Abstract

本发明公开一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,包括最里层的骨架和六组对绞线缆组;所述的骨架包括中间的骨架杆和安装在骨架杆上的三个骨架板;所述的骨架板安装在骨架杆的侧壁上呈发散状设置,而相邻骨架板之间的夹角均为120°;且相邻骨架板之间还设置有竖向截面为三角形的橡胶块。本发明的内部骨架通过骨架杆和三个骨架板构成,在骨架板之间设置橡胶块,这样整体就构成一个正三角形的骨架结构;而十二芯结构的对绞线缆,每两个对绞线缆组为一对,正好可排列放置到三块橡胶块的边缘处,两组对绞线缆的导体与橡胶块边缘直线平行,使得外部的成缆层可以很好将十二芯对绞线缆包裹成缆,结构合理紧凑,增加电缆的整体使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及线缆,具体涉及一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆。
背景技术
对绞线缆通常是将导体经由绝缘包裹后对绞设置,现在多数对绞线缆为了方便内部线缆组的排布放置,通常在内部设置骨架,其中设置最多的骨架是十字骨架,十字骨架将其内部空间分为四个象限,可以有效的安装排布对绞线缆,但对于十二芯的对绞线缆并不适合十字骨架;而且现有的十字骨架与线缆组均是刚性接触,收到挤压,碾压或者重压时很容易导致线缆变形,线缆弯折,抗压能力和抗弯折能力较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,其技术方案如下:
一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,包括最里层的骨架和六组对绞线缆组;所述的骨架包括中间的骨架杆和安装在骨架杆上的三个骨架板;所述的骨架板安装在骨架杆的侧壁上呈发散状设置,而相邻骨架板之间的夹角均为120°;且相邻骨架板之间还设置有竖向截面为三角形的橡胶块,所述的橡胶块与骨架板2的竖向截面构成一正三角形;所述的对绞线缆组包括最里层的两个导体,两导体外部均包覆有绝缘层,绝缘层外部包覆有绕包层,六组对绞线缆中每两组为一对设置在橡胶条的外侧,且该两组对绞线缆中的四个导体可连成一条直线,该直线与橡胶块的外边直线相平行;所述的六组对绞线缆通过外部设置的成缆层绕包成缆,所述成缆层外包覆有屏蔽层,该屏蔽层外包覆有铠装层,该铠装层外包覆有护套。
作为优选,所述的三个骨架板的顶部还设置有圆形的橡胶条,所述的橡胶条与成缆层的内侧面相挤压;而橡胶条的两侧又与相邻的对绞线缆组相切。
作为优选,所述的六组对绞线缆组中每一对对绞线缆组的相切点的外侧均设置有一条钢丝加强筋,所述的钢丝加强筋通过成缆层绕包。
作为优选,为了使橡胶块的安装更加的方便,所述的橡胶块通过胶水黏贴到骨架板上。
作为优选,所述的屏蔽层设置为铜丝编织屏蔽层。
作为优选,所述的护套为聚乙烯防火护套。
有益效果:本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的内部骨架通过骨架杆和三个骨架板构成,在骨架板之间设置橡胶块,这样整体就构成一个正三角形的骨架结构;而十二芯结构的对绞线缆,每两个对绞线缆组为一对,正好可排列放置到三块橡胶块的边缘处,两组对绞线缆的导体与橡胶块边缘直线平行,使得外部的成缆层可以很好将十二芯对绞线缆包裹成缆,结构合理紧凑,增加电缆的整体使用寿命;
(2)本发明的橡胶块具备一定的挤压缓冲能力,外部压力挤压对绞线缆组或者线缆的弯曲的时候,对绞线缆可相应的陷入到橡胶块中,同样的挤压位置在橡胶条的时候,橡胶条做适当的变形,抵消一部分压力,而且本发明还设置了钢丝加强筋可以配合骨架增加线缆的抗拉伸能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,包括最里层的骨架和六组对绞线缆组;所述的骨架包括中间的骨架杆1和安装在骨架杆1上的三个骨架板2;所述的骨架板2安装在骨架杆1的侧壁上呈发散状设置,而相邻骨架板2之间的夹角均为120°;且相邻骨架板2之间还设置有竖向截面为三角形的橡胶块3,所述的橡胶块3与骨架板2的竖向截面构成一正三角形;所述的对绞线缆组包括最里层的两个导体4,两导体4外部均包覆有绝缘层5,绝缘层5外部包覆有绕包层6,六组对绞线缆中每两组为一对设置在橡胶条3的外侧,且该两组对绞线缆中的四个导体可连成一条直线,该直线与橡胶块3的外边直线相平行;所述的六组对绞线缆通过外部设置的成缆层7绕包成缆,所述成缆层7外包覆有屏蔽层8,该屏蔽层8外包覆有铠装层9,该铠装层9外包覆有护套10。
所述的三个骨架板2的顶部还设置有圆形的橡胶条11,所述的橡胶条11与成缆层7的内侧面相挤压;而橡胶条11的两侧又与相邻的对绞线缆组相切;所述的六组对绞线缆组中每一对对绞线缆组的相切点的外侧均设置有一条钢丝加强筋12,所述的钢丝加强筋12通过成缆层7绕包;所述的橡胶块3通过胶水黏贴到骨架板2上;所述的屏蔽层8设置为铜丝编织屏蔽层;所述的护套10为聚乙烯防火护套。
本发明的内部骨架通过骨架杆和三个骨架板构成,在骨架板之间设置橡胶块,这样整体就构成一个正三角形的骨架结构;而十二芯结构的对绞线缆,每两个对绞线缆组为一对,正好可排列放置到三块橡胶块的边缘处,两组对绞线缆的导体与橡胶块边缘直线平行,使得外部的成缆层可以很好将十二芯对绞线缆包裹成缆,结构合理紧凑,增加电缆的整体使用寿命。
本发明的橡胶块具备一定的挤压缓冲能力,外部压力挤压对绞线缆组或者线缆的弯曲的时候,对绞线缆可相应的陷入到橡胶块中,同样的挤压位置在橡胶条的时候,橡胶条做适当的变形,抵消一部分压力,而且本发明还设置了钢丝加强筋可以配合骨架增加线缆的抗拉伸能力。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,其特征在于:包括最里层的骨架和六组对绞线缆组;所述的骨架包括中间的骨架杆(1)和安装在骨架杆(1)上的三个骨架板(2);所述的骨架板(2)安装在骨架杆(1)的侧壁上呈发散状设置,而相邻骨架板(2)之间的夹角均为120°;且相邻骨架板(2)之间还设置有竖向截面为三角形的橡胶块(3),所述的橡胶块(3)与骨架板(2)的竖向截面构成一正三角形;所述的对绞线缆组包括最里层的两个导体(4),两导体(4)外部均包覆有绝缘层(5),绝缘层(5)外部包覆有绕包层(6),六组对绞线缆中每两组为一对设置在橡胶块(3)的外侧,且该两组对绞线缆中的四个导体可连成一条直线,该直线与橡胶块(3)的外边直线相平行;所述的六组对绞线缆通过外部设置的成缆层(7)绕包成缆,所述成缆层(7)外包覆有屏蔽层(8),该屏蔽层(8)外包覆有铠装层(9),该铠装层(9)外包覆有护套(10);
所述的三个骨架板(2)的顶部还设置有圆形的橡胶条(11),所述的橡胶条(11)与成缆层(7)的内侧面相挤压;而橡胶条(11)的两侧又与相邻的对绞线缆组相切;
所述的六组对绞线缆组中每一对对绞线缆组的相切点的外侧均设置有一条钢丝加强筋(12),所述的钢丝加强筋(12)通过成缆层(7)绕包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,其特征在于:所述的橡胶块(3)通过胶水黏贴到骨架板(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽层(8)设置为铜丝编织屏蔽层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有三角骨架的十二芯对绞线缆,其特征在于:所述的护套(10)为聚乙烯防火护套。
