Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法,本发明涂料加入的氨基三甲叉膦酸、蓖麻油酸锌、硬脂酸等都具有很好的防腐性能,加入的硅微粉提高了成品涂料的韧性、强度,将硅微粉通过有机化处理后,能够有效的提高了其与环氧树脂的相容性,提高了成品涂料的贮存稳定性。

一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的溶剂型漆中加进了大量的有机溶剂如苯、甲苯、二甲苯等,大多为易燃易爆的有毒物质,长期吸入人体会导致疲劳、丧失记忆以及神经系统疾病,严重者可以致癌。有机挥发物直接排放到大气中,在紫外线的辐射下会产生光化学烟雾、形成酸雨,对大气造成很严重的污染,被认为是大气污染的主要来源之一。随着整个社会对环境保护和劳动保护意识的加强,世界各国相继制定了限制VOC排放的法律法规。研究开发资源利用率高、环保无公害防腐漆(如水性防腐漆、高固体分漆、粉末漆等)以代替传统溶剂型防腐漆、以低毒或无毒的长效防锈颜料(如磷酸盐、铁酸盐、偏硼酸盐、铝酸盐、硅酸盐等)代替红丹、铬酸盐等高毒防锈颜料已成为防腐漆的发展趋势;
同时为了提高水性环氧涂料的表面强度、抗冲击强度等力学性能,往往在其中添加二氧化硅、膨润土等无机填料,这些无机填料与环氧树脂的分散性较差,容易形成团聚,造成成品涂料的进行性差,有沉积,同时造成涂膜表面不均匀,有颗粒等现象出现,降低了成品的品质;
申请号201510399966.1,公开了一种新型水性环氧防腐涂料:该涂料由以下重量份的组分组成,环氧树脂30-32份、丁醇32-34份、过氧化苯甲酰0.8-1.0份、α-甲基丙烯酸4-6份、丙烯酸丁酯1.3-1.5份、苯乙烯1.4份、蒸馏水72-78份、氨水2-6份、去离子水30-42份、二氧化钛12-14份、滑石粉3-5份、碳酸钙5-13份、丙二醇4-8份、分散剂0.3-0.5份、消泡剂0.2-0.4份、膨润土2.1-2.3份和硅油0.8-1.2份,其是将二氧化钛、滑石粉、碳酸钙、丙二醇、分散剂、膨润土、硅油、去离子水混合,搅拌均匀后与水性环氧-丙烯酸乳液共混,容易造成无机填料的沉积,影响了涂料的均匀性和稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取3-4重量份的氨基三甲叉膦酸,加入到其重量16-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入1-3重量份的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,在70-76℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,与7.6-9重量份的三羟甲基丙烷混合,搅拌至常温,得烷基防腐溶液;
(2)取1-2重量份的蓖麻油酸锌,加入到其重量6-8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入0.5-1重量份的山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌均匀,得防腐水溶液;
(3)取10-13重量份的硅微粉,与3-4重量份的油酸混合,在70-75℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,与烷基防腐溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入2-4重量份的过氧化苯甲酸,在40-50℃下保温搅拌2-3小时,与上述防腐水溶液混合,搅拌至常温,得防腐酯溶液;
(4)取2-4重量份的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,加入到其重量2-3倍的四氢呋喃中,搅拌均匀,加入防腐酯溶液,升高温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,得氨基化防腐酯溶液;
(5)取110-130重量份的环氧树脂e44,与2-3重量份的硬脂酸混合,加入到混合料重量10-18倍的去离子水中,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,加入2-4重量份的过硫酸铵,在76-80℃下保温搅拌2-3小时,出料,得羧基化环氧溶液;
(6)取氨基化防腐酯溶液、羧基化环氧溶液混合,4000-5000转/份搅拌1-2小时,即得所述金属防腐蚀环氧涂料。
本发明的优点:
本发明将三羟甲基丙烷处理的氨基三甲叉膦酸防腐溶液与油酸化的硅微粉混合,以过氧化苯甲酸为催化剂,蓖麻油酸锌的水溶液为溶剂,得防腐酯溶液,然后用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷处理,得氨基化防腐酯溶液,然后将环氧树脂通过硬脂酸处理后,在过硫酸铵的引发剂作用下进行预聚合,得羧基化环氧溶液;然后将氨基化防腐酯溶液、羧基化环氧溶液混合,得到稳定性的环氧涂料;
本发明涂料加入的氨基三甲叉膦酸、蓖麻油酸锌、硬脂酸等都具有很好的防腐性能,加入的硅微粉提高了成品涂料的韧性、强度,将硅微粉通过有机化处理后,能够有效的提高了其与环氧树脂的相容性,提高了成品涂料的贮存稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取3重量份的氨基三甲叉膦酸,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入1重量份的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,在70℃下保温搅拌2小时,与7.6重量份的三羟甲基丙烷混合,搅拌至常温,得烷基防腐溶液;
(2)取2重量份的蓖麻油酸锌,加入到其重量8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入1重量份的山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌均匀,得防腐水溶液;
(3)取10重量份的硅微粉,与4重量份的油酸混合,在75℃下保温搅拌10分钟,与烷基防腐溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入2重量份的过氧化苯甲酸,在50℃下保温搅拌3小时,与上述防腐水溶液混合,搅拌至常温,得防腐酯溶液;
(4)取2重量份的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,加入到其重量2倍的四氢呋喃中,搅拌均匀,加入防腐酯溶液,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌20分钟,得氨基化防腐酯溶液;
(5)取130重量份的环氧树脂e44,与3重量份的硬脂酸混合,加入到混合料重量18倍的去离子水中,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,加入4重量份的过硫酸铵,在76℃下保温搅拌2小时,出料,得羧基化环氧溶液;
(6)取氨基化防腐酯溶液、羧基化环氧溶液混合,5000转/份搅拌1小时,即得所述金属防腐蚀环氧涂料。
实施例2
(1)取4重量份的氨基三甲叉膦酸,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入3重量份的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,在76℃下保温搅拌2小时,与9重量份的三羟甲基丙烷混合,搅拌至常温,得烷基防腐溶液;
(2)取2重量份的蓖麻油酸锌,加入到其重量8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入1重量份的山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌均匀,得防腐水溶液;
(3)取13重量份的硅微粉,与4重量份的油酸混合,在75℃下保温搅拌20分钟,与烷基防腐溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入4重量份的过氧化苯甲酸,在50℃下保温搅拌3小时,与上述防腐水溶液混合,搅拌至常温,得防腐酯溶液;
(4)取4重量份的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,加入到其重量3倍的四氢呋喃中,搅拌均匀,加入防腐酯溶液,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌20分钟,得氨基化防腐酯溶液;
(5)取130重量份的环氧树脂e44,与3重量份的硬脂酸混合,加入到混合料重量18倍的去离子水中,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,加入4重量份的过硫酸铵,在80℃下保温搅拌3小时,出料,得羧基化环氧溶液;
(6)取氨基化防腐酯溶液、羧基化环氧溶液混合,5000转/份搅拌2小时,即得所述金属防腐蚀环氧涂料。
性能测试:
本发明涂料的粘结强度(N/mm2):8.7-9;
耐变压器油(1000h/105℃):漆膜无损坏;
铅笔硬度:4H;
拉伸强度/PMa:104-110;
传统水性环氧树脂涂料的性能测试:
粘结强度(N/mm2)为7.5、铅笔硬度为3H、拉伸强度/PMa为95;
可以看出,本发明的涂料具有更好的粘结强度,形成涂膜的具有更高的铅笔硬度、伸强度。

Claims (1)

1.一种金属防腐蚀环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取3-4重量份的氨基三甲叉膦酸,加入到其重量16-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入1-3重量份的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,在70-76℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,与7.6-9重量份的三羟甲基丙烷混合,搅拌至常温,得烷基防腐溶液;
(2)取1-2重量份的蓖麻油酸锌,加入到其重量6-8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入0.5-1重量份的山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌均匀,得防腐水溶液;
(3)取10-13重量份的硅微粉,与3-4重量份的油酸混合,在70-75℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,与烷基防腐溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入2-4重量份的过氧化苯甲酸,在40-50℃下保温搅拌2-3小时,与上述防腐水溶液混合,搅拌至常温,得防腐酯溶液;
(4)取2-4重量份的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,加入到其重量2-3倍的四氢呋喃中,搅拌均匀,加入防腐酯溶液,升高温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,得氨基化防腐酯溶液;
(5)取110-130重量份的环氧树脂e44,与2-3重量份的硬脂酸混合,加入到混合料重量10-18倍的去离子水中,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,加入2-4重量份的过硫酸铵,在76-80℃下保温搅拌2-3小时,出料,得羧基化环氧溶液;
(6)取氨基化防腐酯溶液、羧基化环氧溶液混合,4000-5000转/份搅拌1-2小时,即得所述金属防腐蚀环氧涂料。
