本发明公开了一种散热电气柜,其中包括电气柜本体(1),在电气柜本体(1)底部设有支撑架(3),在电气柜本体(1)底层设有出风口(2),在电气柜本体(1)顶部设有进风口(4),进风口(4)通过管道连接电机(5),在进风口(4)下设置一个防尘网(6),在电气柜本体(1)顶部设置一个温度测量机(7)。本发明的有益效果是:在电器元件工作时可以凭借电器柜内的温度伸缩支撑架,温度高时升高支撑架,来控制电气柜散热性。电气柜中的进风口和出风口的配合可以将电气柜中的流体充分流动起来,与外界的空气流通,降低温度,预防事故发生,同时防尘网的设置可以从源头将空气中的杂质灰尘过滤掉,提前预防作用,保护了电器元件,温度测量机的设置是为了更加精确的锁定温度来控制电机是否工作,这样大大节约了成本,达到了高效稳定的作用。

本发明涉及电器领域,尤其是涉及一种散热电气柜。
背景技术
电气柜是由钢材质加工而成用来保护元器件正常工作的柜子。电气柜制作材料一般分为热轧钢板和冷轧钢板电气柜两种。冷轧钢板相对热轧钢板更材质柔软,更适合电气柜的制作。电气柜用途广泛主要用于化工行业,环保行业,电力系统,冶金系统,工业,核电行业,消防安全监控,交通行业等。在工作时电流的交换容易产生热量,散热性较差的电气柜容易产生高温而导致引发事故。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种散热电气柜,包括电气柜本体,在电气柜本体底部设有支撑架,在电气柜本体底层设有一层滤网, 在电气柜本体顶部设有进风口,进风口通过管道连接电机,在进风口下设置一个防尘网,在电气柜本体顶部设置一个温度测量机。作为优选,所述温度测量机与电机连接。作为优选,所述进风口和出风口分别设置两个。作为优选,所述支撑架设有四个,分布在电气柜本体底部四个角上,且支撑架是可伸缩性的。
本发明的有益效果是:
