the second APP controls the lockset by adopting the control information, wherein the second APP controls the lockset by adopting one or more control information, and the second APP unlocks the lockset by adopting unlocking information and/or locks the lockset by adopting locking information;
wherein,
the mobile terminal with the second APP is connected with the lockset; after the authentication is passed, the mobile terminal controls the lock by adopting the control information through the second APP; the mobile terminal controls the lock by adopting the control information through the second APP, and the control information includes one, more or all of the following items: the mobile terminal controls the lock to be opened and closed through the second APP by adopting the control information; the mobile terminal performs locking control on the lockset through the second APP by adopting the control information; the mobile terminal performs authorization control on the lockset through the second APP by adopting the control information; the mobile terminal monitors and controls the lockset by adopting the control information through the second APP; the mobile terminal performs information transmission control on the lockset through the second APP by adopting the control information; the mobile terminal controls the door card for the lockset by adopting the control information through the second APP; the mobile terminal adopts the control information as the lock control password through the second APP; the mobile terminal adopts the control information as the lock control fingerprint through the second APP; the mobile terminal controls door opening records for the lock by adopting the control information through the second APP;

the mobile terminal controls door opening records for the lock by adopting the control information through the second APP, the door opening record adding or deleting instruction is issued through the mobile terminal, the lock provides feedback information of the door opening record adding or deleting instruction, the lock judges whether to operate according to the feedback information of the door opening record adding or deleting instruction, if yes, the door opening record sending information is sent to the mobile terminal or the door opening record deleting information is executed, the feedback information of the door opening record adding or deleting success is provided, and if not, the feedback information of the door opening record adding or deleting failure is provided;
the control information comprises contact information, alarm information and/or contract agreement information; the method comprises the following steps that an apartment manager establishes connection with locks of a plurality of apartments managed by the apartment manager through a first APP on a mobile phone of the apartment manager and performs authentication, and after the authentication passes each time, the first APP receives control information of the locks; when the control information is distributed, an apartment manager distributes the control information of the lock of a certain apartment to a second APP of a certain user through a first APP on a mobile phone of the apartment manager, and the user controls the corresponding lock through the second APP by adopting the control information.
2. The lock control method according to claim 1, wherein the first APP and the second APP are provided at a same terminal.
3. The lock control method according to claim 1, wherein the first APP and the second APP are provided at different terminals; and, the first APP transmits the control information to a second APP, specifically: the first APP wirelessly transmits the control information to a second APP.
4. The lock control method of claim 3, wherein the first APP and the second APP are homogeneous or heterogeneous APPs, and the first APP transmits the control information to the second APP via an APP.

The lock control method according to claim 1, wherein the first APP receives control information of the lock, specifically: the first APP receives control information of the lockset in a Bluetooth mode; the first APP is respectively connected with the plurality of locksets and carries out authentication, and after the authentication is passed each time, the first APP receives the control information of the locksets, so that the first APP receives the control information of one or more locksets; the first APP transmits control information of one or more locks to a second APP; the second APP adopts each the control information to control each the lockset respectively.
6. The lock control method according to claim 1, wherein before the first APP receives the lock control information, the method further comprises: and establishing connection between the first APP and the lockset, authenticating, and executing subsequent steps after authentication is passed.
7. The lock control method of claim 1, wherein the control information includes unlock information; and, the second APP adopts control information control the tool to lock, include the second APP adopts the information of unblanking opens the tool to lock.
8. The lock control method of claim 1, wherein the control information comprises locking information; and the second APP adopts the control information to control the lockset, and the locking information locking is adopted by the second APP to lock the lockset.
