本发明涉及食用菌,具体是一种以棉花秸秆桑树枝为主碳源的榆黄蘑栽培料。
背景技术
栽培木腐菌,传统培养料的碳源多用杂木屑、棉籽壳等,主要提供食用菌生长所需的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素,但杂木屑、棉籽壳的产量有限,制约了食用菌生产的发展,而多种农作物废弃物中,也含有这些物质,也可以作为食用菌的碳源材料。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种以棉花秸秆桑树枝为主碳源的榆黄蘑栽培料,这种栽培料,以农作物的废弃物为碳源栽培出的榆黄蘑与用杂木屑和棉籽壳为碳源栽培出的榆黄蘑产量、质量不相上下,但大大的降低了生产成本。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种以棉花秸秆桑树枝为主碳源的榆黄蘑栽培料,它由下述重量份配比的原料制成:
棉花秸秆碎屑40-45
桑树枝碎屑40-45
麸皮8-12
饼粉3-7
石灰粉0.8-1.2
石膏粉0.8-1.2
过磷酸钙0.8-1.2。
进一步,各原料的重量份配比是:棉花秸秆碎屑43,桑树枝碎屑42,麸皮10,饼粉5,石灰粉1,石膏粉1,过磷酸钙1。
所述棉花秸秆是收获棉花后的干植株,棉花秸秆与棉籽壳的化学组成基本相似含有丰富的纤维素,木质素等有机物,所述的桑树枝是将修剪下来的桑树枝晒干,用粉碎机打成碎屑;所述的芽苗菜根是采收芽苗菜后的剩余部分,桑树枝中纤维素的含量290-420mg/g,半纤维素含量80-210mg/g,木质素的含量280-490mg/g,并含有蛋白质和可溶性玉米粉,完全能满足食用菌生长对碳源的需要。
上述栽培料的制备方法是:将棉花秸秆、桑树枝用粉碎机碎成碎屑,用石灰水上清液预湿一天,然后将麸皮、饼粉、石灰粉、石膏粉、过磷酸钙与预湿的棉花秸秆碎屑、桑树枝碎屑混合拌匀,灭菌后接种。
本发明的优点是:
这种栽培料,以农作物的废弃物为碳源,栽培出的榆黄蘑与用杂木屑和棉籽壳为碳源栽培出的榆黄蘑产量、质量不相上下,但大大的降低了生产成本。

实施例:
一种以棉花秸秆桑树枝为主碳源的榆黄蘑栽培料的制作:
称取棉花秸秆43公斤,桑树枝42公斤,麸皮10公斤,饼粉5公斤,石灰粉1公斤,石膏粉1公斤,过磷酸钙1公斤,制作时,将棉花秸秆、桑树枝用粉碎机碎成碎屑,用浓度为0.5%石灰水上清液预湿一天,之后与麸皮、饼粉、石灰粉、石膏粉、过磷酸钙混合拌匀,灭菌、接种。

棉花秸秆碎屑40-45
桑树枝碎屑40-45
麸皮8-12
饼粉3-7
石灰粉0.8-1.2
石膏粉0.8-1.2
过磷酸钙0.8-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的栽培料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份配比是:棉花秸秆碎屑43,桑树枝碎屑42,麸皮10,饼粉5,石灰粉1,石膏粉1,过磷酸钙1。
