技术领域
本发明涉及食用菌的培养料,具体是一种玉米芯葛根渣配制成的香菇高产栽培料。
背景技术
食用菌栽培料中的碳源,主要提供食用菌生长所需要的木质素,纤维素,半纤维素,淀粉,糖等,它们不仅能形成食用菌的细胞结构,而且还提供食用菌生长所需的能量,目前香菇培养料中的碳源多为棉籽壳、杂木屑,而棉籽壳、杂木屑来源少、价格高。尚未见有以玉米芯、葛根渣作主碳源的栽培香菇的培养料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玉米芯葛根渣配制成的香菇高产栽培料。这种栽培料能够使原料本地化,不仅能降低生产成本、增加经济效益、而且减少焚烧秸秆对环境的污染。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种玉米芯葛根渣配制成的香菇高产栽培料,由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
玉米棒芯43-46,
葛根废渣43-46
麸皮8-12,
石膏粉0.8-1.2,
蔗糖0.8-1.1。
进一步,各原料的重量份配比是:玉米棒芯45,葛根废渣45,麸皮10,石膏粉1.1,蔗糖1.1。
所述的玉米棒芯是玉米棒去粒后剩余的部分,玉米棒芯中含木质素10%,纤维素的含量比杂木屑少些,与棉籽壳差不多,半纤维素的含量比杂木屑和棉籽壳高出一倍多;所述的葛根废渣是从植物葛根加工后废弃的葛根渣,葛根废渣中除黄酮类物质外其他诸如粗纤维、粗蛋白等成分极为丰富,两者配合营养结构合理是很好的栽培食用菌的碳源材料。
本发明培养料的制备方法如下:
(1)选择干燥无霉变的玉米棒芯用粉碎机打成碎屑;
(2)按配方重量比称料,其中将玉米棒芯碎屑、葛根废渣用0.5%的石灰水清液预湿1-2天;
(3)将预湿的玉米芯碎屑、葛根废渣与麸皮、石膏粉、蔗糖混合拌匀,使含水量达到60-63%;
(4)装袋灭菌。
研究表明,本发明培养料与用杂木屑、棉籽壳作碳源栽培香菇产量基本相同。
本发明的优点:
我国南方、北方玉米和葛根栽培面积都较大,可以使栽培香菇碳源原料本地化,另外,能降低生产成本增加经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明内容作进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
称玉米棒芯450公斤,葛根废渣450公斤,麸皮100公斤,石膏粉11公斤,蔗糖11公斤,将玉米棒芯用粉碎机破成碎屑,与葛根废渣一起用浓度0.5%石灰水清液泼洒,预湿一天;之后将麸皮、石膏粉、蔗糖与预湿的玉米棒芯碎屑、葛根废渣拌匀,使含水量达到60%-63%;然后装袋灭菌即成。

1.一种玉米芯葛根渣配制成的香菇高产栽培料,其特征在于:由下述按重量份配比的原料制成:
玉米棒芯43-46,
葛根废渣43-46
麸皮8-12,
石膏粉0.8-1.2,
蔗糖0.8-1.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份配比是:玉米棒芯45,葛根废渣45,麸皮10,石膏粉1.1,蔗糖1.1。
