In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the portable biomass fuel barbecue oven which is simple in structure, convenient to store, small in occupied volume, energy-saving, environment-friendly and safe and reliable to use.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a portable biomass fuel barbecue oven comprises a bracket and a barbecue oven body fixedly arranged on the bracket; the barbecue oven body comprises a barbecue oven, a feeding device, a feeding mechanism, an oil collecting device and a barbecue device; the barbecue box comprises an oven body and an oven cover; the feeding device, the feeding mechanism, the oil collecting device and the barbecue device are arranged in the barbecue oven; the feeding device, the feeding mechanism and the barbecue device are connected in sequence, and the oil collecting device is positioned at the upper part of the barbecue device and corresponds to the position of the barbecue device; the oil collecting device is provided with a barbecue grill which is detachably connected to the oven body.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the barbecue comprises a barbecue wire mesh and a thermal insulation frame device; the heat preservation rack device is detachably connected to the upper end of the barbecue wire mesh; the heat preservation frame device comprises a support frame device and a heat preservation net; the support frame device is fixedly connected with the heat preservation net and integrally formed; the barbecue net is in a square structure and comprises a positioning ring, a plurality of first supporting strips and a plurality of second supporting strips; the positioning ring, the first support bars and the second support bars are integrally formed; the positioning ring, the first support bars and the second support bars are surrounded to form a plurality of heat-penetrating holes; the first support bars are parallel to each other and have equal intervals, the two ends of the first support bars are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the positioning ring respectively, the second support bars are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the first support bars, and the two ends of the second support bars are fixedly connected to the inner surface of the positioning ring respectively.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the feeding device includes a hopper and a hopper; the feeding hopper and the feeding hopper form a cavity for containing fuel; the feeding hopper is of a square structure, a feeding cover is connected to the feeding hopper, and the feeding cover is connected to the feeding hopper in a rotating manner; the front end of the charging hopper is inclined downwards, and the length of the inclined part is 1/5 of the length of the charging hopper; the feeding hopper is in a conical shape, the lower end of the feeding hopper corresponds to the feeding port, the left guide plate and the right guide plate are arranged in the feeding hopper symmetrically, one ends of the two guide plates are connected in the feeding hopper, the other ends of the two guide plates are attached to the position of the feeding port, and the feeding port is connected with the feeding mechanism.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the feeding mechanism is positioned at the bottom of the roasting oven and is connected with the roasting device; the feeding mechanism comprises a base, a feeding box and a driving device, wherein the feeding box and the driving device are fixedly arranged on the base; the driving device comprises a driving motor and a driving shaft; the driving motor is positioned at the left side of the feeding box, is connected with the driving shaft and drives the driving shaft to rotate; a feeding pipe is fixedly arranged in the feeding box and is distributed along the length direction of the feeding box; an air supply channel is formed between the feeding box and the feeding pipe, the driving shaft is positioned in the feeding pipe, and a spiral material guide plate is connected to the driving shaft; the material guide plate and the inner wall of the material conveying pipe form a material feeding channel which is communicated with the broiler; a fan is arranged at the position, close to the driving motor, of the feeding box, an air inlet pipe is arranged between the fan and the feeding box, the fan is fixed on the air inlet pipe, an air inlet is arranged on the side wall of the feeding box, and the air inlet is communicated with the air inlet pipe and corresponds to the position of the air supply channel; the feeding box is provided with a first feeding port, a fuel inlet corresponding to the first feeding port is formed on the feeding pipe, the first feeding port and the fuel inlet are connected with a feeding guide groove in a cone shape, and the opening size of the first feeding port is larger than that of the fuel inlet; nylon sleeves are sleeved in the feeding pipes and are positioned at one side of the fuel inlet and close to the driving motor; the drive shaft rotates in the feed channel through the nylon sleeve.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the barbecue oven is provided with a protection device, and the protection device comprises a temperature controller and a pressure regulator; the temperature controller is arranged on the oven cover, the voltage regulator is arranged at the front end of the oven body, and the temperature controller is electrically connected with the voltage regulator.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the oven cover is rotatably connected to the oven body and is connected through a hasp; the oven cover is characterized in that heat insulation plates are arranged on the inner walls of the oven cover, and heat insulation cotton is filled in the heat insulation plates.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

2. through the detachable connection of the oven cover and the oven body, when the oven is not needed, the oven cover can be covered on the oven body, the size of the oven is greatly reduced, the oven is truly portable, people can go out and carry, the cost of the transportation space is reduced, and meanwhile, too much storage space is not occupied when the oven is placed in a home;
3. The feeding device, the feeding mechanism, the oil collecting device and the barbecue device of the barbecue oven are all detachable structures, so that the barbecue oven is convenient to clean, and meanwhile, the barbecue oven has the characteristics of simple, reasonable and compact structure, convenience in installation, low implementation cost and the like.

Nylon sleeve 516 is sleeved in the feed pipe 505, and the nylon sleeve 516 is positioned at one side of the fuel inlet 512 and is close to the position of the driving motor 503-1; the driving shaft 503-2 passes through the nylon sleeve 516 to rotate in the feeding channel, and the nylon sleeve 516 is arranged for positioning the rotation stability of the driving shaft 503-2 in the feeding pipe 505, and at the same time, the use safety of the feeding device is ensured.

The length of the fuel inlet 512 is 1/6 the length of the feed tube 505. As shown in fig. 16-18, the oil collecting device 600 includes an oil collecting plate 621 disposed above the feeding box 502, and the oil collecting plate 621 is detachably connected with the feeding box 502, so that the oil collecting plate is convenient to clean; the oil collecting plate 621 is arc-shaped, the oil collecting plate 621 is designed into an arc shape, firstly, oil drops can be received more conveniently and rapidly, secondly, the arc-shaped oil collecting plate 621 can increase the heating area, heat is fully utilized, meanwhile, the oil collecting plate 621 and the arc-shaped guide plate 623-2 are mutually matched, heat can form an internal circulation inside, and the combustion efficiency of the barbecue oven is improved; the oil collecting plate 621 is obliquely arranged from high to low along the length direction of the feeding box 502; the inner side of the rear part of the feeding box 502 is provided with an oil receiving groove 623 corresponding to the oil collecting plate 621, the outer side of the rear part of the feeding box 502 is provided with an oil receiving pipe 624 corresponding to the oil receiving groove 623, and the oil receiving groove 623 is also provided with an oil leakage hole 625 corresponding to the oil receiving pipe 624.
