本发明公开了一种炭氢水电极,包括绝缘体、导体和半导体,绝缘体两侧分别固定设置导体和半导体,导体和半导体相互配合,导体为阴极,导体材料为钛金,半导体为阳极,半导体材料为活性炭。本电极可制饱和氢,无金属污染;采用树叶叶脉制成的活性炭,可连续工作60天以上,稳定性好。本电级制造的氢气具有无毒、无味、氢溶于水的时间长的特点,可用于氢杯、水龙头、泡脚、浴缸、洗衣机等一切日常用水的地方。用这种装置产生的氢离子渗透力强能迅速进入身体各个部位,有选择性的清除氧自由基,打通血脉,清除沉淀物,活化人体细胞,抑制氧游离基作用,具有抗氧化性,过敏性皮炎、便秘、高血压、糖尿病、癌症、乙肝、血管粥样硬化等由自氧由基引起的各类症状都有理想的防治作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电极,特别涉及一种炭氢水电极。
背景技术
电极材料应具有优良的电加性能,抗蚀性好,磨耗小,易于加工,成本低廉,且生产率高,加工质量好。现有电极分为惰性电极和活性电极。惰性电极用碳棒,即石墨电极,或铂电极;活性电极是金属电极,如Cu、Ag、Zn等阴极可以铁、铜等金属,阳极若用金属必须是惰性,如Pt等,可以用石墨。
炭氢水发生器的作用:制出富含炭氢分子的水,中和人体的“健康杀手”氧自由基,最后生成水排出体外。现有炭氢水发生器配备的电极是用铝合金或不锈钢做的,如图1,制氢量低、有金属污染、而且易腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可制饱和氢的炭氢水电极。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种炭氢水电极,包括绝缘体、导体和半导体,绝缘体两侧分别固定设置导体和半导体,导体和半导体相互配合,导体为阴极,导体材料为钛,半导体为阳极,半导体材料为活性炭。所述导体为1-1000个圆柱形导体等间距围绕成圆形构成。
采用上述技术方案的炭氢水电极,达到反复循环制氢效果,使氢微容于水目的,自然容器里水氢的含量达到饱和状态,氢在水里的溶合时间延长,挥发减慢。本发明电极只制氢不制氧,无臭氧。在本电极半导体C选用导电活性炭做阳电极,活性炭与其它金属结合后产生单向导电..阹除余氯农药残留及臭氧成效显注。用6个钛棒电极,在含500ml水,瞬间制饱和氢量达1600ppb。电极也不会腐蚀。
本电极采用活性炭,其制作是将选用树叶的叶脉加工成细小的丝状,然后将丝状叶脉放在专用模具里加工,具有导电功效。而且活性炭的稳定性好。
经试验,本电极采用活性炭可以连续工作60天以上,以260ml的氢杯为例,每次制氢需要3分钟,每天制8次氢,本活性炭至少可以使用3600天,非常稳定。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图2、图3和图4所示,一种炭氢水电极,包括绝缘体A、导体B和半导体C,绝缘体A两侧分别固定设置导体B和半导体C,导体B和半导体C相互配合,导体B为阴极,导体B材料为钛金,半导体C为阳极,半导体C材料为活性炭。所述导体B为1-1000个圆柱形导体等间距围绕成圆形构成。活性炭还可吸附臭氧。钛金能刺激吞噬细胞,使免疫力增强这一作用已被证实。在医药和体育运动领域中被广泛使用。钛能刺激吞噬细胞,并且钛具有通过细胞电离调节身体天然电流的能力,对人体会产生有益的生理作用且其化学性稳定,不会发生经时性的变化或变质,有益人体身心健康。所述钛金的表面镀泊金,这样无任何氧化,防损耗。
半导体C上下面分别配合设置上夹板C2和下夹板C1。上夹板C2和下夹板C1的设置,增加半导体C的使用寿命至少增加10倍以上。因为活性炭在强烈的电解当中会破裂。
所述绝缘体A由下圆盘A1、上圆盘A2和圆柱A3一体成型构成,圆柱A3的顶端为半球形。这种结构稳固,便于支撑导体B和半导体C。
所述导体B的下端配合设置导体底面B1。所述半导体C高于导体B,绝缘体A高于半导体C。所述半导体C与导体B直接有间隙,间隙为1-100丝左右。
工作原理:利用导体B与半导体C之间间隙电解氢,水在导体底面B1与半导体C空间电解产生氢,利用氢的浮力向上升飘原理拉动导体B与下夹板C1之间氢向导体B与半导体C间隙向上循环,达到反复循环制氢效果,使氢微容于水目的,自然容器里水氢的含量达到饱和状态,氢在水里的溶合时间延长,挥发减慢。
半导体C活性炭电极与导体B电极之间通过水产生导电原理制氢,本电极采用直流供电,电路中电流方向阴极流向阳极,而阳极无法流入阴极,所以本发明电极只制氢不制氧。原理:在本电极半导体C选用导电活性炭做阳电极,活性炭与其它金属结合后产生单向导电.本发明利用上术特点制作炭氢电极制氢效果好.阹除余氯农药残留及臭氧成效显注。以炭氢水杯为例:40mmX9mm的电极半导体C(阳极),图3、图4上所说明的6个5mm的导体B(阴极),在装500ml水杯里,瞬间制饱和氢量达1600ppb。氢溶于水时间长达2小时。
受试者每天饮用1000毫升本装置产生的电解水连续12-15天,发现
1氢气通过抗氧化作用减少活性氧和炎症反应,是稳定透析患者血压的重要因素。
2氢气因为有很强扩散能力,能进入细胞核内保护细胞DNA免于氧化损伤,从而提高了胰岛素的功能。
3氢水饮用可以提高代谢综合征患者抗氧化能力,减少氧化损伤。
4生活质量从第一周都有显著提高,明显改善氧化应激指标。氢气作用主要是通过选择性中和羟基自由基,不影响具有信号作用的其他功能自由基如过氧化氢。
5氢气具有抗炎作用。
理论上,自由基是百病之源,很多难以根治的慢性病都是由恶性自由基引起的;本发明装置产生的氢分子是具有超过维生素C、胡萝卜、卵磷脂等所有人类已知抗氧化物的生物抗氧化性,对过敏性皮炎、便秘、高血压、糖尿病、癌症、乙肝、血管粥样硬化等由自由基引起的各类症状都有理想的防治作用。
在实际使用案例中,发现还有改善子宫肌瘤、乳腺增生、两眼飞蝇症、低血压、心率的功效。某人饮用本发明制的氢水30天左右,子宫肌瘤和乳腺增生有明显改善;某人饮用本发明制的氢水14天左右,两眼的干涩、刺痛完全消失,特别是过年的两眼飞蝇症,左眼的症状消失,右眼症状也减轻很多;某人饮用本发明制的氢水90天左右,血压原来上压80,下压58-60转变为上压120,下压80;某人饮用本发明制的氢水18天左右,心率52转变为心率60,很正常了。
特别强调本电极可以用于40度以下温水或凉开水、凉水的制氢,水可以是矿泉水、自来水,但不能是纯净水。根据身体自身情况每天喝4-8杯。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于包括绝缘体(A)、导体(B)和半导体(C),绝缘体(A)两侧分别固定设置导体(B)和半导体(C),导体(B)和半导体(C)相互配合,导体(B)为阴极,导体(B)材料为钛金,半导体(C)为阳极,半导体(C)材料为活性炭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于半导体(C)上下面分别配合设置上夹板(C2)和下夹板(C1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于所述绝缘体(A)由下圆盘(A1)、上圆盘(A2)和圆柱(A3)一体成型构成,圆柱(A3)的顶端为半球形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于所述导体(B)的下端配合设置导体底面(B1)。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于所述半导体(C)高于导体(B),绝缘体(A)高于半导体(C)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于所述半导体(C)与导体(B)直接有间隙。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于所述间隙的间距为6丝。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于所述钛金的表面镀泊金,导体(B)为1-1000个圆柱形导体等间距围绕成圆形构成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于,其用途用于氢杯、水龙头、泡脚盆、浴缸或洗衣机的制氢。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种炭氢水电极,其特征在于,活性炭用树叶的叶脉加工而成,可连续工作60天。
