It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The main control module 10 includes a main control chip 11 and a control circuit (not shown) connected to the main control chip 11, and the main control chip 11 is provided with a first signal interface 12, a write protection control pin 13 and a first data exchange interface 14. Specifically, the first signal interface 12 is connected to the host system 200, the write-protection control pin 13 is connected to the judgment control module 20, and the first data interface 14 is connected to the access interface module 30.
The judgment control module 20 is provided with a first connection end 21, a second connection end 22 and a third connection end 23. The first connection end 21 is connected to the host system 200 for receiving a control signal. The second connection terminal 22 is connected to the write-protect control pin 13 to form a first channel, and the third connection terminal 23 is connected to the access interface module 30 to form a second channel. When the system works, the judgment control module 20 receives a control signal from the host system 200 through the first connection end 21 to perform judgment, and controls the on-off of the first channel and the second channel, so as to realize the function switching of reading and writing or only reading of the memory card reading and writing protection device 100.

The access interface module 30 has a write-protect signal pin 31 and a second data interface 32. Specifically, the write-protect signal pin 31 is connected to the third connection terminal 23 to form the second channel. The second data interface 32 is connected to the first data interface 14 for implementing data operation.
The host system 200 is provided with a second signal interface 201 and a control signal transmitting pin 202, the second signal interface 201 is connected to the first signal interface 12, and the control signal transmitting pin 202 is connected to the first connection end 21. In this embodiment, the first signal interface 12 is a USB interface, the second interface 201 is a USB interface socket, and the first signal interface 12 and the second signal interface 201 are connected by a USB data line. In other embodiments, the first signal interface 12 and the second signal interface 201 may also be PCI-E interfaces or other I/O interfaces, and may perform the same function as the present embodiment.
The memory card 300 is inserted into the access interface module 30, in this embodiment, the memory card 300 is a UHS-ii SD memory card, and the memory card 300 has a slide switch 301 for switching the read/write and write protection functions of the memory card 300. The sliding switch 301 is electrically connected to the write protection signal pin 31, and is configured to transmit a read/write signal to the determination control module 20 through the second channel, and then transmit the read/write signal to the main control module 10 through the first channel by the determination control module 20, and the main control module 10 implements switching of read/write or write protection functions according to the presence or absence of the read/write signal, where the function is conventional technology, and details are not described herein again. In other embodiments, the memory card 300 can also be other types of memory cards, such as UHS-I SD memory card, MiniSD card with adapter, MicroSD card with adapter, and the like.
The control method of the memory card read-write protection device comprises the following steps:
assuming that the determination control module 20 is an MOS transistor 2N7002 as an example, when the control signal transmitting pin 202 of the host system 200 outputs a low level signal, the first connection end 21 of the determination control module 20 receives the low level signal, so that the second connection end 22 and the third connection end 23 of the determination control module 20 are both in an off state, that is, the first channel and the second channel are both off. At this time, no matter the slide switch 301 of the memory card 300 is in the lock position or the unlock position, the main control module 10 cannot receive the read-write signal, and the memory card read-write protection device 100 can only read data in the memory card 300 and cannot write the data in the memory card, which is referred to as a "forced read-only mode".
When the control signal transmitting pin 202 of the host system 200 outputs a high level signal, the first connection end of the determination control module 20 receives the high level signal, so that the second connection end 22 and the third connection end 23 of the determination control module 20 are both in a conducting state, that is, the first channel and the second channel are both in a conducting state. At this time, the main control module 10 can receive the read/write signal from the memory card 300; further, when the slide switch 301 of the memory card 300 is in the unlock position, the main control module 10 receives a read-write signal from the memory card 300, and the memory card read-write protection device 100 can read or write data in the memory card 300, which is denoted as a "read-write mode"; when the slide switch 301 of the memory card 300 is in the lock position, the main control module 10 cannot receive the read-write signal from the memory card 300, and the memory card read-write protection device 100 can only read data from the memory card 300, but cannot write data into the memory card, and is marked as a "read-only mode".
The memory card read-write protection device is provided with a judgment control module as an intermediate station which is respectively connected with a host system, a main control module and an access interface module; the judging control module controls the on-off of the read-write signal between the main control module and the access interface module according to the control signal of the host system, thereby realizing the function switching of the main control module to the read-write or read-only of the memory card; furthermore, according to different application occasions, a 'forced read-only mode' can be locked, data in a user memory card can only be read but cannot be written, and the safety of the data in the memory card is ensured; the authority can be opened, so that the user can freely select a read-write mode or a read-only mode to read and write the data in the memory card.
