The automatic lubrication pump adopts a single-acting oil way design, and is free from being connected with a hydraulic circuit, so that the connection is simple. The return stroke of the plunger is realized by the elastic force of the first spring through pushing the ejector rod. The faster the pressure of the external pressure oil inlet rises, the higher the rise the greater the rightward speed and stroke of the plunger, the higher the pressure of the oil outlet passage and the greater the oil amount. The travel and the movement speed of the plunger can be adjusted by adjusting the pretightening force of the first spring in the pressure adjusting mechanism through the adjusting screw, so that the adjustment of the oil discharging pressure and the oil discharging quantity of the pump is realized. The automatic lubrication pump has small volume, few parts and compact structure, can automatically adjust the displacement of the pump according to the load of equipment, namely the magnitude and the frequency of the pressure change of an external pressure oil inlet, and can realize very little pumping due to the original structural characteristics of the automatic lubrication pump, which is difficult to realize by other hydraulic pumps. The design of the automatic lubrication pump is highly integrated, so that the volume of the pump can be very small and even can be integrated on a joint of a hydraulic pipeline, the installation is very convenient and simple, the automatic lubrication pump can be suitable for solving the intermittent lubrication problem of most hydraulic mechanical equipment, is suitable for being widely popularized and used, and has very remarkable beneficial effects.

Claims (6)
1. An automatic lubrication pump for hydraulic equipment comprises a pump body (1), and is characterized in that one end surface of the pump body (1) is provided with a first mounting groove (1 a), a working cavity (1 b) is arranged at the inner bottom of the first mounting groove (1 a), and a cylinder body (2) is arranged in the first mounting groove (1 a); a second mounting groove (1 c) opposite to the first mounting groove (1 a) is arranged on the other end face of the pump body (1) opposite to the first mounting groove (1 a), a pressure regulating mechanism (3) is arranged in the second mounting groove (1 c), a pressure conducting mechanism (4) connected with the pressure regulating mechanism (3) is arranged in the cylinder body (2), and an external pressure oil inlet (2 a) communicated with the pressure conducting mechanism (4) is arranged on the outer end face of the cylinder body (2);
an oil inlet channel (1 d) connected with external lubricating oil and an oil outlet channel (1 e) connected with an external part to be wetted are respectively arranged on the side wall of the working cavity (1 b), the oil inlet channel (1 d) is connected with an automatic oil inlet valve (5), the oil outlet channel (1 e) is connected with an automatic oil outlet valve (6), the external pressure oil drives the pressure transmission mechanism (4) to reciprocate along the working cavity (1 b) so as to control the opening and closing of the automatic oil inlet valve (5) and the automatic oil outlet valve (6), when the automatic oil inlet valve (5) is opened, the automatic oil outlet valve (6) is closed, and when the automatic oil outlet valve (6) is opened, the automatic oil inlet valve (5) is closed;
the pressure adjusting mechanism (3) is composed of an adjusting support (3 a) arranged in a second mounting groove (1 c), a third mounting groove (3 b) arranged on the end surface of the adjusting support (3 a) opposite to the inner bottom of the second mounting groove (1 c), an adjusting screw (3 c) connected with the adjusting support (3 a) corresponding to the inner bottom of the third mounting groove (3 b) in a threaded manner, a locking nut (3 d) connected with the adjusting screw (3 c) arranged on the outer side of the adjusting support (3 a), an adjusting support plate (3 e) arranged at the end part of the adjusting screw (3 c) in the third mounting groove (3 b), a second sealing ring (3 f) arranged on the side wall of the adjusting support plate (3 e) and matched with the third mounting groove (3 b) and a first spring (3 g) arranged on the outer end surface of the adjusting support plate (3 e), and the first spring (3 g) is clamped between the adjusting support plate (3 e) and the pressure conducting mechanism (4);
the pressure conduction mechanism (4) comprises a guide cavity, a plunger (4 a), a fourth sealing ring (4 b), a push rod (4 c) and a force transmission plate (4 d), wherein the guide cavity is arranged on the end surface of the cylinder body (2) opposite to the working cavity (1 b), the plunger (4 a) is movably arranged in the guide cavity, the fourth sealing ring (4 b) is arranged between the outer wall of the plunger (4 a) and the cylinder body (2), the push rod (4 c) is arranged on the end surface of the plunger (4 a) opposite to the working cavity (1 b), the force transmission plate (4 d) is arranged in the third mounting groove (3 b) and is fixedly connected with the push rod (4 c), and the first spring (3 g) is clamped between the adjusting support plate (3 e) and the force transmission plate (4 d);
a fourth mounting groove (1 f) communicated with the oil inlet channel (1 d) is formed in the pump body (1), the fourth mounting groove (1 f) divides the oil inlet channel (1 d) into a front oil inlet channel (1 g) and a rear oil inlet channel (1 h), the automatic oil inlet valve (5) is arranged in the fourth mounting groove (1 f), and an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the automatic oil inlet valve (5) are respectively connected with the front oil inlet channel and the rear oil inlet channel (1 g and 1 h); the automatic oil inlet valve (5) comprises an oil inlet valve body (5 a) arranged in a fourth mounting groove (1 f), an oil inlet counter bore (5 b) is axially formed in the end face, opposite to the inner bottom surface of the fourth mounting groove (1 f), of the oil inlet valve body (5 a), a second spring (5 c) is arranged in the oil inlet counter bore (5 b), an oil inlet limiting ring (5 d) is arranged at the opening part of the oil inlet counter bore (5 b), an inner hole of the oil inlet limiting ring (5 d) is communicated with a front oil inlet channel (1 g), a conical oil inlet sealing plug (5 e) is clamped between the oil inlet limiting ring (5 d) and the second spring (5 c), the outer diameter of the top end face of the oil inlet sealing plug (5 e) is smaller than the inner diameter of the oil inlet limiting ring (5 d) and the outer diameter of the bottom end face is larger than the inner diameter of the oil inlet limiting ring (5 d), and the top end face of the oil inlet sealing plug (5 e) faces the front oil inlet channel (1 g); the side wall of the oil inlet counter bore (5 b) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of oil inlet valve oil outlet holes (5 f) which are communicated with the oil inlet counter bore (5 b) and the rear oil inlet channel (1 h), and the inner wall of the fourth mounting groove (1 f) is provided with a first annular oil guide groove (1 i) which is communicated with the oil inlet valve oil outlet holes (5 f) and the rear oil inlet channel (1 h).

The automatic lubrication pump for the hydraulic equipment according to claim 1, wherein the cylinder body (2) is composed of a positioning part (2 b) and a mounting part (2 c) integrally formed in the middle of one side surface of the positioning part (2 b), a plurality of step holes (2 d) are formed in the edge of the positioning part (2 b) along the circumferential direction, an internal threaded hole is formed in the pump body (1) corresponding to the step holes (2 d), and a locking screw penetrates through the step holes (2 d) to be in threaded connection with the corresponding internal threaded hole; a first sealing ring (2 e) is arranged between the outer wall of the contact part between the positioning part (2 b) and the mounting part (2 c) and the pump body (1); the pressure conduction mechanism (4) is arranged in the mounting part (2 c).
3. An automatic lubrication pump for hydraulic equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a third sealing ring (3 h) is arranged between the adjusting support (3 a) and the pump body (1).

An automatic lubrication pump for hydraulic equipment according to claim 1, wherein the oil inlet valve body (5 a) is composed of a first cap body (5 g) and a first column body (5 h) integrally formed at one end face of the first cap body (5 g), and the shape of the fourth mounting groove (1 f) is adapted to the shape of the oil inlet valve body (5 a); an external thread is axially arranged on the outer wall of one end, close to the first cap body (5 g), of the first column body (5 h), an internal thread matched with the external thread is arranged in the fourth mounting groove (1 f), and an internal hexagonal first operation blind hole (5 i) is arranged on the other end face of the first cap body (5 g); an installation inclined plane is arranged in a fourth installation groove (1 f) corresponding to the contact part of the first cap body (5 g) and the first cylinder (5 h), and a fifth sealing ring (7) is arranged between the installation inclined plane and the oil inlet valve body (5 a); an annular groove is arranged on the outer wall of the oil inlet valve body (5 a) between the advance oil inlet channel (1 g) and the first annular oil guide groove (1 i), and a sixth sealing ring (5 j) is arranged in the annular groove.

An automatic lubrication pump for hydraulic equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a fifth installation groove (1 j) communicated with the oil outlet channel (1 e) is arranged on the pump body (1), the fifth installation groove (1 j) divides the oil outlet channel (1 e) into a front oil outlet channel (1 k) and a rear oil outlet channel (1 l), the automatic oil outlet valve (6) is arranged in the fifth installation groove (1 j), and an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the automatic oil outlet valve (6) are respectively connected with the front oil outlet channel (1 k) and the rear oil outlet channel (1 l); the automatic oil outlet valve (6) comprises an oil outlet valve body (6 a) arranged in a fifth mounting groove (1 j), an oil outlet counter bore (6 b) is axially formed in the end face, opposite to the inner bottom of the fifth mounting groove (1 j), of the oil outlet valve body (6 a), a second spring (6 c) is arranged in the oil outlet counter bore (6 b), an oil outlet limiting ring (6 d) is arranged at the opening part of the oil outlet counter bore (6 b), an inner hole of the oil outlet limiting ring (6 d) is communicated with a front oil outlet channel (1 k), a conical oil outlet sealing plug (6 e) is clamped between the oil outlet limiting ring (6 d) and the second spring (6 c), the outer diameter of the top end face of the oil outlet sealing plug (6 e) is smaller than the inner diameter of the oil outlet limiting ring (6 d) and the outer diameter of the bottom end face is larger than the inner diameter of the oil outlet limiting ring (6 d), and the top end face of the oil outlet sealing plug (6 e) faces the front oil outlet channel (1 k); the side wall of the oil outlet counter bore (6 b) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of oil inlet valve oil outlet holes (6 f) which are communicated with the oil outlet counter bore (6 b) and the rear oil outlet channel (1 l), and the inner wall of the fifth mounting groove (1 j) is provided with a second annular oil guide groove (1 m) which is communicated with the oil inlet valve oil outlet holes (6 f) and the rear oil outlet channel (1 l).

An automatic lubrication pump for hydraulic equipment according to claim 5, wherein the oil outlet valve body (6 a) is composed of a second cap body (6 g) and a second cylinder (6 h) integrally formed at one end face of the second cap body (6 g), and the shape of the fifth mounting groove (1 j) is adapted to the shape of the oil outlet valve body (6 a); an external thread is axially arranged on the outer wall of one end, close to the second cap body (6 g), of the second column (6 h), an internal thread matched with the external thread is arranged in the fifth mounting groove (1 j), and an internal hexagonal second operation blind hole (6 i) is arranged on the other end face of the second cap body (6 g); an installation inclined plane is arranged in a fifth installation groove (1 j) corresponding to the contact part of the second cap body (6 g) and the second cylinder body (6 h), and a seventh sealing ring (8) is arranged between the installation inclined plane and the oil outlet valve body (6 a); an annular groove is arranged on the outer wall of the oil outlet valve body (6 a) between the front oil outlet channel (1 k) and the second annular oil guide groove (1 m), and an eighth sealing ring (6 j) is arranged in the annular groove.
