Abstract
The invention discloses a house renting and selling three-party communication system based on geographic positions, which comprises a client and a background server, wherein the client is connected with the background server; wherein: the method comprises the following steps: a client: for obtaining and presenting information; a background server: the system is used for processing the information acquired by the client and feeding back the result to the client; the client side sends the information to the background server after acquiring the information, the background server processes the information according to the acquired information type and stores and sends a processing result to the client side, and the client side displays the processing result; the invention has the advantages that the house resources can be shared in real time, so that the time for releasing and searching the house resources is saved, the authenticity of the house resource information is ensured, and the like.

A storage unit configured to store the acquired first data and second data; establishing a first data storage ID and a second data storage ID;
a first receiving unit for receiving the first data in the storage unit;
the first selection unit is used for selecting the first data, wherein if the selection result is yes, the first data are stored in the second data storage ID, and if the selection result is no, the result is fed back to the first data storage ID for recording and saving;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving demand data, wherein the demand data comprises the longitude and latitude of a house, the house type, the building and the property type, the old and new degree and the price;

the client acquires mobile phone number information and sends the mobile phone number information to the background server, and the background server generates a verification code corresponding to the mobile phone number information and stores the verification code in a storage unit of the background server, and then returns the verification code to a user of the mobile phone number; the client acquires a verification code sent by a user, and sends the verification code to the background server, after the background server verifies, if the verification code is correct, a user registration success message is returned to the client, otherwise, a user registration failure message is returned;
the client acquires data information and sends the data information to the background server, the background server receives the data information and stores the data information in the storage unit, the background server receives a verification result aiming at the data information, if the data information is true, an intermediary registration success message is returned to the client, otherwise, a registration failure message is returned;
the data information comprises a name of an agent agency, a name of a store, a picture of a business license of the store, a mobile phone number, longitude and latitude of the store, a service range, names of employees in the store, the mobile phone number and a head portrait;
the user client acquires the house longitude and latitude information of the registered user, and then sends the house longitude and latitude information to the background server, and after the background server receives the longitude and latitude information, the background server screens out the store name and the practitioner information of the intermediary registered user covering the longitude and latitude point at the house position or kilometer or the service range from the storage unit and sends the store name and the practitioner information back to the user client; the user client acquires information of agent agency stores and employees of the selected house from the user again, and sends back the information of the house pictures, floors, house types, construction times, building areas, prices and property rights to the background server; the background server receives the information to generate a house ID and stores the house ID in a storage unit; the background server sends the house ID and the house information to an intermediary client which is successfully registered and displays the house information, the intermediary client acquires the house information which is selected to be received or refused by an intermediary user from the intermediary and returns the result to the background server, and the background server receives the result, updates the house information under the house ID and sends the house information to the user client.
