本发明公开了一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,包括SIM卡盖、主机底盖和主机腔体,主机腔体底部设置有主机底盖,主机底盖上与SIM卡座对应位置设置有阶梯通孔,阶梯通孔上方设置有SIM卡盖,SIM卡盖与阶梯通孔上对应位置设置吸盘橡胶垫,SIM卡盖和SIM卡座之间安装有SIM卡盖橡胶垫,主机底盖上安装有吸盘底板,主机驱动板卡设置在主机腔体内,主机腔体下端面设置有板卡衬片,板卡衬片下安装有吸盘防水条,本发明通过设置的SIM卡橡胶垫和吸盘橡胶垫,使各部件卡合连接,使具有优良的防潮、防水等功能,通过设置主机腔体和SIM卡座,定位安装方便,使其内部元器件得到极大的保护,减小了元器件的老化速度,减少了本发明的生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫星定位领域,具体是涉及一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置。
背景技术
目前北斗一体机的SIM卡通常采用直接从侧面开口的安装方式,此安装方法有极大的弊端,直接安装时会使北斗一体机的主体部分受损,使其使用寿命缩短。侧面开口增大了北斗一体机的体积,使其使用多有不便。并且老式北斗一体机利用橡胶堵塞的方式来防水、防潮,不具备良好的隔绝性能,由于橡胶的压缩延展性能使其在使用过程中容易出现各类问题,可塑性和可使用性能不强。而且在长期气温早晚温差的变化和淋雨过程中,使内部的空气潮湿凝聚水分,无法释放,导致SIM卡和内部所有电器件老化;而出现各类问题,对使用者的安全问题也不能起到极大的保证。虽然对卡的更换有所方便,但是对防潮、防水等防护功能较差,同时也不具备保密防盗能力。容易让使用者的消息和秘密泄露。因此我们对此作出改进,提出一种新型北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,用以解决现有技术北斗一体机对防潮、防水等防护功能较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,包括SIM卡盖、主机底盖和主机腔体,主机腔体底部设置有主机底盖,主机底盖上与SIM卡座对应位置设置有阶梯通孔,阶梯通孔上方设置有SIM卡盖,SIM卡盖与阶梯通孔上对应位置设置吸盘橡胶垫,SIM卡盖和SIM卡座之间安装有SIM卡盖橡胶垫,主机底盖上安装有吸盘底板,主机驱动板卡设置在主机腔体内,主机腔体下端面设置有板卡衬片,板卡衬片下安装有吸盘防水条。
优选的,所述SIM卡盖固定在主机底盖上。增强了北斗一体机的稳定性。
优选的,所述主机腔体固定在吸盘底板的上。提高了它的防护性能与换卡时的便捷性。
优选的,所述吸盘底板上安装设有通孔的吸盘橡胶垫,在所述阶梯通孔中设置强力磁铁。使一体机的防水防潮的性能提高,极大减小了元器件的老化速度。
优选的,所述主体腔体上设置天线罩。提高了北斗一体机的网络连接速度,加大了一体机的传输性能,使它的保密防盗能力得到提高,让使用者的的信息得到极大保障。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置SIM卡橡胶垫和吸盘橡胶垫,使各部件卡合连接,使具有优良的防潮、防水等功能。
2、本发明通过设置主机腔体和SIM卡座,定位安装方便,整体安装平稳,使其内部元器件得到极大的保护,减小了元器件的老化速度。
3、本发明通过设置天线罩,通过使主体腔体不被损坏,提高了传输速度与质量。使使用者的信息得到保障。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,包括SIM卡盖3、主机底盖5和主机腔体6,主机腔体6底部设置有主机底盖5,主机底盖5上与SIM卡座8对应位置设置有阶梯通孔2,阶梯通孔2上方设置有SIM卡盖3,SIM卡盖3与阶梯通孔2上对应位置设置吸盘橡胶垫12,SIM卡盖3和SIM卡座8之间安装有SIM卡盖橡胶垫11,主机底盖5上安装有吸盘底板4,主机驱动板卡9设置在主机腔体6内,主机腔体6下端面设置有板卡衬片10,板卡衬片10下安装有吸盘防水条1。
SIM卡盖3固定在主机底盖5上,增强了北斗一体机的稳定性。主机腔体6固定在吸盘底板4的上,提高了它的防护性能与换卡时的便捷性。吸盘底板4上安装设有通孔的吸盘橡胶垫12,在所述阶梯通孔中设置强力磁铁,使一体机的防水防潮的性能提高,极大减小了元器件的老化速度,主体腔体6上设置天线罩7,提高了北斗一体机的网络连接速度,加大了一体机的传输性能,使它的保密防盗能力得到提高,让使用者的的信息得到极大保障。
工作原理:本发明通过设置主机腔体6的内腔临近主机底盖5的位置设置主机驱动板卡9,主机驱动板卡9固定在板卡衬片10上,SIM卡座8直接焊接在主机驱动板卡9的表面上,为避免更换SIM卡时损伤板卡上的元器件设置一级保护,即在主机底盖5上与SIM卡座8对应的位置开设阶梯通孔2,在阶梯通孔2上开有凹槽,SIM卡盖3用于封盖阶梯通孔2,使主机腔体6的内腔处于密封状态,SIM卡盖3与阶梯通孔2的大孔配合,并与阶梯通孔2上的凹槽对应位置也设置凹槽,防水密封硅橡胶条制备的SIM卡盖防水条1安装在该凹槽内;SIM卡盖3上粘有一个SIM卡盖橡胶垫11,安装时会压紧SIM卡座8,对SIM卡经过剧烈振动时加以缓冲,以防SIM卡防接触不良而失去信号;在主机底盖5上;SIM卡盖3与主机底盖5的连接方式为卡接,门轴式连接等;吸盘底板4对应的位置也设置有凹槽,防水密封硅橡胶条制备的吸盘防水条1安装在该凹槽内;吸盘底板4的另一面固定连接吸盘橡胶垫12和强力磁铁13。

1.一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,包括SIM卡盖(3)、主机底盖(5)和主机腔体(6),其特征在于,主机腔体(6)底部设置有主机底盖(5),主机底盖(5)上与SIM卡座(8)对应位置设置有阶梯通孔(2),阶梯通孔(2)上方设置有SIM卡盖(3),SIM卡盖(3)与阶梯通孔(2)上对应位置设置吸盘橡胶垫(12),SIM卡盖(3)和SIM卡座(8)之间安装有SIM卡盖橡胶垫(11),主机底盖(5)上安装有吸盘底板(4),主机驱动板卡(9)设置在主机腔体(6)内,主机腔体(6)下端面设置有板卡衬片(10),板卡衬片(10)下安装有吸盘防水条(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,其特征在于:SIM卡盖(3)固定在主机底盖(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,其特征在于:主机腔体(6)固定在吸盘底板(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种北斗一体机SIM卡保护装置,其特征在于:吸盘橡胶垫(12)上设置有通孔,阶梯通孔(2)中设置有强力磁铁(13)。
