All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
the system architecture and the service scenario described in the embodiment of the present invention are for more clearly illustrating the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, and do not form a limitation on the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and it can be known by those skilled in the art that the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention is also applicable to similar technical problems along with the evolution of the system architecture and the appearance of a new service scenario. For example, the embodiments of the present application are mainly described by taking a three-drum washing machine as an example, and it should be understood that the present application is also applicable to a washing machine including more washing drums.
the above method is described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of a washing machine, applied to a washing machine including a plurality of washing tubs, including:
S101, obtaining a counterweight Ki of a target cylinder, wherein the counterweight Ki of the target cylinder is the total weight of other cylinders except the target cylinder in a plurality of washing cylinders of the washing machine.
The specific step S101 includes obtaining the total weight of the plurality of washing drums of the washing machine except the target drum, detecting the weight of water and the weight of the laundry in the other washing drums, and generating a counterweight of the target drum.
Take the three-drum washing machine shown in fig. 1 as an example; assume that the total weight of wash cartridges a1, a2, and a3 includes the weight inherent to the motor, wash cartridge, etc.; the total weight of washing drum a1 above is L1, the total weight of washing drum a2 is L2, and the total weight of washing drum a3 is L3. When washing drums a1, a2 and a3 start washing, firstly, weighing judgment is carried out, and the weights b1, b2 and b3 of clothes washed by the three washing drums are obtained; at any time of the operation of the washing drum, the water level heights h1, h2 and h3 of the three washing drums can be obtained through the water level sensors, and the weights of inlet water are h 1M 1 and h 2M 1 respectively on the assumption that the cross-sectional areas of the washing drums a1 and a2 are all M1. Assuming that the cross-sectional area of drum a3 is M3, the weight of the influent water is h3 × M3. At any moment, the total weight X1 ═ L1+ b1+ h1 × M1 of washing drum a1, the total weight X2 ═ L2+ b2+ h2 × M1 of washing drum a2, the total weight X3 ═ L3+ b3+ h3 × M2 of washing drum a 3; then, the weight of a3 is Ki ═ X1+ X2; the weight of a2 is Kj ═ X1+ X3; the weight of a1 is Kk ═ X3+ X2.
S102, determining dehydration gears of the target cylinder according to the balance weight Ki of the target cylinder, wherein each dehydration gear corresponds to one dehydration curve set, and each dehydration curve set comprises at least one dehydration curve.
Exemplarily, the following washing drum a3 is taken as a target drum, on which the weights are the total weight Ki of a1 and a2, and the corresponding gears are divided into N0, N1, N2.. Nx several dewatering gears, wherein each dewatering gear corresponds to one weight section, for example, N0 ═ 3KG,3.5KG), N1 ═ 3.5KG,4.0KG), N2 ═ 4.0KG,4.5KG, N3 ═ 4.5KG,5.0KG), and the like; and if the detected balance weight belongs to a certain interval, determining that the target corresponds to the corresponding dehydration gear. A dehydration curve set { Ax, Bx, Cx. } is preset in each dehydration gear, and the dehydration curve set { Ax, Bx, Cx. } comprises at least one dehydration curve Ax, Bx, Cx.; when the washing drum a3 is dewatered, firstly calculating the balance weight Ki on the washing drum a3, then determining the initial gear Nx of the balance weight, and determining the gear, namely determining the selection range { Ax, Bx, Cx. } of the dewatering curve.
S103, acquiring a dehydration curve of the target cylinder from a dehydration curve set corresponding to the dehydration gear of the target cylinder.
Step S103 specifically includes the following steps:
And S11, carrying out eccentricity detection on the target cylinder to obtain an eccentricity value Y.
And S12, acquiring the dehydration curve of the target cylinder from the dehydration curve set corresponding to the dehydration gear of the target cylinder according to the eccentricity value Y.
In the operation process, if the dewatering is performed for the first time, the target drum is driven at the first rotation speed before step S11 to shake the laundry to be dewatered; the target drum may be driven at a rotation speed of, for example, about 45rpm to shake the laundry. After that, the acceleration operation is performed to the second rotation speed and is maintained, and the acceleration is performed from 45rpm to 93rpm in step S11 for example. If the eccentricity value Y is determined again during the dehydration operation, the speed is directly reduced to 93rpm and maintained, and the eccentricity value Y is determined again during the rotation speed of 93 rpm.
And S104, controlling the target cylinder to dewater according to the dewatering curve of the target cylinder.
In the operation process, after the step S104, the step of acquiring the counterweight Ki +1 of the target cylinder again, and when the change value delta K of the counterweight of the target cylinder is (Ki +1) -Ki is larger than a preset threshold value C (C is larger than or equal to 0), the step of determining the dehydration gear of the target cylinder again.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention is explained with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and when the dewatering is initially operated, the initial weight K0 and the initial eccentricity Y0 of a3 are determined according to the above steps S201 to S204, and an initial dewatering curve is determined accordingly.
Then, acquiring a counterweight Ki of the target cylinder, and when the change value delta K of the counterweight Ki of the target cylinder acquired this time is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value C (C is larger than or equal to 0) than the change value delta K- (Ki-1) of the counterweight of the target cylinder acquired last time, continuing to operate a dehydration curve corresponding to Ki-1 to dehydrate the target cylinder; and when the change value delta K of the counterweight of the target cylinder is larger than C, determining the dewatering gear of Ki, for example, sequentially comparing Ki with the intervals corresponding to all the gears until the interval to which Ki belongs is determined, namely sequentially judging whether Ki is smaller than Nx or not, and determining the dewatering gear until Ki is larger than or equal to Nx. And then determining a dehydration curve Ax according to the detected eccentricity value Yi of the target cylinder in a dehydration curve set { Ax, Bx, Cx. } corresponding to the dehydration gear, and operating the Ax.
The scheme is applied to a washing machine comprising a plurality of washing drums, firstly, the counterweight of a target drum is obtained, and the counterweight of the target drum is the total weight of all drums except the target drum in the plurality of washing drums of the washing machine; determining dehydration gears of the target barrel according to the balance weight of the target barrel, wherein each dehydration gear corresponds to one dehydration curve set, and each dehydration curve set comprises at least one dehydration curve; acquiring a dehydration curve of the target cylinder from a dehydration curve set corresponding to a dehydration gear of the target cylinder; controlling the target cylinder to dehydrate according to the dehydration curve of the target cylinder; due to the fact that the appropriate dehydration curve can be determined according to the balance weight of the target drum, unbalance and displacement which are possibly generated when the washing machine dehydrates can be reduced, and vibration noise is further reduced.
