Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a camera fixing device 100 is provided. The camera fixing device 100 includes a camera lens 20 for taking an image. The camera fixing device 100 is used for being fixed on an electronic device 200 including a display screen 80, so that when the electronic device 200 is rotated from a first placement state to a second placement state in a plane where the display screen 80 is located, the camera lens 20 is positioned above the display screen 80 in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
The electronic device 200 further comprises a frame 82 surrounding the display screen 80. The outer frame 82 includes a first edge 84, and a second edge 86 and a third edge 88 connected to both sides of the first edge 84. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the camera fixing device 100 further includes a camera housing 22 for fixing the camera lens 20, a rotating member 30 and a fixing member 50. The rotating member 30 has a first positioning groove 36, a second positioning groove 38 and a third positioning groove 40. The rotating member 30 includes a first track 42 connecting the first positioning slot 36 and the second positioning slot 38 and a second track 44 connecting the first positioning slot 36 and the third positioning slot 40. The first rail 42 and the second rail 44 are arc surfaces. The first edge 84 is longer than the second and third edges 86, 88, and the arc projects toward one end of the camera lens 20.
An accommodating groove (not shown) is formed at one end of the fixing member 50. The fixing member 50 further forms a receiving space 56 communicating with the receiving groove. The fixing member 50 includes a front cover 58 and a rear cover (not shown). The front cover 58 and the rear cover are buckled to form the accommodating space 56. The front cover 58 and the rear cover have a first notch 57 and a second notch formed at the same end. When the front cover 58 and the rear cover are fastened, the first notch 57 and the second notch form the receiving groove. The camera housing 22 is accommodated in the accommodating space 56 and can slide up and down along the accommodating groove.
A roller 70 is secured to the end of the camera housing 22 remote from the camera lens 20. The camera housing 22 includes a first shell 24 and a second shell 26 secured to each other. One end of each of the first shell 24 and the second shell 26, which is away from the camera lens 20, extends to form a protruding piece 25, and a through hole 27 is formed on each protruding piece 25. The rolling member 70 includes a roller 72 and a fixing shaft 74 passing through the roller 72. When the first edge 84 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the rolling member 70 is engaged in the first positioning groove 36 and the camera lens 20 is disposed above the first edge 84 of the electronic device 200. In the process of rotating the electronic device 200 from the first edge 84 parallel to the horizontal plane in the first direction in the plane of the display screen 80, the rolling member 70 rolls along the first rail 42 and slides the camera housing 22 along the accommodating groove in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the electronic device 200 is rotated to a position where the second edge 86 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the rolling member 70 is locked in the second positioning groove 38 and the camera lens 20 is placed above the second edge 86 of the electronic device 200. In the process of rotating the display screen 80 in the plane in the second direction opposite to the first direction from the placement state where the first edge 84 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the rolling member 70 rolls along the second rail 44 and slides the camera housing 22 along the accommodating groove in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane. When the electronic device 200 rotates until the third edge 88 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the rolling member 70 is locked in the third positioning groove 40 and the camera lens 20 is placed above the third edge 88 of the electronic device 200.
The second edge 86 and the third edge 88 are perpendicularly connected to the first edge 84. The second positioning groove 38 and the third positioning groove 40 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the first positioning groove 36, and centers of the first positioning groove 36, the second positioning groove 38 and the third positioning groove 40 are connected to form an isosceles triangle. When the electronic device 200 is rotated by 90 degrees in the first direction from the state where the first edge 84 is placed parallel to the horizontal plane, the imaging lens 20 is placed above the first edge 84 of the electronic device 200 to above the second edge 86. When the electronic device 200 is rotated by 90 degrees in the second direction from the state where the first edge 84 is placed parallel to the horizontal plane, the imaging lens 20 is placed above the first edge 84 of the electronic device 200 to above the third edge 88.
The camera head fixture 100 further includes two tension springs 62. One ends of the two tension springs 62 are fixed to opposite sides of the camera housing 22, and the other ends are fixed to the fixing member 50. Thus, when the user rotates the electronic device 200, the camera housing 22 slides along the accommodating groove, and the two tension springs 62 provide a resistance to prevent the camera housing 22 from sliding, thereby increasing the hand feeling of the user when rotating the electronic device 200. Two tension springs 62 are symmetrically fixed to both sides of the camera housing 22. In this way, the sliding direction of the camera housing 22 when sliding along the accommodating groove will remain unchanged. The tension spring 62 is a tension spring 62.
The front cover 58 is formed with a plurality of first protrusions 64 having a slant surface at an edge of the shaft hole 52 at a side away from the electronic device 200. The camera fixing device 100 further includes a plate spring 76. The leaf spring 76 includes a plurality of second projections 78 having a slope that cooperates with the first projections 64. The plurality of fixing pins are respectively received in the plurality of mounting holes to fix the molded wire spring 75 to the rotor 30. The shaped wire spring 75 further forms a first limiting groove 71 and a second limiting groove 79 symmetrically located at both sides of the rotation shaft 32. A positioning pin 77 located right below the shaft hole 52 is fixed to a surface of the front cover 58 opposite to the rear cover. When the rolling member 70 is engaged in the second positioning groove 38, the positioning pin 77 is engaged in the first limiting groove 71 to prevent the rotating member 30 from further rotating. When the rolling member 70 is locked in the third positioning groove 40, the positioning pin 77 is clamped in the second limiting groove 79 to prevent the rotating member 30 from further rotating.
When the electronic device 200 is rotated from the state where the first edge 84 is parallel to the horizontal plane to the state where the second edge 86 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the camera lens 20 is positioned above the display screen 80 in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, so that the camera lens 20 can conveniently capture images when the electronic device 200 is in two different states.
