Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid sectional collector which comprises a collector body, wherein the collector body is of a top opening structure, a first liquid outlet and a second liquid outlet are formed in the bottom of the collector body, the first liquid outlet is lower than the second liquid outlet in horizontal height, the first liquid outlet is connected with a liquid discharge pipe, the second liquid outlet is connected with a test tube, primary urine flows from the first liquid outlet to the liquid discharge pipe, and middle-section urine required for inspection flows from the second liquid outlet to the test tube and is accurately collected.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the liquid segment collector includes a liquid inlet funnel 100, a collector body 200, and a liquid discharge pipe 300.
As shown in fig. 4, the liquid inlet funnel 100 includes a funnel body 101, a funnel tube 102 communicating with the inside of the funnel body 101 extends from the bottom of the funnel body 101, and a cover plate 103 extends from the outer wall of the funnel body 101, where the funnel body 101, the funnel tube 102 and the cover plate 103 may be integrally injection molded. The funnel body 101 is in a funnel shape with a large upper part and a small lower part, wherein the upper end of the funnel body 101 can be transited to the lower end of the funnel body 101 in an arc mode, the horizontal height of one side of the upper end of the funnel body 101 is higher than that of the other side of the upper end of the funnel body 101, and the upper end edge of the funnel body 101 extends to the inside of the funnel body 101 to form an extension edge 104, so that when a user urinates towards the liquid inlet funnel, urine splashing is effectively avoided.

When the funnel 102 is inserted into the closing wall 203, the cover plate 103 may cooperate with the top opening structure of the collector body 200, and the inner wall of the collector body 200 may be provided with a catch 205 cooperating with the cover plate 103, and it is noted that when the cover plate 103 cooperates with the catch 205, a gap exists between the cover plate 103 and the top of the closing wall 203, and the cover plate functions to prevent urine from overflowing from the top of the collector body. The bottom of the collector body 200 is provided with a first liquid outlet 201 and a second liquid outlet 202, the first liquid outlet 201 and the second liquid outlet 202 are respectively positioned in the closed wall 203, the horizontal height of the first liquid outlet 201 is lower than that of the second liquid outlet 202, the first liquid outlet 201 is connected with a liquid discharge pipe 300, the liquid discharge pipe 300 and the collector body 200 can be integrally injection molded, and the second liquid outlet 202 is connected with a test tube 500. It should be noted that, the end of the closing wall 203 where the first liquid outlet 201 is disposed is matched with the funnel tube 102 of the liquid inlet funnel 100, in other words, when the funnel tube 102 is inserted into the closing wall 203, the funnel tube 102 corresponds to the first liquid outlet 201, and the funnel tube 102 does not separate the first liquid outlet 201 from the second liquid outlet 202. Therefore, when the user urinates to the liquid inlet funnel, urine flows into the liquid discharge pipe through the first liquid outlet, namely the first section of urine is collected by the liquid discharge pipe until the urine liquid level exceeds the height of the first liquid outlet 201, and at the moment, the urine flows into the test tube through the second liquid outlet, namely the middle section of urine is collected by the test tube.
The bottom of the collector body 200 is further provided with a third liquid outlet 206, the third liquid outlet 206 is located between the closing wall 203 and the inner wall of the collector body 200, and the third liquid outlet 206 and the second liquid outlet 202 are located at two sides of the first liquid outlet 201 respectively, wherein the level of one end of the third liquid outlet 206 is lower than the level of one end of the second liquid outlet 202 at the bottom of the collector body 200, that is, when the liquid level of urine exceeds the top of the closing wall 203, the urine flows between the closing wall 203 and the inner wall of the collector body 200, and flows out from the third liquid outlet 206 under the action of gravity. The third liquid outlet 206 may be connected to the liquid discharge pipe 300, see fig. 3, the liquid discharge pipe 300 includes a first pipe 301 and a second pipe 302, the first pipe 301 and the second pipe 302 extend from one end of the liquid discharge pipe 300 to the other end of the liquid discharge pipe 300, and the first pipe 301 and the second pipe 302 are not communicated, wherein one end of the first pipe 301 is connected to the first liquid outlet 201, the other end of the first pipe 301 is detachably or integrally connected to a liquid discharge pipe plug 400, as shown in fig. 7, a through hole 401 is provided on the liquid discharge pipe plug 400, the liquid discharge pipe plug 400 may be n-shaped, and by adjusting the size of the through hole 401, the pressure in the liquid discharge pipe can be changed, and then the accumulation speed of urine in the first pipe can be adjusted, so that an optimal design scheme can be selected by the detachable manner of the liquid discharge pipe plug. One end of the second pipe 302 is connected to the third liquid outlet 206, and the other end of the second pipe 302 is in an open structure.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the extension section 207 corresponding to the second liquid outlet 202 is disposed outside the collector body 200, and the test tube 500 can be sleeved outside the extension section 207 for fixing, so that the user does not need to hold the test tube with his or her hand. The collector body 200 is provided with a stopper groove 208 that engages with the port of the test tube 500, and the test tube is reinforced and fixed. The extension section 207 can occupy the space of the test tube, and prevent the urine in the test tube from overflowing after the test tube collects and removes the middle-section urine, and leaves the space of the cap of the test tube. The outer wall of the extension section 207 has at least two sections of slopes, the plurality of sections of slopes are arranged along the length direction of the extension section, wherein the slopes of the plurality of sections of slopes decrease in sequence from the connection end of the extension section and the collector body to the opposite end direction of the connection of the extension section and the collector body, and the extension section and the test tube can be more closely matched by setting the slopes. In one real time mode, the extension 207 has a two-step slope wherein the outer diameter of the end of the extension that is connected to the collector body is 13.5mm, the outer diameter of the end of the extension that is connected to the collector body that is 4mm down is 13.2mm, and the outer diameter of the end of the extension that is connected to the collector body that is opposite is 12.04mm.
As shown in fig. 3, the angle between the extension 207 and the drain 300 is 30 ° to 70 °.
The use method of the liquid segment collector comprises the following steps:
firstly, aim at oneself with the feed liquor funnel, simultaneously aim at urinal with the fluid-discharge tube, then, the user urinates to the feed liquor funnel, urine flows into in the first pipeline through the first liquid outlet on the collector body and accumulates, urine also can flow out from the through-hole on the fluid-discharge tube cock plate simultaneously, and drain to the urinal, when the liquid level of urine exceeds the height of first liquid outlet, this urine can flow into the test tube from the second liquid outlet, this test tube is collected middle section urine, when the urine liquid level continues rising until surpassing the closure wall top, the urine flows between closure wall and the collector body inner wall, and flow out from the second pipeline through the third liquid outlet, and drain to the urinal, until the urination is accomplished.
To sum up, first section urine flows to first pipeline, and the required middle section urine of inspection is accurately collected in the test tube, simple structure, and convenient to use, wherein, this liquid segmentation collector is relative sanitary in the use, and urine also can not splash on hand.

The segmented liquid collector of claim 1 wherein the funnel is removably or integrally connected to the closure wall, and wherein a cover plate extends from an outer wall of the funnel body and mates with a top opening structure of the collector body, wherein a gap exists between the cover plate and the top of the closure wall.
5. The segmented liquid collector of claim 4 wherein said funnel tube is square in cross-sectional shape.
6. The segmented liquid collector of claim 4 wherein the level of one side of the upper end of the funnel body is higher than the level of the other side of the upper end of the funnel body and wherein the upper edge of the funnel body extends inwardly of the funnel body with an extension.
7. The segmented liquid collector of claim 1 wherein an extension corresponding to the second liquid outlet is provided on the exterior of the collector body, and the test tube is sleeved on the exterior of the extension.
8. The segmented liquid collector of claim 7 wherein the outer wall of the extension has at least two segments of slope aligned along the length of the extension.
