Technical Field

Background
At present, a disposable infusion set is generally adopted in clinical intravenous infusion in the medical field, and the infusion set has the following problems in the use process: after transfusion is finished, because of no automatic liquid stopping function, medical staff is required to replace a transfusion bottle or pull out a transfusion needle in time, otherwise air can enter a patient to cause air embolism or other unsafe factors such as blood return, and the air can directly increase the working strength and heavy mental burden of the medical staff, and meanwhile, serious consequences can be caused when the medical staff faces emergency transfusion and rescuing patients with critical diseases.

when the liquid level is higher than the liquid stop ventilation film, the gas in the dropping funnel cannot be discharged from the exhaust hole, and the gas pressure in the dropping funnel is higher than the external atmospheric pressure, so that the liquid in the liquid outlet hole cannot flow out, and the liquid level in the dropping funnel is kept unchanged;
when the liquid level is lower than the liquid stop ventilation film, the pressure of the gas in the dropping funnel is lower than the external atmospheric pressure, so that the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet;
when the liquid in the dropping funnel body is emptied, the gas in the dropping funnel body cannot enter the automatic liquid stopping filter device due to the gas blocking effect of the gas blocking filter membrane, so that the liquid of the dropping funnel body is kept in the automatic liquid stopping filter device.
