一种绝缘树脂,所述绝缘树脂由按重量份数配比的聚硅氧烷10-18份、一氯化硫1-3份、氯磺酸5-10份、二酚基丙烷8-12份、三氯化铝2份、氯苯8份、聚酰胺酰亚胺3份、柠檬酸三丁酯1份、玻璃纤维2份、酸酐固化剂50份、潜伏性促进剂0.05份组成。
作为优选,绝缘树脂由按重量份数配比的聚硅氧烷10份、一氯化硫1份、氯磺酸5份、二酚基丙烷8份、三氯化铝2份、氯苯8份、聚酰胺酰亚胺3份、柠檬酸三丁酯1份、玻璃纤维2份、酸酐固化剂50份、潜伏性促进剂0.05份组成。
