Abstract
提供一种具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,包括阀体和阀芯,阀体内部设有阀芯通道,阀芯和阀芯通道均为圆柱状结构,阀芯安装于阀芯通道内部且通过上下运动实现阀门开启和关闭,阀芯一侧设有其下移到阀芯通道下限时形成刚性密封副的密封结构,阀芯另一侧设有多组与阀芯通道圆柱形内表面滚动触接并对密封结构提供密封力的弹性组件,每组弹性组件包括磁弹簧和滚珠,阀芯上对应一侧设有安装盲孔,磁弹簧设于安装盲孔内,磁弹簧外端连接有滚珠。本发明能够为阀芯的密封结构提供了低压时密封所需的足够的密封力,提高阀门关闭时的密封性能,并能降低阀芯在阀芯通道内运动的摩擦力,减小磨损,延长阀门使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构。
背景技术
核电、石化行业,国家标准对于强腐蚀性、强放射性及剧毒性介质在存储及管道输送过程中的内、外泄漏率水平要求非常严格。但在现实工作中,由于阀门密封问题,特别是在高温高压条件下,受密封材料、密封结构、放射性、密封作用力以及制造工艺等条件限制,阀门的密封性能很难达到国家要求,特别是在阀门关闭状态下,密封力的不足直接引起阀门密封泄漏率高的问题。因此有必要提出改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,本发明能够为阀芯的密封结构提供了低压时密封所需的足够的密封力,提高阀门关闭时的密封性能,并能降低阀芯在阀芯通道内运动的摩擦力,减小磨损,延长阀门使用寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案:具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,包括阀体和阀芯,所述阀体内部设有阀芯通道,所述阀芯和阀芯通道均为圆柱状结构,所述阀芯适配安装于阀芯通道内部且通过上下运动实现对阀门的开启和关闭,所述阀芯一侧设有当其下移到阀芯通道下限关闭阀门时能形成刚性密封副的密封结构,所述阀芯另一侧设有多组与阀芯通道圆柱形内表面滚动触接并对密封结构提供密封力的弹性组件,所述每组弹性组件包括磁弹簧和滚珠,所述阀芯上对应一侧设有安装盲孔,所述磁弹簧设于安装盲孔内,所述磁弹簧外端连接有与阀体中的阀芯通道内圆柱表面滚动触接的滚珠。
其中,所述磁弹簧是由相邻面极性相同的两块永磁体构成。
进一步地,所述构成磁弹簧的两块永磁体采用钐钴永磁材料制成。
进一步地,所述弹性组件安装组数根据闸阀内介质性质和工作压力确定且不少于4组。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点:
1、本方案在阀芯一侧设有多组弹性组件,弹性组件中的磁弹簧由相邻面极性相同的两块永磁体构成,当阀芯运动到阀芯通道关闭阀门的位置时,磁弹簧相斥力的作用能够为阀芯另一侧的为密封结构提供了低压时密封所需的足够的密封力,提高阀门关闭时的密封性能;
2、本方案在磁弹簧外端设有滚珠,滚珠与阀芯通道内圆柱表面滚动触接,从而能够降低了阀芯在阀芯通道内运动的摩擦力,减小磨损,延长阀门使用寿命。

下面结合附图1描述本发明的实施例。
具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,如图1所示,包括阀体1和阀芯2,所述阀体1内部设有阀芯通道101,所述阀芯2和阀芯通道101均为圆柱状结构,所述阀芯2适配安装于阀芯通道101内部且通过上下运动实现对阀门的开启和关闭,所述阀芯2一侧设有当其下移到阀芯通道101下限关闭阀门时能形成刚性密封副的密封结构3,所述阀芯2另一侧设有多组与阀芯通道101圆柱形内表面滚动触接并对密封结构3提供密封力的弹性组件4,所述弹性组件4安装组数根据闸阀内介质性质和工作压力确定且不少于4组。
具体的,如图1所示,所述每组弹性组件4包括磁弹簧5和滚珠6,所述阀芯2上对应一侧设有安装盲孔201,所述磁弹簧5设于安装盲孔201内,所述磁弹簧5外端连接有与阀体1中的阀芯通道101内圆柱表面滚动触接的滚珠6。所述磁弹簧5是由相邻面极性相同的两块永磁体构成,优选的,所述构成磁弹簧5的两块永磁体采用钐钴永磁材料制成。本发明将磁弹簧5由相邻面极性相同的两块永磁体构成,当阀芯2运动到阀芯通道101关闭阀门的位置时,磁弹簧5相斥力的作用能够为阀芯2另一侧的为密封结构3提供了低压时密封所需的足够的密封力,提高阀门关闭时的密封性能;同时,在磁弹簧5外端设滚珠6,滚珠6与阀芯通道101内表面滚动触接,从而能够降低了阀芯2在阀芯通道101内运动的摩擦力,减小磨损,延长阀门使用寿命。

1.具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,包括阀体(1)和阀芯(2),所述阀体(1)内部设有阀芯通道(101),所述阀芯(2)和阀芯通道(101)均为圆柱状结构,所述阀芯(2)适配安装于阀芯通道(101)内部且通过上下运动实现对阀门的开启和关闭,所述阀芯(2)一侧设有当其下移到阀芯通道(101)下限关闭阀门时形成刚性密封副的密封结构(3),其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)另一侧设有多组与阀芯通道(101)圆柱形内表面滚动触接并对密封结构(3)提供密封力的弹性组件(4),所述每组弹性组件(4)包括磁弹簧(5)和滚珠(6),所述阀芯(2)上对应一侧设有安装盲孔(201),所述磁弹簧(5)设于安装盲孔(201)内,所述磁弹簧(5)外端连接有与阀体(1)中的阀芯通道(101)内圆柱表面滚动触接的滚珠(6);
所述磁弹簧(5)是由相邻面极性相同的两块永磁体构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,其特征在于:所述构成磁弹簧(5)的两块永磁体采用钐钴永磁材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有减小磨损和提供密封力的阀门弹性触接结构,其特征在于:所述弹性组件(4)安装组数根据闸阀内介质性质和工作压力确定且不少于4组。
