Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑,其优势是:克服了标准集装箱房屋安装光伏系统安全性较差,野外施工、维修难度大、发电功率小和不美观等不足。本发明采用的技术方案是:设计优化力学性能和结构方式的模块化钢结构光伏框架,集成光伏储能、模块化移动建筑及集装箱房屋优势技术,将钢结构光伏框架与工厂标准化集装箱房屋和技术成熟的光伏储能系统快速便捷地组装成一个可移动、独立供电的光伏一体化建筑。本发明可满足其完全独立供电的野外需求和居住者日常生活的用电需求,其结构简单,组装快速便捷,易实现,具备了良好的应用前景和市场前景。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种一体化的光伏建筑,特别是一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑,其特征是将模块化的钢结构光伏框架与工厂标准化的集装箱房屋和光伏储能系统组装成一个可移动的、独立供电的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑。
背景技术:
为货物运输而设计的集装箱,在抵抗水灾、飓风、虫害以及霉烂、腐化、等方面大大优于传统建筑,其模块化、工厂化预制生产+现场安装的模式,缩短了建造周期。目前,集装箱房屋凭借其模块化预制建筑的优势和良好的土地适应性,在野外作业、自驾车露营地等行业已广泛应用。然而,在电网未覆盖的野外作业区域和人迹罕至,风光秀美的自驾车露营地,集装箱房屋一般都是依靠柴油发电机提供电力,既是有光伏储能供电功能,也难以满足用户的正常生活用电需求,这是由于标准集装箱房屋屋顶面积所限,所安装的光伏板数量较少,发电功率小,故不能满足居住人日常生活的用电所需。若是在集装箱屋顶采用光伏导轨支架安装光伏板阵列,不仅不美观,且在野外时有发生的强风暴雨下,光伏系统容易出现故障,甚至发生事故,安全性得不到保障。又如,实用新型专利授权公告号:CN201220024159.3公开了《集装箱移动式光伏储能充电站》,虽有供电功能,但是,这种集装箱移动式光伏储能充电站也存在不足之处:1、光伏板阵列无安装角度,造成光伏板发电效率损失;2、光伏板转动连接和支撑杆机械部分在野外容易出故障,且安装、维修难度大;3、光伏板安装在集装箱屋顶整体外观不美观;4、集装箱自身隔音、隔热效果比较差;
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑,其特征是将模块化的钢结构光伏框架与工厂标准化的集装箱房屋和光伏储能系统组装成一个可移动的、独立供电的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑。其优势是:克服了标准集装箱房屋安装光伏组件的安全性较差,施工、维修难度大、发电功率小和外观不美等不足,本发明采用的技术方案是:根据地区日照系数、电器负载等基础数据,采用全球最先进的户用离网储能系统和专项订制防雨防漏、隔热的导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板,集成了光伏储能、模块化移动建筑及集装箱房屋的优势技术,根据实际需要,优化力学性能和框架结构方式,设计出美观实用、标准化、模块化的光伏应用产品。本发明可满足集装箱房屋完全独立供电的野外需求和客户日常生活的用电需求。其产品结构简单,使用灵活,易实现,具备了良好的应用前景和市场前景。
本发明有益效果是:
目前在发达国家,城市对光伏电站的投入建设项目上,更加注重采用光伏建筑一体化,其不仅更加节约资源,节省空间,而且能够满足建筑美学的要求,使光伏真正的与建筑融为一体。本发明正是基于光伏建筑一体化的考虑,设计出一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑,其有益效果是:一是解决了因集装箱房屋屋顶面积小,安装光伏板数量少和安装角度为平面而造成的发电功率小且不能满足集装箱房屋用电负荷的问题;二是能够满足集装箱房屋安装光伏系统的安全性能要求,避免了以导轨支架安装的光伏板所不能承受的狂风暴雨的破坏及光伏板导线、接头长期裸露被风吹雨淋、爆嗮所产生的故障,其导水槽型 (BIPV)光伏板安装于最佳角度,不仅防雨隔热效果好,而且提高了发电功率;三是能够满足长途运输和快速便捷组装的施工要求,提高了施工效率,节约了工程成本和人工成本;四是能够满足建筑美学的要求,将集装箱这一大铁壳装入框架内,将接线盒、连接线等隐藏在框架结构中,进行保温和外观装饰,四周及顶部形成空间,既可防阳光直射和雨水侵蚀,少组件的效率损失,还大幅提高了建筑的隔热保温效果和外观效果,达到了与集装箱房屋的完美结合;本发明可满足集装箱房屋完全独立供电的野外需求和客户居住正常生活的用电需求。其产品结构简单,使用灵活易实现,具备了良好的应用前景和市场前

具体实施方式:
实施例1:本发明一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑、是由钢结构光伏框架、集装箱房屋、导水槽型光伏板和集成户用离网系统机箱等组成,如图1所示,将工厂模块化生产的设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑1预制好后,在施工现场组装,将钢结构光伏框架2的底部框架3吊装到位至基础上,再将集装箱房屋6吊装到底部框架3 上固定,并连接固定立柱4与顶部网格框架5固定连接,整体形成钢结构光伏框架2,在有坡度的顶部网格框架5上,由下而上依次铺设导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板7,形成一整体发电、防雨防漏、隔热的光伏阵列屋顶;由导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板7连接电缆至汇流箱8,在集装箱房屋6内安装的集成户用离网系统机箱9,并将其电缆布线后与汇流箱8连接,然后对光伏储能系统进行调试,各项数据稳定正常后,由集成户用离网系统机箱9输出220V的电力给电器负载10,完成光伏储能系统安装;最终进行外观装饰,组装完成一个可移动的、设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑1。

Claims (2)

1.本发明是一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑、是由钢结构光伏框架、集装箱房屋、导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板和集成户用离网系统机箱等组成,如图1所示,将工厂模块化生产的设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑1预制好后,在施工现场组装,将钢结构光伏框架2的底部框架3吊装到位至基础上,再将集装箱房屋6吊装到底部框架3上固定,用立柱4与底部框架3和顶部网格框架5固定连接,组装成钢结构光伏框架2;在有坡度的顶部网格框架5上,由下而上依次铺设导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板7,形成一整体防雨隔热的光伏阵列屋顶;由导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板7连接电缆至汇流箱8,在集装箱房屋6内安装的集成户用离网系统机箱9,并将其电缆布线后与汇流箱8连接,然后对光伏储能系统进行调试,各项数据稳定正常后,由集成户用离网系统机箱9输出220V的电力给电器负载10,完成光伏储能系统安装;最终进行保温和外观装饰,组装完成一个可移动的、设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有独立供电功能的集装箱光伏一体化框架建筑,其特征在于:在所述模块化的钢结构光伏框架2结构是由立柱4连接底部框架3和顶部网格框架5组装成为一整体,并在有坡度的顶部网格框架5上,由下而上依次安装导水槽型(BIPV)光伏板,铺设成钢结构光伏框架2防雨隔热的光伏阵列屋顶。
