Claims (3)

1. An identity authentication method based on a face recognition technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100: collecting the existing head portrait photos of the identification personnel to be verified;
s110: identifying the characteristic parts of the acquired existing head portrait photos, and positioning at least three characteristic part positions, wherein the relative positions of two characteristic part positions are in the horizontal direction, and the relative positions of the two characteristic part positions and the other characteristic part position positions are in the vertical direction;
s120: generating an effective image capturing area in the image capturing frame according to the scaling and the existing head portrait image capturing frame, and generating display area frames corresponding to the three characteristic parts at the corresponding positions of the effective image capturing area according to the scaling and the positions of the three characteristic parts positioned in the S110 in the existing head portrait image capturing frame;
s130: the position and the angle of the person to be verified are adjusted in front of the image acquisition device until three characteristic parts in the face of the person to be verified are projected into a display area frame of the corresponding characteristic part in the effective image capturing area, and then the face image is acquired for identity authentication;
the three characteristic parts comprise a left eye part, a right eye part and a nose part;
after S130, comparing the face image acquired by the image acquisition device with the existing head portrait photo, and if the comparison between the acquired face image and the existing head portrait photo meets the authentication requirement, performing living body identification operation; if the obtained face image is not in accordance with the authentication requirement by comparison with the existing head portrait photo, continuing to carry out face image acquisition operation;
the living body identification operation includes the steps of:
s140: according to the S110, positioning information of the eyes and the nose in the collected existing head portrait picture, displaying a positioning line of one eye and a display area frame of the other eye and the nose at the corresponding position in the effective image-taking area;
s150: the position and the angle of an identification person to be verified are adjusted in front of the image acquisition device, the identification person to be verified closes the eyes corresponding to the display positioning line in the image taking frame until a coincident line of an upper eye lip and a lower eye lip in the image taking frame is coincident with the positioning line, and the other eye and the nose are projected into the corresponding display area frame; then, acquiring a face image for identity authentication;
the step S100 of collecting the existing head portrait photo of the person to be identified comprises the steps of calling from a personal information system library or scanning and reading from a portable certificate;
if the existing head portrait photos are taken from the personal information system library and scanned and read from the portable certificate at the same time, the manufacturing time of the existing head portrait photos in the personal information system library and the portable certificate is compared;
taking the existing head portrait photo which is manufactured later as the existing head portrait photo which needs to be acquired in S100.

The identity authentication method based on the face recognition technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the proportion of the position of the display area frame corresponding to each characteristic part in the effective image capturing area is consistent with the proportion of the position of each characteristic part in the existing head portrait image capturing frame.
3. An identity authentication device based on face recognition technology, comprising:
the existing head portrait acquisition module: the system is used for collecting the existing head portrait photo of the identification person to be verified;
the identification and positioning module: the system is used for carrying out feature part identification on the collected existing head portrait photos and positioning at least three feature parts, wherein the relative position of two feature parts is in the horizontal direction, and the relative position of the two feature parts and the other feature part is in the vertical direction;
the picture taking frame control module: the image capturing device is used for generating an effective image capturing area in the image capturing frame according to the scaling and the existing head portrait image capturing frame, and generating a display area frame corresponding to the characteristic part in the S110 at the corresponding position of the effective image capturing area according to the scaling and the position of the three characteristic parts positioned in the S110 in the existing head portrait image capturing frame;
respectively calculating the length-width ratio of the image taking frame and the existing head portrait image taking frame, and generating an effective image taking area in the image taking frame according to the length-width ratio of the existing head portrait image taking frame;
if the length-width ratio of the image taking frame is consistent with the length-width ratio of the existing head portrait image taking frame, the whole image taking frame is an effective image taking area;
if the aspect ratio of the image taking frame is not consistent with the aspect ratio of the existing head portrait image taking frame, the image taking frame is divided into an effective image taking area and a standby area;
the acquisition and authentication module is used for adjusting the position and the angle of the person to be verified in front of the image acquisition device until three characteristic parts in the face of the person to be verified are projected into a display area frame of the corresponding characteristic part in the effective image acquisition area, and then, the face image acquisition is carried out for identity authentication; the three characteristic parts comprise a left eye part, a right eye part and a nose part;
comparing the face image acquired by the image acquisition device with the existing head portrait photo, and if the comparison between the acquired face image and the existing head portrait photo meets the authentication requirement, performing living body identification operation; if the obtained face image is not in accordance with the authentication requirement by comparison with the existing head portrait photo, continuing to carry out face image acquisition operation;
the living body identification operation includes the steps of:
s140: according to the S110, positioning information of the eyes and the nose in the collected existing head portrait picture, displaying a positioning line of one eye and a display area frame of the other eye and the nose at the corresponding position in the effective image-taking area;
s150: the position and the angle of an identification person to be verified are adjusted in front of the image acquisition device, the identification person to be verified closes the eyes corresponding to the display positioning line in the image taking frame until a coincident line of an upper eye lip and a lower eye lip in the image taking frame is coincident with the positioning line, and the other eye and the nose are projected into the corresponding display area frame; and then acquiring a face image for identity authentication.
