Taking the cooperative service as the binding change service as an example, the first service party is a buyer, the second service party is a seller, and the buyer is generally in an online state after purchasing the virtual article, so that the third indication information can be sent to the seller after the buyer purchases the virtual article to remind the seller to go online to cooperate with the buyer to perform the binding change service.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: and after the third indication information is sent to the second service party, the second service party is guided to make third confirmation information aiming at the third indication information. Thereby, the feedback efficiency of the second service party can be improved.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: in response to receiving the second acknowledgement information after a fourth predetermined time interval, resending the first indication information to the first party; and/or resending the second indication information to the second service party in response to receiving the first acknowledgement information after the third predetermined time interval.
Therefore, when the confirmation information fed back by one of the two service parties is not timely, in order to prevent the other service party from going offline, the indication information can be sent to the other service party again, and therefore whether the two service parties are online or not can be judged more accurately.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: under the condition that the first confirmation information is not received within a third preset time interval, sending first pacifying information to the second service party, wherein the first pacifying information is used for guiding the second service party to continuously prepare for cooperative service with the first service party; and/or sending second pacifying information to the first service party under the condition that the second confirmation information is not received within a fourth preset time interval, wherein the second pacifying information is used for guiding the first service party to continuously prepare for cooperatively processing the cooperative service with the second service party.
Therefore, the use experience of the first service party and the second service party in the process of online judgment in a matching mode can be improved, and the success rate of the two parties in the process of online cooperation execution of the cooperative service can be improved.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: and sending soothing information for soothing the first service party and/or the second service party to continue to prepare for executing the collaborative service to the first service party and/or the second service party in response to receiving the inquiry information sent by the first service party and/or the second service party.
Therefore, the success rate of the first service party and the second service party for simultaneously and cooperatively executing the cooperative service on line can be further improved.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: responding to the number of times of sending the pacifying information to the first service party or the second service party exceeding a first preset threshold value, and sending fourth indication information to the first service party or the second service party, wherein the fourth indication information is used for prompting whether the first service party or the second service party gives up executing the cooperative service currently; and/or in response to receiving that the number of times of inquiry information sent by the first service party and/or the second service party in a fifth preset time interval exceeds a second preset threshold, sending fourth indication information to the first service party and/or the second service party, wherein the fourth indication information is used for prompting whether the first service party and/or the second service party abandons the execution of the cooperative service currently.
Therefore, the first service party and the second service party can cancel the execution of the cooperative service conveniently under the condition that the first service party and the second service party cannot be on line smoothly and simultaneously.
Preferably, the method may further comprise: in response to receiving fifth indication information sent by the first service party and/or the second service party for abandoning the execution of the cooperative service, sending sixth indication information to the first service party and/or the second service party, wherein the sixth indication information is used for prompting whether to abandon the execution of the cooperative service; and/or in response to receiving fourth confirmation information sent by the first service party or the second service party for abandoning the execution of the cooperative service, sending seventh indication information to the second service party or the first service party, wherein the seventh indication information is used for prompting the opposite party that the execution of the cooperative service is abandoned.
Preferably, the cooperative service is a virtual article rebinding service, the first service party is a buyer of the virtual article, the second service party is a seller of the virtual article, and the method may further include: and sending eighth indication information for assisting both parties in cooperatively processing the binding change service by the manual customer service to the first service party and/or the second service party under the condition that the first service party and the second service party can not cooperatively process the cooperative service currently within a fifth preset time interval.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As described in the background section, a collaborative service refers to a service that requires at least two service parties to collaboratively implement. Before executing the cooperative service, it needs to be determined whether each service party related to the cooperative service is ready to execute the cooperative service. In view of this, the present invention provides a scheme for assisting in processing a collaborative service, which determines whether each service party can collaboratively process the same collaborative service currently according to information fed back by each service party and a time characteristic thereof by performing data communication with each service party. Specifically, whether the service party is online or not may be determined in time according to the confirmation information fed back by each service party for representing that it is expected to perform the cooperative service in cooperation with other service parties, and when the time interval of the confirmation information fed back by a plurality of service parties is less than the predetermined time interval, it may be considered that the plurality of service parties are online at the same time, and the cooperative service can be completed in a cooperative manner, so that the cooperative service can be started.
It should be noted that the scheme of the present invention for assisting in processing the collaborative service may be executed by a third party different from each service party, and the third party communicates with each service party to determine whether each service party is ready to collaboratively execute the same collaborative service according to the information fed back by each service party and its timeliness. In addition, the scheme of the invention can also be executed by one of the business parties related to the cooperative business, namely, the business party communicates with other business parties, and whether each business party is ready to cooperatively execute the same cooperative business is determined according to the information fed back by other business parties and the timeliness of the information. When one of the service parties executes the scheme of the present invention, the state of the service party defaults to being ready to execute the cooperative task, the service party may be regarded as a main service party, and the main service party may be a service party playing a dominant role in the cooperative service.
Taking the cooperative business as an example of the virtual article change business mentioned in the background section, the virtual article transaction platform can execute the scheme of the invention, communicate with the buyer and the seller involved in the change business, and determine whether the buyer and the seller are online at the same time according to the information fed back by the buyer and the seller and the timeliness thereof.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for assisting in processing a collaborative service according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in step S110, indication information is respectively transmitted to each service party within a first predetermined time interval.
As described above, the solution of the present invention may be executed by a third party, or may be executed by one of a plurality of business parties for collaboratively executing a collaborative business. When the method of the present invention is performed by a third party, each service party mentioned herein may refer to all service parties cooperating to perform a collaborative service, and when the method of the present invention is performed by one of the service parties, each service party mentioned herein refers to other service parties except the service party.
The indication information is used for prompting whether the service party desires to execute the cooperative service. Since the collaborative service generally requires the simultaneous or substantially simultaneous collaborative execution of the business parties, and has a high requirement on the timeliness, the indication information sent to each business party may preferably be suggestive information for prompting whether the business party desires to execute the collaborative service instantly at present.
The specific value of the first predetermined time interval can be set according to actual conditions and can be any value greater than or equal to zero. That is, the instruction information may be transmitted to each service side at the same time, or may be transmitted to each service side at different times. When the instruction information is sent to each service party at different times, the different times may be independent of each other or may have a certain association relationship. For example, the indication information may be sent to one of the service parties, and after receiving the confirmation information that the service party expects to execute the cooperative service and sent within a predetermined time interval, the indication information may be sent to the second service party, and so on. Therefore, whether each service party is online or not can be judged one by one, and the indication information is continuously sent to the next service party only when the service party which sends the indication information last time is judged to be online.
After the indication information is sent to each service party, each service party can determine whether to expect to cooperate with other service parties to execute the cooperative service currently according to the state of each service party. In this way, according to the received confirmation information of the business side expecting to execute the cooperative business, the business side can be determined to be ready to execute the cooperative business in cooperation with other business sides.
Since the realization of the cooperative service generally requires that all service parties execute simultaneously, before the cooperative service is started, it is necessary to determine whether all service parties are online simultaneously, that is, whether all service parties are ready to cooperatively execute the cooperative service simultaneously. The invention can judge whether each service party is on line at the same time according to whether the time interval of receiving the confirmation information sent by each service party is less than the preset time interval. For example, a second predetermined time interval may be set, and if the time when the acknowledgement information sent by each service party is received is within the second predetermined time interval, it may indicate that each service party is online at the same time, and at this time, the cooperative service may be started.
After the sending step S110 is executed, the starting step S120 may be executed, and the cooperative service is started in response to receiving the confirmation information of the cooperative service expected to be executed, sent by each service party, within the second predetermined time interval.
The specific implementation of the start step S120 is also different depending on the manner in which the instruction information is transmitted to each service party in the transmission step S110. Several specific implementations of the sending step S110 and the starting step S120 are exemplarily described below.
The first implementation mode,
As shown in fig. 2A, assume that the collaboration service requires N business parties to collaborate. In this implementation, for the transmitting step S110, the first predetermined time interval Δ may beT1Sending indication information to N service parties, wherein, Delta T1≥0。
If the time (T1, T2 … tn) of receiving the confirmation information sent by the N service parties is within the second preset time interval Delta T2Indicating that the N service parties are substantially simultaneously on-line, so that for initiating step S120, the time instant in response to the acknowledgment messages sent by the N service parties may be at a second predetermined time interval Δ T2And starting the cooperative service.
It should be noted that, in this implementation, the time (T1, T2 … tn) of the acknowledgement information sent by the N service providers may be only determined according to whether the time is within the second predetermined time interval Δ T or not2And whether the N service parties are on line at the same time is judged without considering whether the confirmation information fed back by each service party is timely. That is, even if the N business parties receive the indication information and then make confirmation information that the collaborative business is expected to be executed collaboratively for a long time, as long as the time when the N business parties send the confirmation information is substantially within the same time period, the N business parties can be determined to be online simultaneously, and the collaborative business can be started.
The second implementation mode,
In this implementation, for the sending step S110, the indication information may be sent to one of the multiple service parties, and after receiving the confirmation information sent by the service party, the indication information is sent to the next service party, and after receiving the confirmation information sent by the next service party, the indication information is sent to the next service party that does not send the indication information, and so on, and the sending of the indication information to each service party is completed.
For the starting step S120, when the time intervals of sending the confirmation information fed back by two service parties adjacent in the order of the indication information are both smaller than the predetermined time interval, it may be determined that the service parties are online at the same time, and the cooperative service is started. Or, when the total time interval corresponding to the time of receiving the acknowledgement information fed back by all the service parties is less than a predetermined time interval, it may be determined that each service party is online at the same time, and the cooperative service is started.
As shown in fig. 2B, assume that the collaboration service requires N business parties to collaborate. time t0 is the time when the instruction information is transmitted to the first service side, time t1 is the time when the acknowledgement information transmitted by the first service side is received and the instruction information is transmitted to the second service side, time t2 is the time when the acknowledgement information transmitted by the second service side is received and the instruction information is transmitted to the third service side, and so on, and tn is the time when the acknowledgement information transmitted by the nth service side is received.
In this implementation, it may be determined whether a time interval between the time t1 when the acknowledgement sent by the first service provider is received and the time tn when the acknowledgement sent by the last service provider is received exceeds a predetermined time interval, and if not, the N service providers may be considered to be online at the same time.
In addition, for each service provider, the time t at which the acknowledgement information of the service provider is received may be determinediAnd time t of sending instruction information to the service partyi-1Whether the time intervals between the N service parties are all smaller than a preset time interval or not is judged, and the N service parties are online simultaneously under the condition that the time intervals between the N service parties are all smaller than the preset time interval. In this case, for the transmission step S110, at the time t when the acknowledgement information of one of the traffic parties is receivediAnd time t of sending instruction information to the service partyi-1In case the time interval between the two exceeds a predetermined time interval, the indication information may not be transmitted to the next service party any more.
The third implementation mode,
This implementation may be considered a variation of the first implementation and the second implementation. Assuming that the cooperative service needs N services to be cooperatively realized, the N service parties may be divided into m service groups, where m is an integer greater than 0. When the service groups are divided, the division may be performed based on a certain rule, for example, the division may be performed according to a specific implementation attribute of the cooperative service, and a service party that needs to implement a certain operation in the cooperative service in a synchronous cooperation manner is divided into a group. Of course, it is also possible to simply divide the service groups into a plurality of service groups having substantially the same number of service parties, depending on the number of service parties.
After the division, for the sending step S110, the indication information may be sent to the service parties in each service group according to the sending method described in the first implementation manner or the second implementation manner, and whether the service parties in each service group are online at the same time may be judged according to the judging method described in the first implementation manner or the second implementation manner, and when it is judged that the service parties in all the service groups are online synchronously, the cooperative service may be started.
So far, the basic implementation flow of the method for assisting in processing cooperative services according to the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 1, fig. 2A, and fig. 2B. The implementation details of the method are further described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for assisting in processing a collaborative service according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, an example that the collaboration service requires the first service party and the second service party to be completed cooperatively is described, it should be understood that the contents described in this embodiment may also be applied to a collaboration service that requires more than two service parties to be completed cooperatively.
Referring to fig. 3, in step S310, first indication information is transmitted to a first service party.
Similar to the indication information mentioned above, the first indication information is used to prompt the first service party whether the first service party desires to execute the cooperative service. Preferably, the first indication information may be suggestive information for prompting the service party whether the service party desires to immediately execute the cooperative service.
In step S320, in response to receiving the first confirmation information that the first service party desires to execute the cooperative service, which is sent within a third predetermined time interval after the first indication information is sent, sending second indication information to the second service party.
The specific value of the third predetermined time interval mentioned here can be set according to practical situations, and if the first confirmation message sent by the first service party is received within the third predetermined time interval after the first indication message is sent, the first service party can be considered to be on-line. The second indication information may thereafter be sent to the second service party. The second indication information is used for prompting whether the second service party desires to execute the cooperative service. Here, the second indication information may be the same as or different from the first indication information in content. For example, the second indication information may prompt the second service party that the first service party is ready to cooperatively process the cooperative service, and prompt whether the second service party desires to cooperatively process the cooperative service with the first service party.
In step S330, the cooperative service is started in response to receiving second confirmation information, which is sent by the second service party and expects to execute the cooperative service, within a fourth predetermined time interval after sending the second indication information.
The specific value of the fourth predetermined time interval may be set according to actual conditions, and the fourth predetermined time interval may be the same as the third predetermined time interval. The second service party may be deemed online if an acknowledgement message sent by the second service party is received within a fourth predetermined time interval after sending the second indication message. The values of the third predetermined time interval and the fourth predetermined time interval may be set to a smaller value, so that when the first service party and the second service party are determined to be online respectively, the first service party and the second service party are determined to be online simultaneously.
In the case that the second service party transmits the second confirmation information indicating that the second service party can cooperate with the first service party online to execute the cooperative service after a long time elapses after receiving the second indication information, since the time when the second confirmation information is received is longer than the time when the first confirmation information is transmitted by the first service party, it is necessary to retransmit the first indication information to the first service party to determine whether the first service party can execute the cooperative service currently. Therefore, the first indication information may be resent to the first service party in response to receiving the second acknowledgement information after the fourth predetermined time interval.
Correspondingly, if the first indication information is retransmitted to the first service party, the first service party also retransmits the first confirmation information after a long time, and thereafter, the second indication information can also be retransmitted to the second service party to redetermine whether the second service party is still online. I.e. the second indication information may be resent to the second service party in response to receiving the first acknowledgement information after the third predetermined time interval.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, before performing step S310, third indication information may be further sent to the second service party, where the third indication information is used to prompt whether the second service party is ready to start executing the cooperative service. In response to receiving the third confirmation information sent by the second service party and ready to execute the cooperative service, step S310 is executed to send the first indication information to the first service party. Preferably, after the third indication information is sent to the second service party, the second service party may also be guided to make third confirmation information for the third indication information. The third indication information may be sent to the second service party in a variety of ways.
Taking the cooperative service as a binding change service, the first service party is a buyer, and the second service party is a seller as an example. When the buyer chooses to purchase the virtual goods sold by the seller, the buyer is generally online at the moment, so that the third indication information can be firstly sent to the client side where the seller is located to inquire whether the seller is ready for the binding change service, and the first indication information can be sent to the buyer after the seller is ready to execute the binding change service. After the third indication information is sent to the seller, the seller can be informed to go online through various modes such as a short message and a telephone to cooperate with the buyer to complete the binding change service.
As another optional embodiment of the present invention, if the first confirmation information is not received within the third predetermined time interval, the first pacifying information may be sent to the second service party to guide the second service party to continue to prepare for the cooperative service in cooperation with the first service party. Accordingly, if the second confirmation information is not received within the fourth predetermined time interval, the second pacifying information may be sent to the first service party to guide the first service party to continue to prepare for the cooperative service with the second service party. Specific contents of the first pacifying information and the second pacifying information are not described in detail herein.
In addition, in the process of judging whether the first service party and the second service party are online simultaneously by using the method of the present invention, query information sent by the first service party or the second service party may be received, and in response to receiving the query information sent by the first service party and/or the second service party, placation information for placating the first service party and/or the second service party to continue to prepare for executing the collaborative service may be sent to the first service party and/or the second service party. Therefore, the use experience of the first service party and the second service party in the process of online judgment in a matching manner can be improved, and the success rate of the two parties in the process of online cooperation for executing the cooperative service can be improved.
Further, when the number of times of sending the pacifying information to the first service party or the second service party exceeds a first predetermined threshold, fourth indication information may be sent to the first service party or the second service party, where the fourth indication information is used to prompt whether the first service party or the second service party gives up executing the cooperative service currently. Or, when the number of times of receiving the query information sent by the first service party and/or the second service party within the fifth predetermined time interval exceeds the second predetermined threshold, sending fourth indication information to the first service party and/or the second service party, where the fourth indication information is used to prompt whether the first service party and/or the second service party abandons the execution of the cooperative service currently. Therefore, under the condition that the first service party and the second service party can not smoothly and simultaneously process the cooperative service on line together after a long time, the first service party and the second service party can conveniently cancel the execution of the cooperative service.
In addition, if fifth indication information for abandoning the execution of the cooperative service, which is sent by the first service party and/or the second service party, is received, sixth indication information for prompting whether to abandon the execution of the cooperative service is determined may be sent to the first service party and/or the second service party. And, if receiving a fourth confirmation message sent by the first service party or the second service party to abandon the execution of the cooperative service, sending a seventh indication message to the corresponding second service party or the first service party, where the seventh indication message is used to prompt the other party to abandon the execution of the cooperative service.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, the cooperative service may be a virtual article rebinding service, the first service party may be a buyer of a virtual article, and the second service party is a seller of the virtual article. In the method for executing the present invention, when it is not yet determined that the first service party and the second service party can cooperatively process the cooperative service currently within the fifth predetermined time interval, eighth indication information for assisting both parties in cooperatively processing the binding change service by the customer service may be sent to the first service party and/or the second service party.
So far, the implementation flow of the method of the present invention is described in detail with reference to fig. 3 when the collaborative service requires two service parties to execute.
Specific examples of the applications
The following takes the cooperative business as the binding change business of the virtual article, the first business party is the buyer (buyer) of the virtual article, and the second business party is the seller (seller) of the virtual article, to further specifically explain the implementation process of the method of the present invention. The method of the present invention may be performed by a third party system, such as a virtual item trading platform.
1. Simultaneous online judgment of buyer and seller
After the virtual article verification is completed and the buyer confirms the purchase, a task of 'buyer and seller online judgment' can be created for judging whether the buyer and seller are online at the same time. The task is realized mainly by the following steps.
Step 1, sending guiding information to a seller to guide the seller to inform whether the system is ready to execute the cooperative business or not by executing a predetermined operation. For example, the seller may be guided to click on a "ready" button by the client, and whether the seller has been mated online may be determined by whether the seller has clicked on the "ready" button.
And 2, after the seller is confirmed to be on-line and matched, sending guide information to the buyer to guide the buyer to inform whether the system is ready to execute the cooperative business or not by executing a predetermined operation. For example, the buyer may be guided to notify the system that it is on-line by clicking a "start rebinding" button on the client.
And 3, after confirming that the buyer is on-line and matched, continuously sending the guide information to the seller. For example, a "start rebinding" button that can be clicked by the seller can be sent to the client where the seller is located, and if the seller clicks the button within a specified period, the buyer and the seller can be deemed to be online at the same time, and a rebinding service can be started.
FIG. 4A is an interaction logic diagram illustrating a method for determining whether buyers and sellers are online at the same time under the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, after the buyer purchases the product, a guidance language may be first sent to the buyer and the seller to guide the buyer and the seller to start executing the rebinding service. After the guiding language is sent, the notification can be carried out in the form of short message and the like. Then, the above steps 1 to 3 can be executed to determine whether the buyer and the seller are online at the same time. A smooth 'buyer and seller online judgment' process needs the seller to click 'ready' and 'begin to change bindings' once respectively, the buyer clicks 'begin to change bindings' once, as long as the buyer and seller respond to the 'begin to change bindings' button of the other party within 1 minute, the system considers that the buyer and seller are online simultaneously, the 1 minute is set in consideration of the tolerance of the user, and the duration setting can be adjusted according to the actual effect.
2. Asynchronous communication between buyer and seller
In the process of judging whether the buyer and the seller are online simultaneously, for the buyer and the seller, if the later receiving the information of 'begin to change the binding' does not respond within 1 minute, the system considers that the later is overtime, and at the moment, the former waits for the latter online, so that a placating language can be sent to the former to placate the former.
FIG. 4B is an interaction logic diagram illustrating a method for determining whether the buyer and the seller are online at the same time under the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4B, the buyer and the seller may swing back and forth between the "begin change of bindings" button due to timeout until both parties click the "begin change of bindings" button within 1 minute, at which point it can be determined that both the buyer and the seller are online at the same time.
3. Guide words in synchronous judging process
Under the condition that the situation that the buyer and the seller cannot be smoothly judged to be on line at the same time occurs, the buyer and the seller consult the system, and corresponding guide words can be set for the situation so as to improve the user experience.
For example, when a buyer and a seller send out consultation information to the system through a client, a guidance language can be sent to the buyer and the seller to placate the user. The system replies to the guide phrase may have a certain time interval, and may reply only once when the user makes multiple queries within the time interval. When the number of times of replying the guidance language is too large or the number of times of inquiring by the user is too large, a prompt message for whether to terminate the current binding change service can be sent to the user. FIG. 4C is an interaction logic diagram illustrating a method for determining whether the buyer and the seller are online at the same time under the present embodiment.
4. Guiding seller to get online
Generally, the buyer can execute the binding change service after confirming to purchase the virtual article, and the buyer is online, so that the seller can be informed to be online and complete the binding change service together with the buyer under the coordination of the transaction platform after confirming to purchase the virtual article. The seller can be informed to click the above mentioned "ready" button online by sending a short message and an IVR voice call to match the subsequent operation. The seller may again be notified if the "ready" button has not been clicked online within a predetermined time. The time interval of the multiple notifications may increase sequentially, for example, the seller may be notified every 3 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours until the seller is online.
5. Cancellation of rebinding services
When any party input words of the buyer and the seller contain a 'cancel' or 'cancel transaction' field, the system can reply a corresponding guide word, provide buttons of 'cancel transaction' and 'my wait for the like' for the user, cancel the binding service if the user clicks the 'cancel transaction' button, and continue to enter a waiting state if the user clicks the 'my wait for the like' button. When one of the buyer and the seller confirms the cancellation, a prompt message that the other party cancels the transaction can be sent to the other party. FIG. 4D is an interaction logic diagram illustrating a method for determining whether the buyer and the seller are online at the same time under the present embodiment.
6. On-line judgment bottom pocket scheme
For the orders which are not smooth in online judgment, the whole online judgment duration is long, and some users may forget the ongoing orders, so that the orders are continuously blocked in the online judgment link of the buyer and the seller, which is not beneficial to the continuous circulation of the orders and the promotion of transaction. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring the priority of the autonomous processing of the system, orders which are not judged successfully on line for more than 24 hours are transferred to manual customer service for subsequent operation, and the rights and interests of buyers and sellers are ensured.
