本发明涉及种植用植物生长架技术领域,具体为一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架。
背景技术
传统的火龙果生长用支架,仅仅提供了支撑火龙果枝条生长的支盘,但由于支盘是平整的,导致支盘的边缘与火龙果枝条接触点过窄,增大了二者接触面上的压强,时间一长,待火龙果枝条生长变粗后,容易造成支盘支撑不住枝条而产生下垂,严重时支盘的边缘会嵌入至枝条内,损伤枝条,造成枝条停止生产,甚至折断枝条,影响火龙果的产量。

本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,能够有效促进生长中的火龙果的发育,且适合火龙果苗的各个生长阶段,且本发明结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,成本低,见效明显,能够提高火龙果的果实质量和产量,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

制备方法:
A将苯酚磺酸,滑石粉,酚醛胺,乙二醇丁醚,石墨烯,氧化铝放入搅拌罐中,在50-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀;
B将纳米改性聚脲,纳米二氧化钛,丙烯酸锌树脂,丙二醇甲醚,羟乙基纤维,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺加入到步骤A中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应15-45min;
C将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液,端基改性有机硅和其它组分加入到步骤B中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~15分钟;经过滤即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够有效促进生长中的火龙果的发育,且适合火龙果苗的各个生长阶段,且第一支盘和第二支盘的运用增大了与火龙果枝条之间的接触面积从而分散压强,增大对火龙果枝条的支撑力,增加了火龙果枝条的生长的存活率,减少折枝的概率,从而能够更好的用于火龙果的全阶段生长种植中使用,且本发明结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,见效明显,能够提高火龙果的果实质量和产量。,

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,包括第一支撑柱3,第一支撑柱3的侧面设有第一圆形固定块12,第一圆形固定块12的内侧面与第一支撑柱3的外侧面套接,第一圆形固定块12与第一支撑柱3套接可以方便的调节高度,第一圆形固定块12的外侧面与第一支撑条1一端连接,第一支撑条1的数量应不少于六个,且不少于六个的第一支撑条1沿第一圆形固定块12等距离设置,不少于六个的第一支撑条1提供更大的支撑力,第一圆形固定块12的侧面下部设有第一固定螺丝13,第一固定螺丝13用于固定第一圆形固定块12,第一支撑条1的另一端与第一支盘2连接,第一支盘2用于给植物提供支撑力,第一支撑柱3的下方设有第二支撑柱8,第一支撑柱3与第二支撑柱8套接方便调节高度,第二支撑柱8的侧面顶部设有第三固定螺丝5,第三固定螺丝5用于固定第一支撑立柱3,第二支撑柱8的侧面设有第二圆形固定块6,第二圆形固定块6的内侧面与第二支撑柱8的外侧面套接,第二圆形固定块6与第二支撑柱8套接可以方便的调节高度,第二圆形固定块6的外侧面与第二支撑条4一端连接,第二支撑条4的数量应不少于四个,且不少于四个的第二支撑条4沿第二圆形固定块6等距离设置,不少于四个的第二支撑条4用于提供更大的支撑力,第二圆形固定块6的侧面下部设有第二固定螺丝14,第二固定螺丝14用于固定第二圆形固定块6,第二支撑条4的另一端与第二支盘7连接,第二支盘7用于给植物提供支撑力,第二支撑柱8的侧面下方设有水管15,水管15可以方便浇水和施肥,水管15穿过第二支撑柱8侧面的一端与阀门16的一端连接,阀门16用于控制水流的大小,阀门16的另一端设有进水口9,水管15的另一端穿过第二支撑体8的底面,第二支撑柱8的底面设有椎体11,椎体11上设有出水孔10,第一固定螺丝13、第二固定螺丝14和第三固定螺丝5上均设有橡胶垫,橡胶垫用于提供更大的摩擦力,且第一固定螺丝13、第二固定螺丝14和第三固定螺丝5的数量均不少于四个,不少于四个的第一固定螺丝13、第二固定螺丝14和第三固定螺丝5可以使固定更稳固。
本发明在所述第一支撑柱3、第二支撑柱8、第一支盘2、第二支盘7外壁设有防腐涂层。所述防腐涂层按重量份由以下组分组成:纳米改性聚脲47份,纳米二氧化钛4.9份,丙烯酸锌树脂37份,丙二醇甲醚6.1份,羟乙基纤维5.9份,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺4.5份,苯酚磺酸2.2份,滑石粉5.1份,酚醛胺6.3,脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯0.73份,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液0.24份,端基改性有机硅0.618份,乙二醇丁醚9.9份,石墨烯5.6份,氧化铝4.3份;
制备方法:
A将苯酚磺酸,滑石粉,酚醛胺,乙二醇丁醚,石墨烯,氧化铝放入搅拌罐中,在50-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀;
B将纳米改性聚脲,纳米二氧化钛,丙烯酸锌树脂,丙二醇甲醚,羟乙基纤维,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺加入到步骤A中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应15-45min;
C将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液,端基改性有机硅和其它组分加入到步骤B中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~15分钟;经过滤即可。
在使用时:将第二支撑柱8下侧的椎体11埋入地下固定,然后调整第一支撑柱3的高度,调整到合适的高度后拧紧第三固定螺丝5,然后调整第一支盘2和第二支盘7的高度,调整到合适的高度后拧紧第一固定螺丝13和第二固定螺丝14,将外部水管连接与进水口9连接,然后就可以使用了。
本发明能够有效促进生长中的火龙果的发育,且适合火龙果苗的各个生长阶段,且第一支盘2和第二支盘7的运用增大了与火龙果枝条之间的接触面积从而分散压强,增大对火龙果枝条的支撑力,增加了火龙果枝条的生长的存活率,减少折枝的概率,从而能够更好的用于火龙果的全阶段生长种植中使用,且本发明结构简单,设计合理,安装方便,见效明显,能够提高火龙果的果实质量和产量。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,包括第一支撑柱(3),其特征在于:所述第一支撑柱(3)的侧面设有第一圆形固定块(12),第一圆形固定块(12)的内侧面与第一支撑柱(3)的外侧面套接,第一圆形固定块(12)的外侧面与第一支撑条(1)一端连接,第一圆形固定块(12)的侧面下部设有第一固定螺丝(13),第一支撑条(1)的另一端与第一支盘(2)连接,第一支撑柱(3)的下方设有第二支撑柱(8),第一支撑柱(3)与第二支撑柱(8)套接,第二支撑柱(8)的侧面顶部设有第三固定螺丝(5),第二支撑柱(8)的侧面设有第二圆形固定块(6),第二圆形固定块(6)的内侧面与第二支撑柱(8)的外侧面套接,第二圆形固定块(6)的外侧面与第二支撑条(4)一端连接,第二圆形固定块(6)的侧面下部设有第二固定螺丝(14),第二支撑条(4)的另一端与第二支盘(7)连接,第二支撑柱(8)的侧面下方设有水管(15),水管(15)穿过第二支撑柱(8)侧面的一端与阀门(16)的一端连接,阀门(16)的另一端设有进水口(9),水管(15)的另一端穿过第二支撑体(8)的底面,第二支撑柱(8)的底面设有椎体(11),椎体(11)上设有出水孔(10),在所述第一支撑柱(3)、第二支撑柱(8)、第一支盘(2)、第二支盘(7)外壁设有防腐涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,其特征在于:所述第一支撑条(1)的数量应不少于六个,且不少于六个的第一支撑条(1)沿第一圆形固定块(12)等距离设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,其特征在于:所述第二支撑条(4)的数量应不少于四个,且不少于四个的第二支撑条(4)沿第二圆形固定块(6)等距离设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,其特征在于:所述第一固定螺丝(13)、第二固定螺丝(14)和第三固定螺丝(5)上均设有橡胶垫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种利于火龙果生长的种植用支架,其特征在于:所述第一固定螺丝(13)、第二固定螺丝(14)和第三固定螺丝(5)的数量均不少于四个。
