The invention provides a system and a method for aggregating alarm information in a cluster, wherein the system comprises a filtering module, a buffer module and an aggregation module, the buffer module comprises a plurality of buffers, the filtering module is used for sending the alarm information generated by the cluster to corresponding buffers in the buffer module, the buffer module is used for sending all the alarm information in the buffer to the aggregation module and emptying the buffer when any buffer is full, and the aggregation module is used for aggregating the alarm information sent by the buffer module and sending the aggregated alarm information to a user. The invention can send the alarm information to different types of users and can aggregate the alarm information at regular time, so that the alarm information can be sent to the users in time.

Background
In a large cluster (including a server cluster, a container cluster, or a virtual machine cluster), it is necessary to regularly monitor the service status, the resource usage rate, the log, and the like in the cluster. When an event occurs in the cluster, such as service stop, program error, or some monitoring data reaches a threshold value, such as that the CPU utilization rate is kept 100% for a long time and the disk reaches 90%, alarm information is generated, and when a more serious problem occurs in the cluster, for example, a machine or a network fails, a large amount of alarm information is easily generated. On one hand, a large amount of alarm information is accumulated, which may result in that important alarms cannot be sent in time. On the other hand, monitoring personnel receive a large amount of alarm information and are difficult to analyze and process. There is therefore a need for an efficient method of suppressing alarm storms and aggregating alarm messages.
Alarm information aggregation in the prior art generally adopts a buffer area mode, alarm information is put into the buffer area, and when the alarm information in the buffer area reaches a specified quantity, an alarm is sent. Therefore, although information accumulation cannot be caused, the alarm information aggregation rule is relatively single, multiple scenes in the process of alarming are not considered, for example, one alarm may need to be sent to multiple users, the rule definitions of different users for alarm aggregation may be different, and in the mode, the alarm aggregation trigger condition is relatively single, and the alarm aggregation trigger condition can be sent only when the alarm number is accumulated to a certain number, so that the real-time property is lost.

It should be noted that the configuration file in the alarm information match is considered only when the alarm tag matches all the matching options in the hit list. In addition, when the number of configuration files is increased, all the configuration files can be loaded into the memory and indexes are provided for the configuration files, so that the matching rate is improved.
