背景技术
食用菌是农业产业的重要部分,开发栽培食用菌的原料能将很多农作物废弃物利用起来,变废为宝,对于提高人们生活水平和环境保护都有重要意义。
传统栽培食用菌的培养料,碳源多用杂木屑,棉籽壳等,这些物质生产量有限,制约了食用菌生产的发展。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种碳源为葛根渣棉花秸秆的黄伞培养料,这种培养料以农作物的废弃物为碳源栽培出的黄伞与用杂木屑和棉籽壳为碳源栽培出黄伞产量、质量不相上下,但大大的降低了生产成本。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种碳源为葛根渣棉花秸秆的黄伞培养料,它由下述重量份配比的原料制成:
棉花秸秆碎屑38-42
葛根废渣38-42
麸皮18-22
葡萄糖0.8-1.2
碳酸钙0.8-1.2。
进一步,各原料的重量份配比是:棉花秸秆碎屑39,葛根废渣39,麸皮20,葡萄糖1,碳酸钙1。
所述棉花秸秆是收获棉花后的干植株,棉花秸秆与棉籽壳的化学组成基本相似含有丰富的纤维素,木质素等有机物,所述的葛根废渣是从植物葛根加工后废弃的葛根渣,葛根废渣中除黄酮类物质外其他诸如粗纤维、粗蛋白等成分极为丰富,这些成分又是食用菌生长所需的主要营养物质,是栽培食用菌很好的碳源材料
上述栽培料的制备方法是:将棉花秸秆用粉碎机碎成碎屑,与葛根废渣一起用石灰水上清液预湿一天,然后将麸皮、葡萄糖、碳酸钙与预湿棉花秸秆碎屑、葛根废渣混合拌匀,灭菌后接种。
本发明的优点是:
这种栽培料,以农作物的废弃物为碳源,栽培出的黄伞与用杂木屑和棉籽壳为碳源栽培出的黄伞产量、质量不相上下,但大大的降低了生产成本。

实施例:
一种碳源为葛根渣棉花秸秆的黄伞培养料的制作:
称取棉花秸秆39公斤,葛根废渣39公斤,麸皮20公斤,葡萄糖1公斤,碳酸钙1公斤,制作时,将棉花秸秆用粉碎机碎成碎屑,与葛根废渣一起用浓度为0.5%石灰水上清液预湿一天,之后与麸皮、葡萄糖、碳酸钙混合拌匀,灭菌、接种。

棉花秸秆碎屑38-42
葛根废渣38-42
麸皮18-22
葡萄糖0.8-1.2
碳酸钙0.8-1.2。
