, the applicant applied for a built-in interdental brush in 2014, 3 months and 12 days, chinese patent application number: 201410091268.0; the applicant applied for 'visual interdental brush' in 2014, 3 months, 21 days, chinese application No.: 201410108525.7; the applicant applies PCT to the above patent, and PCT patent application No. PCT/CN2015/073927: the above-mentioned patent improves upon the shortcomings of the prior art interdental brushes. The invention is a further improvement and optimization of the technical proposal of the patent, and aims to develop a novel detachable visual interdental brush with more aspects of use and better performance.

The attachment mechanism 300 is a removable mechanical attachment mechanism, and may be a separate component or may be provided on the built-in interdental brush 100 or the oral cavity viewer 200.
The connection mechanism 300 may be a separate component that is connected to the built-in interdental brush 100 and the oral cavity observer 200, respectively, and connects the built-in interdental brush 100 and the oral cavity observer 200 as a single unit. The connection mechanism 300 may also be manufactured integrally with the built-in interdental brush 100 or the oral cavity observer 200, and then be connected to the oral cavity observer 200 or the built-in interdental brush 100 to form a single unit. Regardless of the manner of attachment, the ultimate goal is to be able to removably attach the built-in interdental brush 100 to the oral cavity viewer 200. Thus, the attachment mechanism 300 need only be capable of effecting a removable mechanical connection with one of the internal interdental brush 100 or the oral cavity observer 200 to effect a removable connection between the internal interdental brush 100 and the oral cavity observer 200.
The mechanical connection mechanism can be a concave-convex clamping fit connection, a sliding groove connection, a pin connection, a key connection, a threaded connection, a screw connection, a buckle connection, a hook connection, an interference fit connection and the like. Of course, other mechanical connection means may be chosen by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present application.
The interdental brush 1 of the built-in interdental brush 100 comprises a working part 11 and a connecting body 12; the working part 11 is arranged at the front end of the connecting body 12; the delivery device 2 comprises a guide head 21 and a sliding mechanism 22; the guide head 21 is arranged on the front end 2-1 of the delivery device 2; the guide head 21 comprises an elbow 21-1, and an outlet 21-2 of the elbow 21-1 is arranged at the end part 21-3 of the guide head 21; the interdental brush 1 is installed in the elbow 21-1, the working part 11 of the interdental brush 1 can slide in the elbow 21-1, and the connecting body 12 of the interdental brush 1 is installed on the sliding mechanism 22 of the delivery device 2; the movement of the sliding mechanism 22 can drive the working part 11 of the interdental brush 1 to slide in the bent pipe 21-1; actuation of the sliding mechanism 22 causes the working portion 11 of the interdental brush 1 to protrude from the outlet 21-2 of the end bend of the guide head.
The sliding mechanism 22 of the built-in interdental brush 100 comprises an interdental brush connecting mechanism 22-1 and a sliding block 22-2, wherein the interdental brush connecting mechanism 22-1 is arranged on the sliding block 22-2; the connecting body 12 of the interdental brush is connected with the interdental brush connecting mechanism 22-1, and the sliding block 22-2 is pushed and pulled to drive the interdental brush 1 to reciprocate in the elbow 21-1, so that the working part 11 of the interdental brush extends out or is recovered from the elbow outlet 21-2 at the end part of the guide head 21.
The built-in interdental brush 100 adopts a structure that the interdental brush 1 is built in the bent pipe 21-1 of the guide head 21 of the delivery device 2, after the guide head 21 is aligned with the slits, the working part 11 of the interdental brush 1 made of elastic materials pushes the sliding mechanism 22 on the delivery device 2 to drive the working part 11 of the interdental brush 1 to bend automatically along the radian of the bent pipe 21-1, align and enter the slits, and the sliding block 22-2 on the sliding mechanism 22 of the delivery device 2 is pushed and pulled back and forth to enable the working part 11 of the interdental brush to move back and forth in the slits, so as to clean the slits. Because the delivery device 2 has good rigidity, after the elbow outlet 21-2 of the guide head 21 of the delivery device 2 is aligned with the tooth gap, the working part 11 of the pushed-out interdental brush 1 directly enters the tooth gap, and because the elbow outlet 21-2 of the guide head 21 of the delivery device 2 is almost close to the tooth gap and is very close to the tooth gap, the interdental brush working part 11 is not easy to bend, the force conductivity of the interdental brush 1 is greatly improved, the operability of the interdental brush 1 is improved, and the defects that the interdental brush in the prior art is easy to bend and hurt gums when cleaning the gap between molar teeth are avoided.
The connecting mechanism 300 is arranged on the guide head 21 of the built-in interdental brush 100; the connecting mechanism 300 comprises a positioning block 31.
The connection mechanism 300 and the guide head 21 of the built-in interdental brush 100 may be integrally manufactured to be connected, or adhered together, or detachably connected.
The housing 4 of the oral cavity observation apparatus 200 is provided with a sliding groove 41-2 for allowing the sliding block 22-2 of the built-in interdental brush 100 to reciprocate, and a positioning groove 41-1 for fixing the connecting mechanism 300.
The sliding block 22-2 of the sliding mechanism 22 of the built-in interdental brush 100 comprises an arched shell 22-2-1, and a guide block 22-2-2 is arranged on the inner side of the arched shell 22-2-1; the guide block 22-2-2 is capable of reciprocating within the slide slot 41-2 of the oral cavity observer 200.
To facilitate movement of the slider 22-2, anti-slip features may be provided on the arcuate housing 22-2-1. The arcuate housing 22-2-1 is lightly pressed downward, the guide block 22-2-2 can be embedded in the sliding groove 41-2 of the oral cavity observer 200, the arcuate housing 22-2-1 is pushed back and forth, and the sliding block 22-2 can conveniently slide back and forth along the sliding groove 41-2 of the oral cavity observer 200 under the guiding action of the guide block 22-2-2.
The positioning block 31 of the connecting mechanism 300 is an inverted T-shaped positioning block 31-1; the inverted T-shaped positioning block 31-1 is arranged below the connecting mechanism 300; the shell 4 of the oral cavity observer 200 is provided with a fixing mechanism 41, and the fixing mechanism 41 comprises a positioning groove 41-1, a sliding groove 41-2 and a spring piece 41-3; the T-shaped positioning block 31-1 is detachably embedded in the positioning groove 41-1, and the elastic sheet 41-3 which is sprung upwards can prevent the connecting mechanism 300 from backing, so that the built-in interdental brush 100 is prevented from accidentally loosening from the oral cavity observer 200; the spring 41-3 is depressed and the connecting mechanism 300 is pulled back to disengage the connecting mechanism 300 from the oral cavity viewer 200.
When in installation, the connecting mechanism 300 is fixed at a proper position on the guide head 21 of the delivery device 2 of the built-in interdental brush 100; then connecting the interdental brush 1 of the built-in interdental brush 100 and the slider 22-2 of the delivery device 2; the interdental brush 1 is then installed in the elbow 21-1 of the guide head 21 of the delivery device 2; pushing the slider 22-2 forward brings the attachment mechanism 300 and the slider 22-2 of the built-in interdental brush 100 together.
Then the built-in interdental brush 100 and the connecting mechanism 300 are fitted down along the positioning end 42 of the housing 4 of the oral cavity observer 200 to the fixing mechanism 41 on the housing 4 of the oral cavity observer 200; pressing down the built-in interdental brush 100 and the connecting mechanism 300, wherein the guide block 22-2-2 inside the arched shell 22-2-1 of the sliding block 22-2 of the built-in interdental brush 100 is embedded in the sliding groove 41-2 of the oral cavity observer 200; at the same time, the elastic piece 41-3 is pressed down, and the inverted T-shaped positioning block 31-1 enters the positioning groove 41-1 of the oral cavity observer 200.
The slider 22-2 and the interdental brush 1 of the built-in interdental brush 100 are kept still, and the connecting mechanism 300 is pushed forward, so that the inverted T-shaped positioning block 31-1 of the connecting mechanism 300 is embedded in the positioning groove 41-1 of the oral cavity observer 200 until the elastic sheet 41-3 is sprung up to bear against the rear end of the connecting mechanism 300, i.e. the connecting mechanism 300 is mounted in place, and a firm connection is established between the built-in interdental brush 100 and the oral cavity observer 200.
When the built-in interdental brush 100 needs to be removed, the connecting mechanism 300 is forcibly retracted, the elastic sheet 41-3 is pressed down, the connecting mechanism 300 can be retracted, the inverted T-shaped positioning block 31-1 is withdrawn from the embedded positioning groove 41-1 until the connection between the T-shaped positioning block 31-1 and the positioning groove 41-1 is released, so that the built-in interdental brush 100 can be detached from the oral cavity observer 200.
Because the inverted T-shaped positioning block 31-1 adopts an inverted T-shaped structure, when the T-shaped positioning block 31-1 is embedded in the positioning groove 41-1, the bottom of the inverted T-shaped structure can form a concave-convex card matching structure with the positioning groove 41-1, so that the movement of the connecting mechanism 300 in the vertical direction can be effectively limited, and the built-in interdental brush 100 and the oral cavity observer 200 are prevented from being separated in the vertical direction in the use process. Meanwhile, the elastic piece 41-3 is disposed at the rear end of the connection mechanism 300, when the elastic piece 41-3 is lifted up, the top of the elastic piece 41-3 is higher than the tail of the connection mechanism 300, so that the connection mechanism 300 can be effectively prevented from retreating, and the connection mechanism 300 can be released from the oral cavity observer 200 after being retreated along the guiding surface of the elastic piece 41-3 only by intentionally forcefully retreating the connection mechanism 300, so that the built-in interdental brush 100 can be effectively prevented from accidentally loosening from the oral cavity observer 200 because the connection mechanism 300 can be easily retreated.
The positioning block 31 of the connecting mechanism 300 is an arc-shaped positioning hook 31-2; the arc-shaped positioning hook 31-2 comprises a positioning groove 31-2-1; the positioning groove 41-1 on the oral cavity observer 200 is internally provided with a positioning convex step 41-1-1 matched with the positioning groove 31-2-1; the arc-shaped positioning hooks 31-2 are embedded in the positioning grooves 41-1 to form concave-convex card matching, so that the movement of the connecting mechanism 300 in the vertical direction is limited; the positioning convex steps 41-1-1 are embedded in the positioning grooves 31-2-1, and limit the forward and backward movement of the connecting mechanism 300.
When the built-in interdental brush 100 and the connecting mechanism 300 are mounted as described above, the sliding block 22-2 of the built-in interdental brush 100 is aligned with the sliding groove 41-2 on the housing 4 of the oral cavity observer 200, and the arc-shaped positioning hook 31-2 of the connecting mechanism 300 is aligned with the positioning groove 41-1 on the housing 4 of the oral cavity observer 200; pressing down the built-in interdental brush 100 and the connecting mechanism 300, embedding the guide block 22-2-2 inside the arcuate housing 22-2-1 of the slider 22-2 of the built-in interdental brush 100 in the slide groove 41-2 of the oral cavity observer 200; the arc-shaped positioning hooks 31-2 of the connecting mechanism 300 are embedded in the positioning grooves 41-1 to form concave-convex clamping fit, so that the movement of the connecting mechanism 300 in the vertical direction is limited; the coupling mechanism 300 is slid forward until the positioning steps 41-1-1 of the oral cavity observer 200 are fitted into the positioning grooves 31-2-1 of the coupling mechanism 300, thereby restricting the forward and backward movement of the coupling mechanism 300. When the built-in interdental brush 100 needs to be removed, the connecting mechanism 300 is forcibly retracted, and the positioning groove 31-2-1 of the connecting mechanism 300 is disengaged from the positioning projection 41-1-1 of the oral cavity observer 200; continuing to slide the coupling mechanism 300 rearward along the detent 41-1 of the oral cavity viewer 200, the coupling mechanism 300 can be disengaged from the oral cavity viewer 200.
The arc-shaped positioning hook 31-2 and the positioning groove 41-1, the positioning convex step 41-1-1 and the positioning groove 31-2-1 form a double concave-convex card matching connection mode, so that the connection mechanism 300 and the oral cavity observer 200 can be effectively connected and fixed.
The connecting mechanism 300 is arranged on the oral cavity observer 200; the connection mechanism 300 is a connection ring 31-3, and the built-in interdental brush 100 is passed through a mounting hole 31-3-1 of the connection ring 31-3 to fix the built-in interdental brush 100 to the oral cavity observer 200. Compared with the concave-convex card matching connection mode, the annular structure of the connecting ring 31-3 can more effectively prevent the built-in interdental brush 100 from being separated from the oral cavity observer 200 along the vertical direction, and is safer and more reliable.
The connection mechanism 300 is a surrounding arm 31-4, and the built-in interdental brush 100 and the oral cavity observer 200 are detachably connected together by the surrounding arm 31-4. The encircling arm 31-4 may be disposed on the built-in interdental brush 100, and then encircling the oral cavity observer 200 to achieve detachable connection of the built-in interdental brush 100, or may be disposed on the oral cavity observer 200, and then encircling the built-in interdental brush 100 to achieve detachable connection of the built-in interdental brush 100.
The observation system 7 is an image pickup system 7-1, and the image pickup system 7-1 comprises a camera 7-1-1, a data processing and outputting system 7-1-2, a circuit system 8 and a power supply system 5.
The video data output by the data processing and outputting system 7-1-2 of the image capturing system 7-1 can be displayed on the display 7-1-3 by means of wired connection or wireless connection, and the display 7-1-3 comprises: the smart phone 7-1-31, or the computer 7-1-32, or the liquid crystal display 7-1-33, or the television 7-1-34.
The illumination system 6 is arranged at the periphery of the camera 7-1-1.
