本发明涉及一种混纺面料的染色和干燥工艺,这种混纺面料的染色和干燥工艺生产出来的混纺面料可以使面料同时染色,缩短了染色工艺的时间,降低了染色成本;同时干燥性测试短时间内可以完成,测试结果快速及时,有利于企业对吸水性面料生产和技术把关,测试方法简单实用,不需要配置专门的检测设备,测试成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混纺面料的工艺,尤其涉及一种混纺面料的染色和干燥工艺,属于服装面料技术领域。
背景技术
不同材料的混纺织物需要使各组分获得基本相同的颜色,减小色差,才能得到高质量的产品。目前对混纺面料的染色,通常采用的方法是对面料分别染色,染成相同染色的色纱后,经混纺获得同色性较好的混纺面料;或者是将混纺坯布多次套染来获得同色性好的混纺面料。然而不论采用哪种方法,其过程都很复杂,生产成本较高。
同时,由于毛织物具有拒水性,水份无法进行面料内部,吸水的多少将直接影响测试结果的正确性,所以以往的毛织物都不对其干燥性能进行测试,也就不能保证毛织物的排湿性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种可以缩短染色时间,降低染色成本的混纺面料的染色和干燥工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种混纺面料的染色和干燥工艺,这种工艺的具体步骤如下:
1)将混纺后的面料进行还原漂白处理,还原漂白的漂白剂为保险粉0.5~5g/L,稳定剂为焦磷酸钠0.5~1.5g/L,漂白温度为85~95℃,漂白时间为0.5~1h;
2)用乙烯砜型活性染料对经过还原漂白处理的混纺面料进行染色,首先向染浴中加入平平加O(烷基聚氧乙烯醚)0.3~0.6g/L,乙烯砜型活性染料5~8%,元明粉30~50 g/L,然后以1~1.5℃/min升温至75~85℃,加入纯碱1~8 g/L,染色0.5~1h;
3)经水洗、皂洗,得到同色的混纺面料;
4)对毛织物的干燥性能进行测试:
步骤一:在40cm通幅的毛织物样品上取10cm×20cm的样品两块作为测试试样;
步骤二:将试样放在洗涤仪容器中,加入300ml四氯乙烯作为干洗剂,密封后放到干洗仪中,干洗30min后取出,然后重复洗涤两次。
步骤三:折去干洗后试样布边松散的毛纱,将试样平置于温度20±2℃,湿度65±3%的环境下,平衡12小时后放于天平上称重,称得试样浸前重量;
步骤四:在烧杯中加入试剂500ml(试剂配制方法:499.5ml蒸馏水中加入0.5ml渗透剂FFA),把干洗后的试样置于烧杯中充分吸湿1分钟;
步骤五:将吸湿后的试样沿长度方向一折为二挂于凉衣架,将挂有试样的凉衣架置于温度20±2℃,湿度65±3%的环境条件下,并记录时间,每隔30分钟后测量试样重量,直到试样恢复浸前重量为止;
步骤六:记录试样恢复浸前重量的时间,即为面料自然干燥时间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
这种混纺面料的染色和干燥工艺生产出来的混纺面料可以使面料同时染色,缩短了染色工艺的时间,降低了染色成本;同时干燥性测试短时间内可以完成,测试结果快速及时,有利于企业对吸水性面料生产和技术把关,测试方法简单实用,不需要配置专门的检测设备,测试成本低。
具体实施方式
