Therefore, controlling the compressed air line pressure supplied by the lance to within the desired range is extremely important to ensure stable operation of the lance.
At present, the technologies for preventing potential safety hazards caused by insufficient supply of compressed air pressure of a denitration atomization spray gun by a selective non-catalytic reduction method mainly comprise two types: firstly, adopting an automatic instrument and a system to control: a pipeline air flow meter is matched with a DCS/PLC central control system, and when the pressure of a compressed air pipeline is lower than a set value, the supply of a reducing agent is stopped; and secondly, controlling the supply of the reducing agent through mechanical parts such as a spring arranged in the spray gun, and when the pressure of the compressed air pipeline is lower than a set value, closing the reducing agent injection pipeline by the interlocking device to stop the supply of the reducing agent. The methods have hidden dangers, and the use of the spray gun is influenced by the safety of an automatic instrument in the measurement and signal transmission processes; the use of the latter spray gun relies on the stable operation of mechanical parts, the wear of which during long-term use will have an impact on safety.
