Abstract
A method for controlling the working mode of a mobile terminal is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: acquiring environmental information of the mobile terminal in real time; judging whether the mobile terminal is on a vehicle or not according to the environment information; when the mobile terminal is on a car, acquiring vibration information of a car engine and position information of the mobile terminal in real time; judging the state of the mobile terminal according to the vibration information and the position information; and controlling the mobile terminal to be in a driving mode or a normal mode according to the state of the mobile terminal. The invention further provides a control device of the mobile terminal working mode and the mobile terminal, whether the driving mode is started or not can be automatically judged according to the current environment of the mobile terminal, a user does not need to manually set the driving mode before driving or in the driving process, and the satisfaction degree of user experience is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of smart phones, and particularly relates to a method and a device for controlling a working mode of a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal.
Background
Along with the higher and higher degree of the intellectualization of the mobile phone, people rely on the mobile phone more and more tightly, and the mobile phone can browse webpages, check news, watch videos, chat and the like, so that people can be seen to use the mobile phone anytime and anywhere, for example, the mobile phone brings great convenience to people when walking, driving, resting and the like. Preferably, the environment information includes a noise volume, and when the noise volume is smaller than a preset volume threshold, the mobile terminal is located on a vehicle.
Preferably, the vibration information includes a vibration frequency.
Preferably, the judging the state of the mobile terminal according to the vibration information and the position information includes: judging whether the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold section; when the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold range, acquiring the speed of the mobile terminal according to position information; judging whether the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range or not; and when the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range, the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
Preferably, when the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state, the mobile terminal is in a driving mode.

The present invention may be embodied in various forms, some examples of which are described below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling an operation mode of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps.
In step S01, the environment information of the mobile terminal is acquired in real time.
In this embodiment, the environment information includes a noise volume. The environmental information can be acquired in real time through a noise sensor.
In step S02, it is determined whether the mobile terminal is in a vehicle or not based on the environment information.
In this embodiment, when the noise volume is smaller than a preset volume threshold, the mobile terminal is located on a vehicle.
In step S03, vibration information of a vehicle engine and position information of the mobile terminal are acquired in real time while the mobile terminal is on the car.
In this embodiment, the vibration information includes a vibration frequency, and when the automobile is in a driving process, an engine of the automobile rotates to generate a certain vibration frequency, and the vibration frequency is acquired through a vibration sensor module of the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal is positioned on the automobile, the position information of the mobile terminal can be acquired through the GPS module.
In step S04, the state of the mobile terminal is determined according to the vibration information and the position information.
In this embodiment, step S04 specifically includes: judging whether the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold section; when the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold range, acquiring the speed of the mobile terminal according to position information; judging whether the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range or not; and when the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range, the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
In a preferred embodiment, when the vibration frequency is between 20Hz and 50Hz, the speed of the mobile terminal is obtained according to the position information of the mobile terminal within a preset time period, for example, the speed is between 20km/h and 120km/h, and the state of the mobile terminal can be judged as a driving state.
Because the vehicle body vibration influences more conditions, such as factors of an engine, road surface conditions, tyre patterns, a damping device and the like, the range of the vibration frequency can be properly widened.
In step S05, the mobile terminal is controlled to be in a driving mode or a normal mode according to the state of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, when the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state, the mobile terminal is in a driving mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the above method further comprises the following steps.
In step S06, when the mobile terminal is in the driving mode, it is detected whether an incoming call or a short message is coming in the mobile terminal.
In step S07, when it is detected that an incoming call or a short message comes in from the mobile terminal, a preset setting operation is performed on the incoming call or the short message.

In a preferred embodiment, the mobile terminal automatically shuts down the network.

As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes a noise sensor 10, a first determination module 20, a vibration sensor 30, a GPS module 40, a second determination module 50, and a control module 60.
The noise sensor 10 is configured to acquire environmental information of the mobile terminal in real time.
In this embodiment, the environment information includes a noise volume.
The first judging module 20 is configured to judge whether the mobile terminal is in a vehicle according to the environment information.
In this embodiment, when the noise volume is smaller than a preset volume threshold, the mobile terminal is located on a vehicle.
The vibration sensor 30 is used to acquire vibration information of the vehicle engine in real time when the mobile terminal is on the car.
In this embodiment, the vibration information includes a vibration frequency, and when the automobile is in a driving process, an engine of the automobile rotates to generate a certain vibration frequency, and the vibration frequency is acquired through a vibration sensor module of the mobile terminal.
The GPS module 40 is used to obtain the location information of the mobile terminal in real time when the mobile terminal is in a car.

The second determining module 50 is configured to determine a state of the mobile terminal according to the vibration information and the position information.
In this embodiment, the second determining module 50 first determines whether the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold; when the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold range, acquiring the speed of the mobile terminal according to position information; judging whether the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range or not; and when the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range, the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
In a preferred embodiment, when the vibration frequency is between 20Hz and 50Hz, the speed of the mobile terminal is obtained according to the position information of the mobile terminal within a preset time period, for example, the speed is between 20km/h and 120km/h, and the state of the mobile terminal can be judged as a driving state.

The detection module 70 is configured to detect whether an incoming call or a short message comes in the mobile terminal according to the fact that the mobile terminal is in the driving mode; the execution module 80 is configured to execute a preset operation on an incoming call or a short message when detecting that the incoming call or the short message comes from the mobile terminal.

1. A method for controlling the working mode of a mobile terminal comprises the following steps:
acquiring environmental information of the mobile terminal in real time, wherein the environmental information comprises noise volume;
judging whether the mobile terminal is on a vehicle or not according to the environment information;
when the noise volume is smaller than a preset volume threshold value, the mobile terminal is positioned on a vehicle;
when the mobile terminal is on an automobile, acquiring vibration information of an engine of the automobile and position information of the mobile terminal in real time, wherein the vibration information comprises vibration frequency;
judging the state of the mobile terminal according to the vibration information and the position information;
controlling the mobile terminal to be in a driving mode or a normal mode according to the state of the mobile terminal;
judging the state of the mobile terminal according to the vibration information and the position information comprises:
judging whether the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold section;
when the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold range, acquiring the speed of the mobile terminal according to position information;
judging whether the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range or not;
and when the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range, the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal is in a driving mode when the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
when the mobile terminal is in a driving mode, detecting whether a call or a short message comes in the mobile terminal;
and when detecting that the mobile terminal has an incoming call or a short message, executing preset setting operation on the incoming call or the short message.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the operation of performing the preset setting on the incoming call or short message includes outputting the incoming call or short message in a voice form and automatically ignoring, automatically hanging up and automatically replying in a text form or automatically hanging up and automatically replying in a voice form.
5. A control device for an operation mode of a mobile terminal, comprising:
the noise sensor is used for acquiring environmental information of the mobile terminal in real time, wherein the environmental information comprises noise volume;

the second judging module is further used for judging whether the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold section; when the vibration frequency is within a preset frequency threshold range, acquiring the speed of the mobile terminal according to position information; judging whether the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range or not; and when the speed of the mobile terminal is within a preset speed threshold range, the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the control module controls the mobile terminal to be in a driving mode when the state of the mobile terminal is a driving state.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the detection module is used for detecting whether a call or a short message comes in the mobile terminal according to the condition that the mobile terminal is in the driving mode;
and the execution module is used for executing preset operation on the incoming call or the short message when detecting that the incoming call or the short message comes in the mobile terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the operation of performing the preset setting on the incoming call or short message includes outputting the incoming call or short message in a form of voice and automatically ignoring, automatically hanging up and automatically replying in a text form or automatically hanging up and automatically replying in a voice form.
9. A mobile terminal comprising control means for the operating mode of the mobile terminal according to any of claims 5 to 7.
