The invention discloses a full-automatic door opening and closing device for aging of a liquid crystal panel, wherein supporting plates are vertically arranged on two sides of a frame, obliquely upward sliding grooves are formed in the supporting plates, sliding rails are arranged on the side parts of the frame, a lifting assembly is arranged on the sliding rails and can move up and down along the sliding rails, and a driving unit is in driving connection with the lifting assembly and can drive the lifting assembly to move up and down along the sliding rails; mounting plates are respectively fixed on two sides of a door plate of the opening and closing door, a first bearing and a second bearing are arranged on the mounting plates, the second bearings on the two sides of the door plate are respectively arranged in chutes of the supporting plate, and the door plate can move up and down in the chutes of the supporting plate under the guidance of the second bearings; a cylinder piston rod of the lifting assembly is in driving connection with the driving plate, the driving plate can be driven to move linearly along the guide rail, and the driving plate can contact a first bearing on the supporting door plate when extending out. As shown in fig. 1, the full-automatic aging door opening and closing device for the liquid crystal panel comprises an opening and closing door 1, a support plate 2, a lifting component 3 and slide rails 4, wherein the support plate 2 is vertically installed on two sides of a frame, an obliquely upward chute is formed in the support plate 2, the slide rails 4 are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame, the lifting component 3 is arranged on the slide rails 4 and can move up and down, a driving unit is in driving connection with the lifting component 3, and the lifting component 3 can be driven to move up and down along the slide rails (4);
as shown in fig. 2, the opening and closing door 1 includes a door panel 101, a mounting plate 102, a bearing connector 103, a first bearing 104 and a second bearing 105, the mounting plate 102 is fixed on both sides of the door panel 101, the mounting plate 102 is convexly provided with the first bearing connector 103 and the second bearing connector, the first bearing 104 is mounted on the first bearing connector 103, the second bearing 105 is mounted on the second bearing connector, the first bearing 104 protrudes out of the second bearing 105, the second bearings 105 on both sides of the door panel 101 are respectively disposed in the chutes of the supporting plate 2, and the door panel 101 can move up and down in the chutes of the supporting plate 2 under the guidance of the second bearing 105; a sealing plate 106 is mounted on the inner side of the door panel 101. The first bearing 104 is a ball bearing or a roller bearing, and preferably a needle bearing. The second bearing 105 is a ball bearing or a roller bearing, preferably a deep groove ball bearing.
As shown in fig. 3, the lifting assembly 3 includes a mounting plate 301, an air cylinder 302, a driving plate 303, a guide rail 304 and a floating joint 311, the air cylinder 302 and the guide rail 304 are horizontally disposed on the mounting plate 301, the driving plate 303 is disposed on the guide rail 304, a piston rod of the air cylinder 302 is drivingly connected to the driving plate 303 through the floating joint 311, the driving plate 303 can be driven to move linearly along the guide rail 304, and the driving plate 303 can contact the first bearing 104 on the lifting door panel 101 when extending.
The first bearing 104 is used for contacting the driving plate 303 of the lifting assembly 3, so that the driving plate 303 pushes the first bearing to move obliquely upwards along the inclined groove of the supporting plate 2, and the door plate is driven to move upwards so as to open the door, so that the door is labor-saving, convenient and not easy to damage.
The second bearing 105 is disposed in the inclined groove of the support plate 2 and plays a role of guiding when the door panel 101 ascends or descends. The sealing plate 106 is mounted on the inner side of the door panel and moves along with the door panel, so that good sealing performance is achieved when the door is closed.
The cylinder 302 drives the floating joint 311 to drive the driving plate 303 to move in the Y direction, and meanwhile, the whole lifting assembly is driven by the driving unit to move upwards (namely, the Z axis), when the driving plate 303 contacts the first bearing 104 on the opening and closing door 1, the first bearing 104 is pushed to move upwards in an inclined manner so as to drive the opening and closing door 1 to open the door; when the cylinder 302 retracts, the driving plate 303 is separated from the first bearing 104 on the opening and closing door 1, and the opening and closing door 1 moves downwards in a slanting way under the action of gravity, so that the door is closed.
When the door opening and closing mechanism is used, the driving unit drives the lifting component 3 to simultaneously slide on the sliding rail 4 (the lifting components 3 on the two sides move simultaneously and have synchronism), the lifting component 3 can stop at any position of the sliding rail 4 (namely can stop at any position of a Z axis) and can reach and stop at the height of any opening and closing door, when the lifting component 3 reaches the position of the opening and closing door 1, the air cylinder 302 of the lifting component 3 extends out of the driving plate 303 to extend in the Y direction, the door is in a closed state at the moment, as shown in figure 4, the driving plate 303 of the lifting component contacts with the first bearing 104 for supporting the opening and closing door, meanwhile, the whole lifting component 3 moves upwards (in the Z axis direction) under the driving of the driving unit, when the driving plate 303 pushes the first bearing 104 to move upwards in an inclined manner, the door panel 101 moves upwards in an inclined manner in an inclined groove of the supporting plate 2 under the guiding of the second bearing 105, so as to drive the opening and closing door 1 to open, as shown in fig. 5. After the material taking or feeding action is finished, the air cylinder 302 retracts, so that the driving plate 303 leaves the first bearing 104 on the opening and closing door 1, and the opening and closing door 1 moves downwards along the inclined groove of the supporting plate 2 under the action of gravity, so that the door is closed. The aging full-automatic door opening and closing mechanism of the liquid crystal panel realizes the automation of opening and closing the door of the aging equipment.
As shown in fig. 6, a guide plate 313 is provided on the lifting assembly 3. The guide plate 313 is spaced from the lifting plate to accommodate the first bearing 104 on the opening/closing door. The door can be closed under the action of gravity, and the door can be closed under the action of the pressure of the guide plate 313, so that double guarantee is realized, and accidents are prevented.
In conclusion, the automatic door opening and closing operation of the aging device is realized, so that automatic feeding and material taking are realized; and then need not arrange into ageing room with business turn over material equipment, saved the cost of design, make the structure compacter. And the door is convenient, labor-saving and not easy to damage.
