Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能烘干集热器,具有:支架;平板集热器,固定设置在支架上端;输送带,其设置在支架内平板集热器下方位置,输送带上输送物料,平板集热器上端能够吸收太阳能的热量、下端能够散发热量从而对输送带上的物料进行加热,利用太阳能烘干物料,是清洁可再生能源,有利于保护环境。

本发明属于太阳能技术领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能烘干集热器。
背景技术
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:传统烘干工序采用电力或燃料加热,浪费能源,是不可再生资源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用太阳能烘干物料,是清洁可再生能源的太阳能烘干集热器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能烘干集热器,具有:
支架;
平板集热器,固定设置在所述支架上端;
输送带,其设置在所述支架内平板集热器下方位置,所述输送带上输送物料,平板集热器上端能够吸收太阳能的热量、下端能够散发热量从而对输送带上的物料进行加热。
所述支架为长方体框架结构,所述输送带从所述框架一端伸入并从框架另一端伸出。
所述输送带宽度小于所述支架宽度,所述平板集热器宽度大于所述输送带宽度。
所述输送带上的物料可以是鸡粪。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果,通过平板集热器集热,并在平板集热器下方散热,对平板集热器下方的物料进行加热烘干,通过太阳能加热烘干,是可再生的清洁能源,有利于保护环境。

参见图1,一种太阳能烘干集热器,具有:
支架;
平板集热器,固定设置在支架上端;
输送带,其设置在支架内平板集热器下方位置,输送带上输送物料,平板集热器上端能够吸收太阳能的热量、下端能够散发热量从而对输送带上的物料进行加热。
支架为长方体框架结构,输送带从框架一端伸入并从框架另一端伸出。
输送带宽度小于支架宽度,平板集热器宽度大于输送带宽度。
输送带上的物料可以是鸡粪。
采用上述的结构后,通过平板集热器集热,并在平板集热器下方散热,对平板集热器下方的物料进行加热烘干,通过太阳能加热烘干,是可再生的清洁能源,有利于保护环境。

支架;
平板集热器,固定设置在所述支架上端;
输送带,其设置在所述支架内平板集热器下方位置,所述输送带上输送物料,平板集热器上端能够吸收太阳能的热量、下端能够散发热量从而对输送带上的物料进行加热。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能烘干集热器,其特征在于,所述支架为长方体框架结构,所述输送带从所述框架一端伸入并从框架另一端伸出。
3.如权利要求2所述的太阳能烘干集热器,其特征在于,所述输送带宽度小于所述支架宽度,所述平板集热器宽度大于所述输送带宽度。
4.如权利要求3所述的太阳能烘干集热器,其特征在于,所述输送带上的物料可以是鸡粪。
