焦烧是一种胶料早期硫化现象,产生焦烧的原因有:配合不当,如硫化剂、促进剂用量太多;操作不当,如辊温过高、过早加入硫黄、或加入硫化剂后混炼时间太长。混炼不均造成硫化剂和促进剂局部集中;胶料冷却停放不当。如停放过久,停放场地温度过高或空气流通等,出现焦烧现象时,胶料表面不光滑,麻面可塑度降低,严重时胶料表面会出现大小不等的颗粒。
由于夏季气温较高,容易造成耐酸胶面鞋用鞋面胶在混炼机加工时发生焦烧现象,造成胶料报废。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种不易焦烧的耐酸胶面胶鞋用鞋面胶,用该配方生产的不易焦烧的耐酸胶面胶鞋用鞋面胶,其耐酸性能较好,成本较低,能适应酸性环境的应用,能大幅提高鞋子的使用寿命。

本发明的优点在于:胶料组分采用水杨酸来防止焦烧现象的产生,用该配方生产的耐酸胶面鞋用鞋面胶不易发生焦烧现象,能大幅提高胶料加工的安全性。避免因气温升高、辊温过高造成胶料焦烧的损失。

该配方可以通过密炼机进行两段混炼完成,以提高胶料的粘合性。
天然橡胶为3L标准橡胶,标准橡胶、丁苯胶合计含量为100重量份。

制备方法:
将配方量的天然橡胶、丁苯胶加入密炼机中混炼完全,然后加入氧化锌、硬脂酸、炉法炭黑、促进剂在开炼机中混炼完全,加入配方量的水杨酸、防老剂和增塑剂继续混炼完全,最后加入硫磺混炼完全。
