Because the gap is arranged between the shell 1 and the core tube 2, when hot water flows through the core tube 2, heat is difficult to transfer to the shell, so that the shell can be prevented from being heated by the hot water, and a user is prevented from being scalded by the shell.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer diameter of the core tube 2 is smaller than the inner diameter of the shell 1, a plurality of annular protrusions 23 are arranged on the outer wall of the core tube along the length direction, and the outer diameter of the annular protrusions is adapted to the inner diameter of the shell. The core tube is supported in the shell through the annular bulge to form a heat-insulating gap.
Further, the pipe diameter of a section of pipe body 24 positioned between the hot water inlet and the upper water outlet/lower water outlet on the core pipe is smaller than that of other parts. Since hot water mainly flows through the pipe body 24 of the section, reducing the pipe diameter of the section can increase the gap between the pipe body and the shell, and the heat insulation effect is improved.
In order to realize the rapid and accurate alignment of the water inlet and the water outlet on the core tube and the corresponding connectors on the shell, a positioning protrusion (not shown in the figure) extending along the length direction is arranged on the inner wall of the shell 1, and a corresponding positioning clamping groove 231 is formed on the annular protrusion 23 of the core tube 2. When the positioning clamp groove is aligned with the positioning protrusion during assembly, the core pipe is inserted into the shell, and the core pipe cannot rotate in the shell, so that quick and accurate alignment is realized.
In the embodiment, the core tube 2 is made of high temperature resistant nylon (namely PPA plastic commonly known as PPA plastic); the housing 1 is made of copper alloy. The high-temperature resistant nylon has high-temperature resistant performance, can not be easily deformed due to the high temperature of hot water, has low heat conductivity, can reduce the heat transferred out, and the copper alloy has larger density and specific heat capacity, so that the heat required by heating is larger, the heating is not easy, and the anti-scalding effect is greatly improved by the paired use of the two materials.

After the core tube 2 is inserted into the shell 1, the connector 6 is screwed in, the axial position of the core tube is limited, and the assembly is simple and quick.
Preferably, as seen in fig. 1, wear rings 7 are provided between the flow spool 3 and the flow hand wheel 31, and between the gear spool 4 and the gear hand wheel 41, to increase service life.
