本发明的一种高分子聚合液晶显示屏,包括中央处理器、数据检测模块、无线网络模块、数据显示终端,所述数据检测模块包括行车传感器、叉车门架起升传感器、叉齿负重传感器、行车速度传感器、障碍物传感器和驾驶舱监控探头,数据检测模块读取接收到的信息和指令,通过无线网络模块传递给中央处理器进行识别判断,执行相应的操作,所述数据显示终端包括手机端或PC端。本发明提供了一种高分子聚合液晶显示屏解决画面暗淡、模糊、透光度低等问题。

本发明涉及液晶技术领域,特别是一种高分子聚合液晶显示屏及制作方法。
背景技术
现在常用的液晶面板主要自带背光模组,液晶分子旋转角度不够理想,不能作为透明屏显示使用,如果作为透明显示会出现雾面模糊,透光度不够,画面暗淡等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高分子聚合液晶显示屏解决画面暗淡、模糊、透光度低等问题。
本发明的一种高分子聚合液晶显示屏,包括依次的上偏光片、第一液晶玻璃、第二液晶玻璃和下偏光片,所述第一液晶玻璃与第二液晶玻璃结合在一起,所述高分子聚合物是通过下述成份A和成份B用UV光聚合而成,成份A∶成份B重量比为1∶3,所述高分子聚合物占液晶体材料总重量的5%-10%,聚合剂占高分子聚合物的重量比为0.5%-2%,余下为低分子液晶,成份A具有下述化学式结构,份B具有下述化学式结构,(CH2=CHCOOCH2CH2O)3PO;

本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明提高了液晶屏的透光率,对比度高,稳定性好。

1.一种高分子聚合液晶显示屏,其特征在于:包括依次的上偏光片、第一液晶玻璃、第二液晶玻璃和下偏光片,所述第一液晶玻璃与第二液晶玻璃结合在一起,所述液晶玻璃上设置有逻辑板,所述液晶玻璃由高分子聚合物制成,所述高分子聚合物是通过下述成份A和成份B用UV光聚合而成,成份A∶成份B重量比为1∶3,所述高分子聚合物占液晶体材料总重量的5%-10%,聚合剂占高分子聚合物的重量比为0.5%-2%,余下为低分子液晶,成份A具有下述化学式结构,份B具有下述化学式结构,(CH2=CHCOOCH2CH2O)3PO;

2.如权利要求1所述的高分子聚合液晶显示屏的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取普通液晶显示屏,通电,测量普通液晶屏的电压和电流,得到普通液晶屏的工作电阻;
(2)不断调节普通液晶屏的电压,并测量普通液晶屏的透光率,当透光率达到最高时记录电压值,并根据记录下的电压值选择合适的电阻,更换合适的电阻在液晶逻辑板上;
(3)测量普通液晶屏的原上偏光片和原下偏光片的角度,撕掉原上偏光片和原下偏光片,选择合适角度的高透光偏光片,贴合于原有偏光片的位置,得到高透光液晶屏。
