Abstract
一种番荔枝盆栽矮化方法,包括基质的制备、栽种前处理、栽种、修剪以及肥水管理步骤,基质的制备为先在栽种盆的底部铺设一层由山泥土、河沙和泥炭土按照质量比为3‑5:2‑3:1‑2混合而成的基土;再在基土上铺设一层带有透气孔的塑料薄膜;施入底肥;再覆盖一层由腐殖酸、碎木屑以及山泥土按照质量比2:3‑5:3‑5混合组成的松土;栽种前处理为制备处理液,处理液由下列质量百分比的原料组成:抗倒酯1‑2%,假蒟提取物0.3‑0.5%,水补足至100%;另备河沙,在河沙中按照处理液与河沙的质量比为1:3‑5搅拌均匀,得到处理后的河沙;将处理后的河沙填入栽种盆内。本发明能够有效提高存活率,矮壮作用明显,挂果多。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及园林果树的种植技术,尤其是涉及一种番荔枝盆栽矮化的方法。
背景技术
番荔枝为番荔枝科番荔枝属,多年生半落叶性小乔木植物,为热带水果,适宜在园林绿地中栽植观赏,孤植或成片栽植。树修剪以整形为主,采用摘心剪枝的方法,促进分枝,尽快培养成矮化、分枝多、枝条分布均匀的伞形树冠。番荔枝具有早结丰产特性,但其性状难保持,易早衰。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中所存在的番荔枝的存活率较低且株型难以控制的问题,本发明旨在提供一种能够有效提高存活率和苗木质量,并能较好地控制番荔枝植株形状的矮化栽培方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种番荔枝盆栽矮化的方法,包括基质的制备、栽种前处理、栽种、修剪以及肥水管理步骤,
所述的基质的制备步骤具体为:(1)先在栽种盆的底部铺设一层基土,基土由山泥土、河沙和泥炭土按照质量比为3-5:2-3:1-2混合而成;(2)再在基土上铺设一层带有透气孔的塑料薄膜;(3)在塑料薄膜上面施入底肥;(4)在底肥上再覆盖一层松土,松土由腐殖酸、碎木屑以及山泥土按照质量比2:3-5:3-5混合组成;
所述的栽种前处理步骤具体为:(1)制备处理液,处理液由下列质量百分比的原料组成:抗倒酯1-2%,假蒟提取物0.3-0.5%,水补足至100%;(2)另备河沙,在河沙中按照处理液与河沙的质量比为1:3-5搅拌均匀,得到处理后的河沙;(3)将处理后的河沙填入栽种盆内;
所述的假蒟提取物由以下方法制得:(1)将假蒟根茎洗净、阴干,用粉碎机粉碎,过40-50目筛,得粉碎物;(2)在所得粉碎物中加入5-10倍量95%乙醇,室温浸泡24-48h后,用超声波提取30-60min,再用布氏漏斗过滤,收集滤液;(3)重复步骤(2),共提取2-3 次;合并所有滤液;(4)将步骤(3)所得滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.20的膏状物,再冷冻干燥成粉末,即制得假蒟提取物。
进一步地,所述的肥水管理步骤中,分别在植株萌芽前期和展叶前期施用叶面肥各一次,所述的叶面肥由下列质量百分比的原料组成:抗倒酯1-2%,假蒟提取物0.3-0.5%,铁肥 0.5-0.8%,镁肥0.3-0.5%,硼肥0.1-0.3%,锌肥0.1-0.3%,水补足至100%。
所述的叶面肥及处理液中,抗倒酯和假蒟提取物的质量比为1-2:0.3-0.5。
所述的基土高度至栽种盆容腔的1/3,所述的松土高度至栽种盆容腔的2/3,所述的处理后的河沙填至距离栽种盆口3-5cm。
本发明优化了基质配方,并且提出一套科学的前处理措施,经试验证明,本发明能够有效提高存活率和苗木质量,且对番荔枝的矮壮作用明显,能够较好地控制番荔枝植株形状;挂果多,观赏价值大。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案以及技术效果做进一步的说明。
除有特殊声明外,本发明所述的百分比含量均为质量百分比含量。本发明所采用的山泥土购自上海怡如园艺有限公司,属于黑山泥。本发明所采用的的假蒟提取物由以下方法制得:将假蒟根茎洗净、阴干,用粉碎机粉碎,过50目筛,得粉碎物;在所得粉碎物中加入10倍量95%乙醇,室温浸泡48h后,用超声波提取60min,再用布氏漏斗过滤,收集滤液;重复提取2-3次;合并所有滤液;将所得滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.20的膏状物,再冷冻干燥成粉末,即制得假蒟提取物。
本发明在实施例1-15中均采用以下步骤A-步骤E进行试验:
A、基质的制备:(1)先在栽种盆的底部铺设一层基土,基土由山泥土、河沙和泥炭土按照质量比为4:2:2混合而成;(2)再在基土上铺设一层带有透气孔的塑料薄膜;(3) 在塑料薄膜上面施入底肥;底肥由复合肥和农家肥按照质量比1:2混合而成;(4)在底肥上再覆盖一层松土,松土由腐殖酸、碎木屑以及山泥土按照质量比2:3:4混合组成。
所述的基土铺设高度至栽种盆容腔的1/3处,所述的松土覆盖高度至栽种盆容腔的2/3 处。
B、栽种前处理:(1)制备处理液;(2)另备河沙,在河沙中按照处理液与河沙的质量比为1:4搅拌均匀,得到处理后的河沙;(3)将处理后的河沙填入栽种盆内至距离栽种盆口5cm。
C、栽种步骤:选择健康无病害的番荔枝幼树作为移栽苗,移栽苗高度50cm,并统一对移栽苗的枝条和根部做初次修剪;栽种时间选择2月下旬,栽种后淋足定根水至泥土湿润。
D、修剪步骤:当有分枝枝条长出超20cm时进行统一修剪。
E、肥水管理步骤:保持栽种盆内土壤湿度一致;分别在植株萌芽前期和展叶前期施用叶面肥各一次,叶面肥用水稀释500倍,施用量均为控制叶面刚好湿润为止。
为了说明本发明所具备的实质性特点和显著的进步,申请人分别针对步骤B和步骤E制备了不同处理液和叶面肥的配方用于对比试验。

对比试验的方法:每个实施例处理30株盆栽苗,分别设3个重复,每个重复10株,试验操作及后续管理除了上述的处理液及叶面肥配方不一致以外,其他操作水平及管理水平保持一致性,包括盆栽苗的初始高度和主干的初始直径也要求尽量接近。于9月份统计存活率、茎粗并做矮化评价,于当年整个挂果期统计挂果数。
存活率(%)=(存活数)/总数*100。矮化评价主要从分枝枝条生长快慢、以及需要修剪时的枝条长度等给予综合评价。茎粗是测量主干基部以及主干20cm高度处的直径,并求平均值作为最终的茎粗。
对比试验的统计结果如表3所示,从表3可知,采用本发明所控制的方法进行番荔枝的栽种,存活率高,矮壮作用明显,挂果多。

3.根据权利要求2所述的番荔枝盆栽矮化的方法,其特征在于,所述的叶面肥及处理液中,抗倒酯和假蒟提取物的质量比为1-2:0.3-0.5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的番荔枝盆栽矮化的方法,其特征在于,所述的基土高度至栽种盆容腔的1/3,所述的松土高度至栽种盆容腔的2/3,所述的处理后的河沙填至距离栽种盆口3-5cm。
