mounting holes (6) for mounting an exhaust pipe (9) are formed in the bulge parts (4) of the inner shell (2) and the outer shell (3) and the ventilation layer (5), the exhaust pipe (9) is mounted in the mounting holes (6), and the exhaust pipe (9) is communicated with the inside of the inner shell (2);

6. The ventilated nipple retraction orthotic of claim 1 wherein: the outer shell (3) is connected with the inner shell (2) through screws, and the screws penetrate through the ventilation layer (5).
